I like mostly everything about my2021 Outback Limited XT. I hate the navigation system or the infotainment system as it is called. I have had it to the dealership 4 times in 3 years because the system is not compatible with my iPhone. Taking it in next week for a new radio. The navigation system stops working just when you need it most. Sometimes it flashes "Stay Alert" when you are looking straight ahead but if you turn the car off and restart, it goes away. Too bad Subaru doesn't make their own radio systems.

Adam Zinn and Jason Kennedy made leasing my new crosstrek a wonderful experience. I felt safe, informed, respected, and very happy. I recommend Subaru of Keene to anyone who seeks a professional no hassle no hard sales tactic experience. Buying a car from North end Subaru is like visiting with friends. This is our 3rd Subaru purchased there. They are always friendly, honest and trustworthy. He makes you feel comfortable, he won’t pressure you, which is why he gets repeat customers. Mike Sparks in financing was incredibly helpful. Customer service and prices are hard to beat. Slower than molasses in January if you don't get the turbo. But a reliable wagon that's absolutely awesome for parents. Plus, you can make up for the lack of speed by just running over stuff thanks to the ground clearance.

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

I fell in love with the Wilderness Trim from the very first time i saw it. I had a 2017 Outback Limited and loved it too. Had a co-worker who really needed a reliable, well taken care of SUV. I told her I will sell it to her. With the money i got Wilderness. Best decision ever. Has that little extra ground clearance and details that makes this car so unique. Yes the screen is large and has a lot on it, but after a while got used to it. If the Outback was my dream car, This Wilderness is beyond my dreams! The Turbo is great, gives that extra +80HP compared to my Outback and it's noticeable specially when using paddle shifters. Hope i can keep this one for many many years.

I bought a Volvo for my granddaughter there. They went through the entire car and replaced what was needed. They made sure the car would be safe for her first car. Mark and Dan are the best!

Handles good. Wins safety awards, hope we never test that. We do like our 2015 better. My wife's sister's Tribeca kept them alive but was totaled. Can't seem to get the mileage it said on the sticker.

Evan April helped me purchase a car and I was very happy with the whole experience! Evan was very helpful while test driving and creating the offer, once the purchase was complete, he sat in the car and explained all of the features to me. I have purchased at other dealerships where I was handed the key with no explanation of any feature, this was great service and much appreciated! I have a 2020 Subaru Outback Touring 2.4L turbo model, the fully-loaded, most expensive model. It replaced a 2011 standard Outback with a 2.5L engine and manual transmission. My only criticism is poor gas mileage, about 23-24 mpg versus the 2011's 28.2 average over more than 100K miles. I like the power (260 HP) but might have forgone the turbo had I anticipated the unimpressive mileage. My 2001 Audi Q5, with a 260 HP 2.0L turbo engine, averages 28+ mpg, but cost $10K more than my Subaru. I rationalize by recognizing that $10K will buy a lot of gasoline.

I recently sold my Subaru Legacy here. Having done business with them before, be it for buying an extended warranty or all my service needs, I knew they are great to work with. My recent experience confirmed that, yet again. The entire process was really smooth right from the word go. Jason Kennedy and Adam Zinn were honest, upfront and very easy to work with. I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance
