Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. So I bought a ‘21 Outback premium with 30k miles and have already put 6K more on it. Here is my honest review: if you want a fast car don’t get the 2.5 non turbo- that being said it is adequate for myself and get great gas mileage. The interior is good- I have the spec with cloth heated seats and they are comfortable and the cabin feels nice- has some cheap parts but I knew what I was buying. The infotainment is frustrating at times- auto start stop is a pain in the butt- but the infotainment itself isn’t bad with good sound and good responsiveness. The apple CarPlay will lag and be finicky at times but nothing terrible. As for drive quality it is a smooth ride and I don’t have any real complaints yet. Like I had mentioned if you want a car that is going to be fast- this engine and transmission will not do that for you. Overall I am happy so far with my purchase and feel as though I made a sensible decision when choosing this over some of its competition (I was looking at the VW Tiguan and and Mazda cx5)

Love our gently used 2015 Volvo XC60 T6 Turbo wagon. 130k miles on it and we have only had to replace the alternator and battery. Does not burn oil, does not leak oil. Has been a very reliable car. If you do the maintenance and change the oil every 5 thousand miles it will last a long time. Regular oil changes are very important as with any car. Most people don’t do this. The 6 cylinder is one the best engines they have made. Timing chain will last a long time as long as you put new clean oil in the engine every 5k miles. No transmission problems and no differential problems for us. No one likes to spend $2,000 for the 90k service but it’s a big one. Important preventative maintenance will take this car to 200,000 miles. Read the owners manual and follow the service schedule.

Such a good experience, from introduction to purchase. They pretty much accomodated all my needs and they do all this with no "dealer fees". I would buy from them again if I can.

I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

The following day he responded quickly to my request of locating the enrollment code for electrify America. The dealership was cold (October) and could use some more decoration and kids-friendly corner.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

The process was easy. Went to see the car but they were waiting for a part. We liked it right away. When it was finished they called us to test drive. Dan and Dave were terrific no pressure. They gave us a figure and we gave them ours and they did more than we asked for including accessories. John in finance and John the gm were also terrific. I rate this dealership very high.

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

AMAZED! 5 Stars! I’ve been car shopping off and on for 6 months, I’ve watched hours of car reviews on you tube and talked to tons of owners on Facebook groups, test drove new and used, sedans, crossovers and finally Outback’s. I was close to buying about 4 different vehicles over the last 3 months but the sales people and finance managers soured my taste for even wanting to buy anything from a dealership. I was able to get a email quote and set up a time to test drive the different trims with Gabriel Talpos. He was with a customer when I arrived and with in a minuet I was asked if I needed help unlike some dealers. Jeff Schade showed me all about the Outback’s and patiently answered all my questions and we even got to experience some Subaru like down pours. It was close to closing so I came back Saturday to try the Wilderness and it checked all the boxes, plus for me it had the most amazing acceleration of all the outback trims. Jeff was super patient and not pushy at all, the managers made a great offer that I didn’t even have to bargain for. The last part Finance managers.. always so scary. I worked with Chris Thomas, he was super pleasant! Quick and not pushy either, very friendly. I’ve never ever had a finance manager expierence that didn’t leave me with dread and being pushed around, so it was refreshing! Everyone I met at Grand Subaru was friendly and I can’t say enough about how different this dealership is for the better. I recommend you give them a shot and test drive some Subarus, they definitely don’t get the attention they should!

Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.
