It was by far the best experience of purchasing an automobile I’ve ever had. Very courteous and helpful. I actually went to GMC dealers in Va. and NC and they couldn’t help me get the SUV I wanted. Went to Cars.com and submitted 3 notice of interest to 3 different dealers and Zeigler responded within 5 minutes. No haggling and gave me a more than fair quote. I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

My husband and I are looking for a vehicle that will fit our growing family, be able to tow, and still look good at a good price. The Mitsubishi team CALLS me when there is a vihicle in they think will interest me. I test drove the 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander over night and LOVE the vehicle. All of the improvements over the previous model are awesome. It feels more comfortable and homey inside and more luxurious at the same time. The new fold down back seat feature is so much easier and overall, it is more user friendly. The sales staff (Jerry and Norm) at VerHage are awesome! Never pushy but interested in meeting my needs. They listen and will be on the look out for exactly what I need. Very impressed with them all. Great experience.

Owned this car since I ordered it new. Limited trim was worth it! At 167,000 miles I have only done routine maintenance. Synthetic Mobil 1 since I got it. Original front brakes, rears replaced only once. Solid, great mpg always. Rated at 22/29 and I routinely exceeed both by 2-3 mpg. Great in snow! CVT has NEVER given me any issues. I’ve towed boats and trailers within the 2700# specified limit without a concern. This car has been a tank and still looks like new. Paint is great, no rust or plastic degradation at all.

I've owned a 2011 Subaru Forester for years and it has been supremely dependable through northern Michigan weather. Super cold to humid and muggy, it's been a comfortable, reliable ride throughout.

My 2014 Equinox LTZ has over 200,000 miles on it. Been the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned including a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Will buy Equinox again.

Vehicle should be a great fit for the growing family. Has the size we need for now and extra in case we grow again. Can fit 3 car seats across the second row and one in the third if needed. Will give us the ability to take one vehicle when family visits.

2nd owner car has 243k mi. on it, mostly highway. Change oil every 5k mi. no oil leaks, no major issues. I replace two sensors approx. $250 ea. time. At 100k mi. I did a tune up and transmission flush. Other than that, regular oil changes and new tires, etc. Vehicle passed emmissions and runs great. I would take it on a trip tomorrow without a problem.

Love this truck more and more every day. Feels as fit and polished as the day it rolled off the line. Couldnt be happier! Test drive and find out just how great this older mercs can hold up if properly maintined

I bought my 2012 Equinox used, with 30,000 miles. I was able to get 201,000 before trading. Lots of little mechanical issues and replacing parts after 150,000. AC stopped blowing out of vents... that is a $900 fix. But engine overall was good and she never needed a transmission!

This car has met and surpassed a lot of my needs. Although I bought the car used it was still in great condition and runs well.

I have now had this car for over five years, as the second owner, and have over 275,000 miles. It's not as comfortable as Suburban, and doesn't handle as nicely as a mini van, but most of the issues to this point have been cosmetic or fairly normal for the vehicle category (suspension, etc). I have the most basic package; The interior is showing wear, and the driver information center's light sensor has been acting up for a while, but it still gets us where we need to go.

I purchased my car here in December 2022. It has held up since then. No major issues, but I brought it in today, April 20th, 2023 as I could not get my headlight on. This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.

Great car mines a 2012 and has around 149k miles and is running great barley any issues and it is also the v6 model which is good

I bought a BMW from Chip. The whole experience was NO PRESSURE. He let me take it home to show my wife, because that just works better than bringing three kids under 5, well anywhere. The purchase process was very easy. I even traded in my car as part of the deal. About a week out I had noticed an issue with the shifting and Chip was willing to work with me to make it right, we went to BMW to get some dealer specific service done, and they also did some repairs at a very affordable price. I am very pleased with how it all turned out. Mark the mechanic has been wrenching for over 20 years and is very knowledgable and personable. I had questions, and he had answers! Although the purchase agreement was "As Is", this is not a dealer that is trying to pull the wool over your eyes. He posts the CarFax up for free right on the website and wants you to be a happy customer. I will be keeping them on my short-list of car dealers for future needs and will probably use them for my regular maintenance needs as well.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I`ve owned several explorers through the years and put countless trouble free miles on them. The v8 equiped versions are my favorite makes merging into traffic a breeze. I found this one with only 77k miles on it and couldn`t pass it up.
