Had a great experience on 8/2/25 at Sierra Subaru of Monrovia. Brought in my 2019 Forester for six year service and the rep Sandy Perez had been a great help! She went over throughly what services are being done and even showed and explained to me the wearness of the tires when I asked. Overall great service and would recommend!

Service was quite fast when I brought my car in for something I thought would take a few hours. They had it done in about 1 hour and I was quite pleased.

Excellent job for regular maintenance of my car. The service desk knew exactly what was needed and explain the nature and time frame. I was asked if I would like a complimentary car wash which was great. In the past I did not know if this was standard. It was nice to be asked.

My overall experience is very good. The facilities clearly indicate that the dealer is very trustworthy with division of labor in all departments of business. The employees are very polite. He was very helpful and made sure that I got as much assistance as possible to not only get the parts ordered but he also had timely follow up.
