Start to Finish, our experience was amazing! My sales person Jamie Borack, listened to and respected all our needs. She was not pushy at all with our initial visit which made us very comfortable while finalizing our decision. She was very helpful and informative thru the entire process. The day we went in to pick up our car we meet another AMAZING person at East Hills Subaru, Jayson Schrager. Jayson was also very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns when it was time to review our financing options. I especially like the room in the back storage area, i had to use it to haul bags of leaves when i first got it and could haul 8 bags, I can put in 2 golf bags easily, and for traveling its great.

I would like to take a moment and share my experience at Beverly Hills delaership I was on the market for a Audi S4. I have been buiyng cars for the last 15 years. No matter what I have I get bored really fast. So I can really tell you about the condition of car on and out . Same for prices. I do have access to auction prices so I know if I car is over priced or not. Ron and Mike are very straight persons. j have zero tolerance for BSs. The car was as promised and there were no hidden fees. I can honestly say it was a very transparent transation. I sure will return to them. They do not have a average cars like others. Their inventory are outstand quality and fair on prices. I always believe that the most important commodity is trust and relatioship is the main drive. Once again tks for my new car and see you soon. The Subaru is fantastic, It has a lot of options, the important ones like the winter package for the cold northeast winters! It was off lease and had 30K on it when I bought it. It still smells new! Battenkill Motors put 4 new tires on it new brakes and a new battery in it before I took delivery. it’s my 3 year old brand new car!!!

Well, I had another chance to use this dealership and I must say, Grand Prix's motto "We will satisfy you" definitely applies here. Unfortunately, our new Subaru Legacy, which me and my mom love, was recalled with about 51,000-52,000 2016-2017 Legacy/Outback models due to a possible problem with the steering problem. Unfortunately, this meant that my car would have to go into the dealership for service in order to fix it. Thankfully, I found Subaru of North America very proactive in getting information about the recall out there to the customers and at least I knew that Grand Prix would help me, as I had previous experience there when I shopped for our Legacy 3.6R Limited and found it to be an excellent dealership. Thankfully, this carried over to the service department, where a friendly and helpful representative was able to get me an appointment two days after the recall went out at 7:30AM, get me a loaner car (ended up being a rental from Hertz paid by Subaru, as the dealer ran out of loaners), and also have my car towed to the dealership two days before, as Subaru advised owners not to drive it. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by a gentleman named Kevin, who was helpful and pointed me in the right direction to my Service Advisor, Steve Shoum. I found him to be excellent and better than the Service Advisor who helped us at the luxury car dealership where we serviced our former luxury car, as we found Steve to be very friendly, knowledgeable about cars, and able to speak to the customer without making them feel stupid or being snarky, like at the dealership where we serviced our previous car. While I did have to wait a bit as Hertz in Hicksville did not open until 9:00AM and they needed to pick me up, as Grand Prix ran out of loaners due to the recall, things were still fine, as I found the service center to be very nice, as it looked upscale and delivered on being somewhat upscale, with many plush and comfortable chairs, large screen TVs, nice restrooms, free wifi, plenty of literature, and a very good selection of complimentary food and beverages, like bagels and all of the fixings, coffee, soft drinks, and fresh fruit. Throughout the process, I found all of the employees other than Steve who I have dealt with previously in the sales department, like Vinny Ortolani, the General Sales Manager who came by to say hi to all of the customers and chat, Emily, another Service Advisor, and all of the other employees to be very warm and efficient, which was fantastic! My car was at the service center for a week, as the part for the steering column was on back order and they wanted to inspect the car, but Steve continued to keep me updated throughout, which contrasts to our previous Service Advisor at the luxury car dealership, who left us in the dark and made it hard to call him, as we usually got his voicemail when we called the dealer. Also, he rarely called us with updates. Grand Prix also proved to be very accommodating, as Taylor, the representative in the Sales Department, was very helpful as she had my car wait in front of the Sales Department as I had to pick up my car a little after hours due to work. This was appreciated, as I feel like Grand Prix understands not everyone operates on their schedule. There was one minor hiccup in the experience, as the car was kind of dirty when we got it back, but it was resolved perfectly after we complained, as Dan Ross, the General Manager of the dealership, was understanding and wanted to make sure we we satisfied, as he offered us two vouchers to the Hicksville Car Wash, which was appreciated. Overall, I thought that Grand Prix's Service Department was excellent, as it put where we took our luxury car to shame thanks to their fantastic service and I would definitely recommend Grand Prix when I need to service my Legacy!

This car just keeps getting better. Eyesight, Appleplay, auto door locks, improved display......I thought I loved my 2017 Outback!! Subaru continuously strives to improve upon what they have instead of trying to razzle dazzle you. I will never own anything but a Subaru.

This was the first enjoyable car buying experience I've had in a long time. There was no pressure, like wolves coming at you the moment you walked in the door. My salesman, Joe Lucci was relaxed and professional, really knew the product well, and listened well to my questions. Ted Hanlon the sales manager, came over to make sure I was being handled properly and that all my questions were being addressed. After all my questions were answered and I took another test drive, I decided to purchase the car. The car is great! A Subaru Forester. I'm on the road all the time. My gas bill, for the same amount of driving went down from $500 a month to $175 - $250. The gas saving is paying the monthly loan amount. You get free oil changes for a year which is great and the dealership has a special process for oil changes. You don't have to make an appointment. You just show up. So far my experience has been really good with Grand Prix. I don't see why it shouldn't continue. I've receive a call to make sure all is well and I appreciate that. I would highly recommend both Subaru and Grand Prix.

I am a Columbia University Epidemiologist with an extremely hectic schedule and a low tolerance for nonsense. Anthony Petito does a simply outstanding job running the Paragon Honda Service Center in terms of everything that a customer values - overall quality and timeliness of service. I've witnessed this outstanding service at Paragon Honda for over 6 years and I will absolutely not take my car anywhere else to be serviced even though this location is not at all convenient for me. But I don't care because the quality of the service is worth it. Everyone at this service center is professional, courteous and eager to please. Just this past Wed night (4/20), I met with Ron and Jason Q who both handled my 9:15pm appointment after having my initial questions skillfully handled by Anthony Petito by phone. All three of these men were extremely professional, efficient and courteous. I was in and out of the service center in no time even though my appointment was at 9:15pm. In spite of the late hour, they were still going full speed ahead and pumped as if it was the start of a new day. Truly exceptional service and exemplary teamwork from Anthony Petito, Ron and Jason Q. I am always able to schedule an appointment with great ease and I then immediately receive an email confirmation with the time and date of my appointment. This is a tremendous help bc, when I arrive for my appointment, I don't have to ever worry about being denied bc the appointment was mistakenly not documented. Then, a day before my appointment, I receive an email reminder. It is such a huge help to me that they offer appointments up until 11pm and Anthony mentioned there are also available appointments overnight. Again, these late night options are absolutely invaluable to me bc my schedule is crazy but yet I want to make sure I am taking the best care of my Honda. The moment I arrive, I am consistently and immediately taken care of and I then sit in a very comfortable and well-maintained waiting room. I never witness any disgruntled customers in that waiting room and I never wait for very long at all. The entire process is PAINLESS bc the entire operation is run so efficiently thanks to Anthony and the team he hires and manages. Everything runs like clock work from the moment I drop off the car and then head outside to pick it up. Geesh, even the bathroom, after a long day, is immaculate and there's a sign inside the restroom asking customers to speak with the manager if the restroom is not clean. This is an example of what I mean by the entire place is so well-managed. They have thought about everything in the interest of the customer and they work very hard to fulfill their promises . This is NOT all talk and no action, and this is not an easy accomplishment but they make it look easy. I know exactly what it takes to hire and manage a team because I've been hiring and managing my own team of over 30 Research Assistants and Project Coordinators at Columbia for large-scale NIH grants for the past 21 years. So I am genuinely in awe and will forever remain in the Honda family bc of the service I receive at Paragon Honda Service Center as well as for the solid quality of the Honda vehicles. I first felt the new Outback was too big compared to my 93 Legacy Wagon, l was wrong, it's perfect. The automatic transmission was hard to get use to the feeling of its operation and sound, but it so far works great. Though my only concern is the leaking main seal on the engine 5 yrs old @ 115k mi. I hear the new models are better. I'm now thinking ahead. Great cars anyway!

