The 2019 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited is a Fantastic car! It has an excellent six cylinder engine/CVT trans. Lots of power whenever you need it. The Outback Limited is loaded with all the latest technical wizardry you could want. The Outback has a great ride and very good handling. Plenty of room inside for people and cargo. No need for an SUV when you can drive an Outback.

This car has everything: style, comfort, turning radius, large screen, touch buttons for everything , great handling, spacious, quiet interior, safety features to the max!
I went in thinking I needed brakes and it was actually the differential! They gave me a loaner for the time it took to fix it and they did a great job. The diff. was under the drivetrain warranty but I also had a broken strut which was out of warranty but they grandfathered it in for me. Thanks!

I purchased this after moving to Idaho in anticipation of the oncoming winters. However, have not had to use AWD seriously. But the car is great and very comfortable on the highway.
The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Also they were no pushy about anything. They were all about what I was interested in shopping for! The website was a great tool for shopping ahead of time and Dan the internet sales rep had my car ready for a test drive when I got there! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Great crossover. A lots of room, lots of good features. Easy to drive, comfortable on long trips. Great visibility. Very quiet in the passenger compartment compared to other vehicles I have owned.
Brian was great to work with he responded quickly to my questions. Although I did not buy a car yet, I do plan on going back when I do.

I especially like the room in the back storage area, i had to use it to haul bags of leaves when i first got it and could haul 8 bags, I can put in 2 golf bags easily, and for traveling its great.
The Outback offers the perfect blend of comfort, performance and value. This is the crossover vehicle for you if you're looking for the most bang for the buck.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Pilot from Ganley Subaru. Lloyd Henry was our salesperson- and he did a simply OUTSTANDING job. We live about 1.5 hrs from Ganley, so traveling to the dealership was a commitment, and (considering our prior experience with OTHER dealerships) a gamble. Mr Henry really has changed our experience in whole new way. Lloyd answered all of our questions and really went above and beyond to help us out in checking the vehicle over, before we ever saw it in person! We had a detailed description, close up photos, details of any dings or scratches and a detailed CarFax. Lloyd even detailed a few of the repairs that he would recommend once the purchase was complete. Very straightforward and HONEST. No surprises at Ganley, with Lloyd at the wheel. Meanwhile the other staff people were also very courteous and very helpful. We didn;t encounter any pressure or 'tactics. No push to 'upgrade' to a different vehicle. All fees and costs were plainly explained before we sat down with financing, and Lloyd even gave us an estimate on our local tax (something that a lot of salespeople overlook and us customers forget!). After the sale- we had a few courtesy calls, to be sure the transaction and customer satisfaction is well. I never write reviews, but needed to step out here. All around, an amazing experience and re-adjusted our understanding of pre-owned care sales. Thanks so much, Mr Henry!

When it comes to safety, reliability, value for the money, and best of all it's performance in the snow, Subaru is hands down the VERY BEST. I would challenge any other car brand to beat any of these qualities in a car . . . no matter what the price!!!
I was in the market for a Subaru Outback and must???ve reached out to a dozen dealers in Ohio. Weeks after buying my the car of my wife???s dreams from Ganley, i still have other dealers sending me form emails about coming in for a test drive. The whole Auto market is broken from my perspective as a professional in business. My time is a precious commodity and if I???m going to spend $30K on something, it???s going to be with a person, and company, that respects it and uses it effectively. That???s exactly what I found in Ganley. With them, I was able to negotiate everything before ever stepping foot on the lot (Thanks Tony!). And, when I did get there Mike made sure that I was in and out and back to my life as quickly as possible, but also that I was valued as a customer. He even sat with me in the car and reviewed all of the options. He was a professional the entire time and never approached me in a fake way. I hope to buy my next car from Mike Hines. Needed a safe & reliable car for my daughter, who goes to college 100 miles away. We had never owned a Subaru, but several of her friends recommended the Impreza. She test drove it, along with several other makes & models, and we were both sold on the Impreza. Lloyd was very thorough in explaining all of the features and available options. The color she wanted was not in stock, but Lloyd & John Romeo promised shipment within a week. My company gets preferred pricing from a different Subaru dealer, but Ganley matched the deal without hesitation. Maybe this was an indication that I had more room to negotiate, but the price was within in the "exceptional price" range on TrueCar, so I feel that I got a fair and honest deal...and that's what really matters. The car arrived when promised, financing was a breeze, Lloyd went through all of the equipment and even set up her bluetooth & contacts (which is well beyond my capabilities). My daughter's been driving the car for just over a week now, and truly loves it!
Just got a car from here, the sales staff was great! my sales rep. Michael Horrigan was excellent, very well versed on the vehicles inside and out! Best dealership experience Ive ever had, no pressure and extremely pleasant and helpful every step of the way! I'd give ten stars if that was an option! we went on 3 or 4 test drives to find the perfect car for me. I knew I wanted a Subaru but Michael truly sold me this car, very patient, especially after all the driving around! If you're looking for a car go to Subaru and if you're looking for a sales rep that know's their stuff and really cares about what you need talk to Michael!

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.
This is by far the best place to buy a used Audi. I have bought 3 used certified Audi’s from here over the past 6 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. These guys are the best. If you are looking for a nearly new car! Buy it certified and by it from Audi of Bedford. Jeff Reiss and George the European GM are fantastic people.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Had a 2008 and the 2019 is much improved. So many upgrades and safety features now incorporated in the Outback. Everyone should look at Subaru before they purchase.
Luck was on my side when I got Mike to handle the purchase of my new vehicle. I had a 12 year old Forester and even though I am rather computer literate, much of the new technology in vehicles was like Greek to me. He was not only thorough with all the new technology I had to grasp, but did not make me feel like I was asking silly questions. He was so INFORMATIVE ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF THIS PURCHASE and alleviated a lot of stress in this process for me. He took the time not only to discuss the important aspects of this important purchase for me, but just to take time to talk about day-today life in general.

My 2011 Prius was making a noise, a grinding sound. Turns out to be rear wheel bearings, both the right and left. I appreciate the same day service; I called on Tuesday at 8:00 am and got the car in by 2:30, and a call from Scott in the service area. This is a pricey fix, but Scott did a nice job letting me know this was an $1,100 fix. He ordered the part by 4:00pm on May 29, and the car was fixed by 2:00 pm on May 30th. The bill came to $1068...nice to have a bad surprise! Thank you very much for fixing my daughter's car so quickly. I also appreciate the advise that the car is in "good shape" so worth making this fix on a vehicle with 136,000 miles. That was also helpful. Thank you.
