Great car so far. Still learning drivability. Tinted driver’s windows reflect light from dashboard which interferes with side mirror and external view, to the extent that window has to be rolled down to be able to see side mirror.

I called in the morning and requested to see a vehicle, they were very detailed on what car etc, to check to make sure they had the model, exterior color and interior color available. They did, so I scheduled to view the car that same day. I got there, the sales associate named Val was there to greet me holding a spot for the vehicle I arrived in. I was warmly greeted by him. I had my 17month old son with me and he gave him a balloon and offered if there was anything he could get to make us feel more comfortable. He had the car ready to test drive, during the test drive he was very thorough about the car, and showed me absolutely everything. I expressed I would like to trade in my old car and it was not a problem. We scheduled a time where he would come and pick up the vehicle from my house so I did not have to worry about dropping it off. After the paperwork was done he walked me around the building and introduced me to the service desk employees and showed me everything that I would need to go regarding getting car washes or just coming for a fix. When picking up my trade in vehicle it was super fast and easy. 10/10, Val and the team made the process very smooth, stress free, informative and positive. Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.