This newly-opened Subaru dealership is DEFINITELY the one to go to if you are looking to buy a Subaru. The staff has set out to change the paradigm of car buying/selling, and have done away with all of the superfluous nonsense that one normally has to deal with in order to finally come to an agreement on the terms. They bottom line it for you without the back and forth hassle of taking trips to the ???back office??? (that doesn???t exist) to speak with a manager (who actually went home 4 hours ago). They truly have changed the experience for their customers. Fair. Honest. REAL. Three words one NEVER commonly uses to describe a car salesman, or the dealership for which he/she works. But it's true. I leased my new 2019 Legacy from them, and they REALLY took care of me. I don't care where you live - this dealership is worth the trip. And once you experience what it's like to buy/lease a car with this professional, motivated, and innovative young staff, you will not likely want to shop anywhere else. They kept every promise they made, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want (or need), and answered every question I had. A special shout out to Michael Dymnicki for all that he did to help us, and for knowing us BY NAME whenever we stopped in to see if my car was on the lot yet. He was just so, so nice. Thanks, Mike! And another thank you to Nino Tiburzi (sorry if I spelled it wrong) for making the process so much less painful, and for keeping all of your promises to me. Thanks Nino! And finally, thank you Andrew Carlson! You made the final stretch of the process so much easier. I was in the market for a Subaru Crosstrek after leasing various VW cars since 2002. I went to South Shore Subaru, in Lindenhurst, on a Saturday afternoon not realizing it was their grand opening event. Immediately, I was assisted with deciding on a vehicle, a model, and various leasing/purchasing options. I was offered food, snacks, and drinks from their event multiple times by various employees. I had an appointment on Monday afternoon for the completion of my loan and purchase. (Note: I could have made the purchase on the Saturday, but my down payment was in a bank that closes early on Saturdays.) John T. and Ray T., from South Shore Subaru, are absolutely excellent at what they do. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend South Shore Subaru, John T. and Ray T. I also highly recommend a Subaru, specifically the Crosstrek. Granted, I've only had it for a few days, but it is a beautiful, solid crossover that his really fun to drive. Also, the employee (I cannot remember her name) at the entry desk was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful, and actually remembered me on my return visit. I look forward to being (and staying) in the Subaru VIP family. Thank you.

I bought this car because I was looking for a 4wd that could tow at least 3000 lbs if needed. I’ve owned this car for approx three years and I use it to drive to work and up to visit my friends in Maine. It is extremely reliable with loads of interior room for all transport needs. I highly recommend this auto.

Hello, Because of the conditions of our roads in Westchester I was looking for a car that could keep up with the latest "pot holes". When I asked around one place and name kept coming up on a consistent basis. Everyone said to go to Stamford Subaru. When I did go I was introduced to Robert Fuch, and boy was I glad I spoke to him. He did not pressure me or my family in any way, and his professionalism is top notch. He takes his time and tries to understand your needs and what you expect from the car. He is a wonderful person to know and to have dealt with. Yes his recommendation on which type of car for my family and me was 100% dead on. We have already taken one mini-vacation (3 days) in the car and it drove and handled the road like a dream, just like he said it would. I am looking forward to take a 2-week driving vacation in 8 weeks in the car. If you are looking for a car and asked me whom I would buy my next car from I would not hesitate to say STAMFORD SUBARU and see ROBERT FUCH! I have 2-pinched nerves in the center of my back so a car ride anywhere is a new degree of pain. I explained the type of ride my back needs, the type of family car we need and he suggested and explained to me what type of car I should try. I suggested another car and he told me why that car would not be a good choice, but said we would try both cars. The ride was several left and rights, and over some bumpy roads.... even 2 potholes, and you know what? NO PAIN! It was the first ride I took that did not require a painkiller when I got out. I was so comfortable in that car that I did not want to try the other car. Since I did not want to test-drive the other car he suggested to just sitting in the other car in the show room to feel the difference on my back. Needless to say he was 100% dead on and I am very happy with my new car.

This car is unbelievably practical, well made and good looking. It has great gas mileage and is extremely reliable. I have never had ANY issues with it. I once went on a ski road trip with 4 of my friends and we all fit comfortably with all of our ski gear in the back & skis on top! I am so sad to say goodbye to it. I am only selling it because I am graduating Medical School and starting residency in NYC in June.

What a pleasure! If you are as OCD as me and do your homework in researching a vehicle and its pricing as well as dealer reviews and you are looking for a Subaru, this is the place to go. First off, I have owned and/or currently owned Nissans, Toyotas, Jeep, Plymouth/Dodges, Acura, Suzuki (don't ever do that!), Hyundai, and Ford/Mercury's. In fact, I owned a 1976 Subaru box car (orange) to which the head gasket blew within 4 months of ownership, so I was a bit queasy trusting Subaru again. More and more research including articles from Consumer Reports, Edmunds, Cars, etc., all pointed to, for me, the Outback and so far, knock on wood, I am pretty confident that the decision I made was right. As to Bill Kolb, Jr., I had the pleasure of dealing with Holman Cano; professional, friendly, no-nonsense approach to which most of our conversations were by telephone or e-mail. I spent a total of maybe 2 hours at the dealership in two days. 1 night to see if the vehicle was right for me and getting to the price and financing again, right for me; and the other time was to go over the vehicle in detail. A++++ to you guys. Hope to deal with you again when my wife is in need of a car.

I was in the market for a new car. I have always admired the Subaru WRX Sti in many ways. It is my dream car. However, at my age and current socio-economic background the purchase of such vehicle is ill advised. Nonetheless, I purchased the next best thing in relation to my current situation... a used 2016 Subaru Impreza 2.0i the hatchback (cuz you know... coolfactor x100). Background Before I even went to the dealership, I made various phone calls and obsessed research on different car models that would compliment my lifestyle. The recurring theme was All-Wheel drive, hatchback and manual. Truth be told, this was my first ever car purchase. My parents bought me a car for college many moons ago. It was a clunky SUV that survived 13 years of neglect and terrible care-taking on my part. It still survives to this day, but I shudder in fear every time I turn the ignition. Basically, it was time to retire the beast and take on a different adventure with another. The Sale As my research progressed, I stumbled upon a used 2016 Subaru Impreza hatchback. It was exactly what I wanted. I called Bill Kolb Jr Subaru to see if it were still available. I was put in touch with Howard in the process and we scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted as if I were family. Howard was the first desk on the right as soon as you walked in. Much like barbershops or salons, i had a feeling that 1st seat or first desk was reserved for the elite. I was not wrong. Howard projects an aura of self-esteem and confidence in his work that permeates in the air. His hairstyle was slicked back with the sides short. He wore a kind of horned rim glasses that shouted out Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and Hipster. This man has style, class and the demeanor of Victorian royalty. He was my kind of people. As mentioned before, this was my first time buying a car, and i was a complete NOOB in the whole process. Howard walked me through the entire course on what to expect and answered my questions without fail. He was very patient and diligently answered every stupid question I asked. Since it was a used car, Howard explained the background of the vehicle to me and he got me when he said "brand new engine." At that point, and at 30 mins of walking into the door and even before seeing the car ... i was ready to buy. This man was good at his job. When it was time to test drive the vehicle, I admitted to Howard that it had been awhile since I had the opportunity to drive manual car. He politely joked if he was in trouble. I answered a sincere YES, but he was still patient and even talked me through the whole ride. I was nervous, much like my road test in the Bronx at the age of 17. I thought Howard was going to fail me. I imagined him with a clipboard with only YES or NO on it. Nevertheless, I felt like I passed and was worthy of the car, which by the way, felt like a dream! It was compliant, safe and exceeded my expectations. The takeaway Howard wrestled with the paperwork with ease, I spoke to the finance department and came up with a reasonable outcome. I barely did anything. The entire process was as smooth as butter on a warm day. Howard did his thing, i made smart and annoying comments and our transaction was complete. The following day, I drove the car home after giving him my down-payment. No hassle, no gimmicks. I didn't have to haggle because I felt taken cared off with a great deal. In the future, when it is time to buy a new car, hopefully in another 13 years, i can only hope to see Howard there or another just like him. Howard is absolute professional and a master at his craft.

I felt like I was home again !!! I was only gone for 6 months but it felt like a lifetime. Joe Postighone sales manager, Marty in finance, Howard, my salesman, Nixon and Gregory in service all accepted me with open arms. This is the best dealer that I have ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and give the best service. They are thorough when you go in for any type of service. They treat you like FAMILY !!! I feel so much safer in my Subaru then I did in the CRV. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.

My 2014 Legacy was the best car I ha e ever owned! I wanted all the safety features that the newer ones have so I drove across the bridge to Bill Kolb. I was greeted by Ross Kelter, a knowledgeable, patient and kind man. Since it was the end of the 2018 production year and he couldn???t find me exactly what I wanted, I decided to order a 2019. There was absolutely no ???hard sell???!!!!! The car came in sooner then I expected! Wow! Ross sat very patient,y with me and explained every system- and this car has every bell and whistle imaginable! He even called me the very next day to make sure everything is okay. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. These guys all really wa t to be there, it???s obvious that they like what they???re doing (and don???t have to check with a manager e Rey 2 minutes)! I???ve never had a car buying experience like this Now I???m directing my Subaru.buddies to go there! Even though it???s not my closest dealer I???ll probably have my gorgeous and luxurious Legacy serviced there! Thank you, thank you!

The rear automatic braking system kills my love for this car. If the eyesight thinks you're going to hit something (a wall, another car, etc), it sounds a brief warning, then slams on the brakes. You might just be backing into or out of a steep driveway though. It scares the daylights out of you if you're not expecting it. Literally, the brakes will lock up. There is no instant kill switch for it, and it takes a while to turn it off while holding your finger on the button. I can't back into my own driveway without this thing slamming on the brakes unless I hold up traffic while pushing and holding a button to clear. It resets every time you put the car into reverse. I hate this "feature" so badly. I wish I could permanently disable it.

My Husband and I have a Subaru Forrester. I purchased my car in 2013, and my husband is on his second lease. We had the same salesman (Ross) for all the transactions. Ross was professional courteous and knowledgeable. There was no push nor manipulation. The dealership has a nice open feel and the staff is friendly. As a matter of fact when I purchased my Forrester in 2013 the manager came over to say thank you. The service department is excellent....from making the appointment, checking in and the mechanics they all are professional, honest and courteous. Looked at Volvo’s and the rest before deciding to buy a Subaru. The ride is noisy most of the time. So far, I get 28 mpg, so why buy the slow noisy 4cylinder? The traction system is called X-Drive and it works well in glare ice and deep snow. Dealer maintenance is outrageously expensive, charging $600 to replace 6 spark plugs. The. CVT causes this wagon to be slow even with the high output six cylinder. The cabin heating system needs to improve so that you don’t have to idle for 1/2 hour to get heat when it’s -10.

This is my second Bill Kolb purchase. A 2010 Legacy in 2010, and this last one,a 2016 Forester X Premium. Happy! I will travel the 65 miles for service if I can, but I want to know if I can use a closer dealer, (19 miles) without creating hostilities, especially since I chose not to purchase at the closer one after it changed owners. I bought 3 vehicles from Feders' Subaru in Middletown, NY, but my husband died in 2009 and I couldn't bring myself to go there without him, therefore, I went to Bill Kolb. Now I got my second BKS car. My first Subaru purchase was , I believe, around '99 from Colonial in Kingston, NY. The following 3 or 4 were Feders', and as I said, these last 2 were Kolb. When I describe my purchase as used, both were "new," demos, I think. This one from 2016 came with 181 miles and when I bought the 2010 it had 5,018 miles. You can't beat the value. Subaru should follow the "Murano" lead and produce an AWD convertible.

Living and working in the tri-state area, one gets used to being treated like a number, just another customer to deal with. When looking to replace my leased Legacy with another, because the car is just awesome for its value in the market today, I was looking for a better dealer experience than the one I was used to at my Yonkers area dealership. Like yourself reading this, I turned to this site for direction. Read the reviews for Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, and liked what I saw about the dealership. In reading on, looking for which one of their salaried sales people I would like to work with, I happened upon Howard Bonfield. His reviews were so stellar I had to actually see for myself it was true. I email him directly and within 20 minuets, not only was my email answered, but a followup phone call was received. In a semi-breif conversation about my concerns with the new Legacy, Howard answered all my questions with decisive, informative answers. By the end of the conversation, I was confident that I had made the correct Dealership and Salesperson choice. I also had an appointment to test drive both a 4 cylinder and a 6 cylinder Legacy within 4 days time. Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly by Howard, sat and chatted some more about the differences between the two cars, our lease end time frame, and some life points in general. He took some time to get to know us, as well as our needs. We test drove the cars on a nice loop that gave us a good feel for the cars. With all my fears about the new High Torque CVT transmission quelled, we sat down and he began the process of figuring out what I wanted on my new 3.6R Legacy accessory wise and the all important final cost. This is where it got interesting, Howard did his numbers thing, and handed me a deal that in the end was below what 1 person in my area had paid on the KBB Fair Market Value Guide. And WAY below what most had paid! No haggling, no discussion, just a great price on a great car, DONE! Not to leave Paul Spiegel out, the Finance Person we spoke with, he too was easy going and friendly in his manor. No hard sell for the other programs the dealer offers, and since it was a lease, there was not much to go into about Financing. However, he was pleasurable to deal with. Mind You, all this took place in one night, from 7:30 to past the 9PM closing time, and no one made us feel rushed or that we were putting anyone out in any way. The car was ready for pickup 2 days later. He took in our current Legacy and did all the paperwork on that transaction. All the paperwork for the new vehicle was gone over and explained to us. Then he showed us all the features in the car and how to operate them, he even connected our phones to the Starlink entertainment system, truly a class act and a genuinely nice guy to deal with. There were followup emails and calls from both Howard and the Dealership Management as well, Thanking us for our patronage and giving us links to How-to Videos for our new Legacy. Painless, Friendly, easy transaction that confirmed the decision to go to Bill Kolb Jr. and work with Howard was the right move. In my honest opinion, You can't go wrong with this Dealer, and this team.

