AMAZED! 5 Stars! I’ve been car shopping off and on for 6 months, I’ve watched hours of car reviews on you tube and talked to tons of owners on Facebook groups, test drove new and used, sedans, crossovers and finally Outback’s. I was close to buying about 4 different vehicles over the last 3 months but the sales people and finance managers soured my taste for even wanting to buy anything from a dealership. I was able to get a email quote and set up a time to test drive the different trims with Gabriel Talpos. He was with a customer when I arrived and with in a minuet I was asked if I needed help unlike some dealers. Jeff Schade showed me all about the Outback’s and patiently answered all my questions and we even got to experience some Subaru like down pours. It was close to closing so I came back Saturday to try the Wilderness and it checked all the boxes, plus for me it had the most amazing acceleration of all the outback trims. Jeff was super patient and not pushy at all, the managers made a great offer that I didn’t even have to bargain for. The last part Finance managers.. always so scary. I worked with Chris Thomas, he was super pleasant! Quick and not pushy either, very friendly. I’ve never ever had a finance manager expierence that didn’t leave me with dread and being pushed around, so it was refreshing! Everyone I met at Grand Subaru was friendly and I can’t say enough about how different this dealership is for the better. I recommend you give them a shot and test drive some Subarus, they definitely don’t get the attention they should!

Just bought a 2023 WRX base 6 speed manual. Excellent car and best fun you could have at around $30k. Pros: good power, good handling, good price, fast and fun to drive, stiff suspension, sporty exhaust. Cons: black side moldings and the huge rear black bumper, speakers suck, brakes are weak (installed performance pads, problem solved)

This is my second WRX. My first (which I still have) is a 2002 Impreza WRX. I bought this car (2024) for long trips with the family and dog (cane corso). The foreseeable future does not see me daily driving it, tho I am sure it could handle it without any fuss. It has room for storage on trips and to the grocery store. Excellent platform for autocross, rally cross, track days, overlanding and as stated before long trips. This is a car that is hard to beat for its value and versatility.

First off if you are in to have that race car feel the +2015 Subaru WRX is a great car , mine being the 2019 . When it comes to comfort the car is not the greatest it’s mid size interior but with my after market bucket seats it made it feel better for hard turns or even around corners to hold me in place but for this it feels more as if you know your cars limits . The interior is ok again if you are someone that likes a plain and simple interior with out all the buttons then this car is for you as I like not having all that . So the interior is ok to my liking but I wish the vibrating in the trunk from my speaker system makes it make a noise and I wish they gave the option of carpet colors or dark black as it fades lighter . Preformance wise it was eh ok . The Recaros seats were comfortable and held you in some kind of aggressive driving around in mountains but the base seats are not great, you feel all the quality in ride suck but with upgraded suspension and tweaks it not feels as if I can feel the tires stick and grip really well and the motor closed deck block and upgraded turbo and exhaust system and more . You just got to love the car to be at this point but it will cost you . But reliably , yea it’s pretty good . I’ve Owen mine for going on about 6 years and it’s been great Owning it and having the experience of bonding . I’d recommend if you want a sportier race car feel for a Dailey

Fun daily driver with nice response time. The exterior is sharp (especially compared to the new models). The exhaust has a great throaty tone to it. My biggest complaint is the interior air controls. All subarus have them and they are not intuitive.

Great to work with, not pushy on upcharges, fair pricing. Got the Grand Highlander hybrid XLE and am very happy with it so far

About 1300 miles into a new 2023 WRX Premium. Car is a blast to drive and mine also has the Harmon Kardon sound system upgrade (very nice audio). Not as creature comfortable as my past BMWs but definitely comfortable. Premium only came with cloth seats so added seat covers. MT is the only way to go! An honest fun to drive car at a reasonable price.

Fun, fast and fuel friendly (when not applying the first 2 adjectives :)) I have owned 3 Civic SIs before this WRX. Take the SIs + more power and AWD and you have a WRX for roughly the same price. Reliability> I put it a few ticks below the Honda (I don't see these going 200,000 + problem free miles as my previous Hondas), but I would still consider it reliable. Easy to maintain with the oil filter right on top. Looking forward to owning another Subi down the road.

The FA 20 engine and cvt transmission were designed as a unit .There have been issues with the cvt as drag racing stretches the internal belt and the hurt begins rolling starts all good . Great road car in any weather a solid performer .

One of the best fun cars to drive daily and enjoy on the track if desired. After testing many manual transmission cars on the market in this segment including the Elantra N, Acura Integra, Jetta GLI, Honda Type R and others I decided to go with the new WRX and I am very happy with the purchase. This is my first WRX after driving an Audi S4, BMW 335XI, Mustang ECO Boost and other sports cars in the past and I found the WRX to be just as fun to drive on daily bases and driving the family around. The new body looks nice ( much better than the previous generation in my opinion) and aggressive even though some have complained about the cladding but in person it looks good. I personally liked the way they make the car sportier and not just any boring sedan. Mine came with the upgraded STI exhaust which is a nice performance feature and love the sound of it. I have the limited addition that comes with many features. The interior looks very sporty and now I really enjoy the nice size screen after I got used to all the operations. The WRX AWD system is one of the best, allowing the car to handle the curves and turns in a superior way. My weekend car is a BMW M4 but I am enjoying the WRX just as much. It's for sure a long time enjoyment with a great value. If you are in the market for a fun, reliable sports sedan don't hesitate as you will be happy with the WRX.