With over 40 years??? experience, investigations this was an easy one. For four months, I constantly researched every Subaru dealer, private dealers and individuals selling 2016 or 2017 Subaru outback???s within 150-mile radius of my home. There is a major Subaru dealership in my hometown and three others before you get to Bill Kolb Jr Subaru. In fact, my wife & I unfortunately made a stop before going to Bill Kolb Jr Subaru a few Saturday???s ago after finding the perfect car on their website. Unfortunately, it was sold that morning, a 2016 Outback. There was a little rain coming down, we???re disappointed and I said okay we made a mistake let???s go back and research everything again; then we had the pleasure of meeting Gary Mendelsohn a sales person at the dealership. What a gentleman, did not push did not rush us more important did not lie to us. He showed us a 2017 Subaru outback premium class but when I saw the seats for cloth I said no because I wish to have leather. Is the answer we can do that. WOW. He sent us back home after a couple minutes of talking so my wife and I can think this over. We did and the next day I filled that out the credit information from Subaru called Gary told him I wanted the seats the colors everything and within a few minutes he emailed me back Done Deal. GREAT PRICE. The dealership is really outstanding the credit department I spent two minutes there with a very knowledgeable finance gentleman. We took the car home while the leather seats were being ordered came back five days later to have the seats worked on they gave us a free loaner car and the work they did on the leather seats was completely amazing. Please note that I have emailed and called many other Subaru dealers and a fourth state radius and that one came close. I couldn???t believe all the other people coming from my hometown of Middletown New York to this dealership in Orangeburg NY to also buy their cars. I saw something like 10 sales people all busy helping people. I have owned 4 Subaru???s so far all over 200,000 miles??? next year we will be getting my wife???s car here. John & Michelle Ross

This is my third Outback purchase, and the sales process was the least stressful and most organized by far. Before coming down to the dealership, I'd done a lot of research on the model, packages and options I wanted. I had also contacted about 7 other dealerships (yes, I did that) to see what was available, and to compare prices, communication, and general dealership personality. Hands-down, Bill Kolb rated highest on all data-points, due to the Sales Consultant I worked with, Sam Texler. My first contact was by email and Sam answered my questions directly, simply and clearly. I asked for a quote, broken down by line-item, and that's what I got. Follow-ups by phone and then in person, proved the same: no haggling, no pressure, just clear information, and incidentally, the best price by far right out of the gate. No mind games, no "checking with the manager", no surprise add-ons, no last minute price changes. It was this attitude which convinced me to buy from Bill Kolb over the other's. I felt like Sam really knew his product, and how to respectfully manage the customer relationship. The next step was paperwork, and the whole thing was smooth and efficient; I never felt rushed and Sam answered all the questions I needed to ask in order to feel comfortable. The sale happened at the end of the day, and Sam truly extended himself hours after he should have gone home. When I took possession of the car, he made sure to explain all the electronics and systems, syncing my phone, and taking a good deal of time to walk me through the navigation and audio. As an aside, here's a small indication of his idea of customer care and attention to detail: Sam had bookmarked, with color-coded page markers, each of the sections in the owner's manual that he thought was especially important. That's thoughtful, right? Makes it a whole lot easier to find what you're looking for, and actually encourages you to read it! It was late by the time I left, and I live a couple of hours away. I bought the Outback Limited with Eyesight and Navigation, and really enjoyed that drive back! Thank you, Sam, for making everything work out so nicely. P.S. a shout out to Marty in Finance, who helped everything move like clockwork. And with a smile!

I can't say enough great things about our 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited. It's been the best car we've ever owned. We live in snow country and work on the mountain during the Winter and I wouldn't own anything but a Subaru up here in the North country. We put great Winter tires on it and it's rock solid in all kinds of road conditions. It's comfortable, sporty, drives sweet, is great on long trips and on short trips, gets great gas mileage has a lot of cargo space for it's class and has never given us any problems. Very functional and well thought out. As of right now, I could never see us without a Subaru. The 2.5i engine is a little underpowered, but the trade off is getting 30+ mph on a consistent basis and it's been fine for our needs. This car has exceeded all the hype, it's far better than any salesman will even have time to tell you about.