Today I purchased a new Volkswagen Tiguan from this store. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted, previously having done a ton of my own research. From there I worked with Avery and Sandi who were both knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all my questions. They were patient with my indecision, showing me 3 different trims of the same model to make sure I was entirely happy with my choice, and even helped me figure out how to save the most with financing. The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. I've a new 2022 WRX for about 500 miles so far. The car is fantastic. Its a car you WANT to drive. I've a new appreciation for Subaru (this is my first Subaru), as the design is straightforward, simple and practical. This is a decent, performance four door sedan. The performance is quite nice. Torque is handed out quickly at relatively low RPMs, which is nice in a turbocharged car. I bought this car with a manual transmission, and the shifter is good, a nice toogle going from gear to gear. Especially appreciated is a nice, small feature; when stopped on a hill, the car engages the brakes for a fraction of time when you shift into first from a dead stop, preventing rollback and making the shift even easier. This car is FUN to drive. It is wonderful to have a car that when you walk by, you think "I'd like to drive my car now"...even if you have no particular errand to run or place to go. If you want a fun ride, you really need to test drive a WRX. It handles VERY well, and takes turns/darts through traffic with ease. The ride is firm, which figures into its sports car heritage, and low profile tires. Which is fine with me, I prefer it that way. It is a sports car ride. For a sports car, it is very practical, with a very reasonable amount of room in the back seat passenger area. The large 11" screen to control most car functions is prominent, to some extend customizable, and very straightforward. My only complaint is there seems to be a half second lag when using some touchscreen controls. The integration with Android Auto was quite nice, as well as to bluetooth. I LIKE the plastic around the wheel wells...it protects against road debris. If you plan to keep the car for the long haul, I count it as a plus. I actually like the exterior styling, especially on a white car, as its a nice black/white trim contrast. The trunk is a good size for a car of this size. I did get the trunk protection package, which includes plastic panels to protect the back of the rear seat...worth getting. I deliberately bought this car as a long term purchase, one step above the base model, the "Limited" version. I wanted a car without TOO many cameras, sensors, and electronics (the higher trim levels with the CVT transmission have more), to have a less complex car. This car is also an excellent value in the low to mid 30's. I can't really speak to long term reliability YET, as the car only has 500 miles on it at present. However, I can see the engine layout (boxer engine) is straightforward, and seems easy to work on. Also a plus, there is a ton of internet resources on Subaru boxer engines in general. For the time I've owned it, its been working perfectly, I've not had to go back to the dealer for any issues at all.

Car is great in Pennsylvania winter, it has a great exterior styling but the interior feels cheaper. I’m not upset with this as it’s a sub 30,000 car and I see the trade off with the legacy for the price is the engine being ~100 horsepower more to the crank while the legacy with less power has a much nicer interior. Also VERY happy this car comes in a Manual and will continue to buy them so long as this stays.

I work 3rd. So I set up an appointment online. They set me up with Dylan. Dylan contacted me via text. Asked what I'm in the market for. I gave Dylan a run down. We set up a day & time. When I arrived Dylan had A few trucks lined up & ready to go. I gave more in detail on what I was in need of. One being the 3.5 twin turbo. Found a truck after looking at several of them. Only issue at the time was no trailer hitch. One of my requirements. Dylan had that taken care of. Kunes paid for the new hitch to be installed. Everything went smooth from start to end. Dylan is a great guy to work with & made everything pretty much pain free. Even took care of lunch. What happens next is what is Important. After a month of owning the F150. I put new rims & tires along with running boards. Come to only find out one major thing was wrong. It didn't have the 3.5 twin but the 2.7. Lets just say I was pretty upset & felt taken for. stuck with a truck I couldn't use. I left a pretty crappy review. I contacted Jesse the general manager. I Explained the situation. He talked to Dylan & got back to me the same day. Dylan being a standup guy owned up to the mistake & both Dylan & Jesse went more than out of their way to make all right. They got me a bigger truck more than I expected it to be. They removed the rims & tires from the one truck to the other. The truck they got me was clearly worth much more money But kept the number the same. Mistakes happen for a reason. How those mistakes are handled is what's key. Kunes stepped up to the mistake ^ made it right. Thank You!! They proved to have an honest sales team & proved they want you to leave happy. They have my trust

The Subaru WRX lost its signature subie rumble when it was redesigned with the all new FA20DIT engine. However, don't let that deter you from this Subaru WRX because what it lacks for in noise it more than makes up for in the performance department. The instant turbo spool and glorious turbo noises that come from under the hood can be only described as HEAVEN. The car offers more performance than what can legally be had on the streets and that is ok with me. The perfect car that doubles as a family sedan.

This car has been nothing short of a pleasure to own. Its so much fun to drive, handles well, pulls hard, and just puts a smile on my face all the time. Its practical with good storage space and good back seat room. The AWD system on the car is great and offers endless grip. The car does have its quirks, it is a little noisy on the highway (wind noise), and the interior quality is just so-so (materials aren't bad, but aren't great either), and there are a couple of creaks and rattles. Even so, this vehicle has been great.

This car was exactly what I needed in a small, very sporty version. The strength of wheels could be improved. Infotainment system not fully compatible with Android phones. Electric requirements too much for the battery. Replaced 3 times in the first 36 months but at no cost to me.
