First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

The dealership I purchased my car from sold to Hyman Bros and I was initially skeptical that I would continue to receive great customer service. However, I quickly found out that I had nothing to be concerned about. Hyman Bros provides absolutely wonderful customer service!!

We recently sold our 100 series land Cruiser and while we absolutely loved it while we owned it. I have to say that our 2021 limited Sequoia is everything that our 100 series LC should have been. Sure I miss how amazingly over built and reliable our LC was and not to mention the status quo of owning a LC. But the pleasure of having room to fit the entire family, 2 dogs and all of the gear we need for family outings, we simply could not get with our 100 series. The Sequoia even has features our LC didn't. Its cavernous inside, ridiculously comfortable and more cost effective to maintain than the LC. The Sequoia has the same Toyota reliability and V8 power as a LC and towing capacity is more than adequate for our needs. The Sequoia has just enough electronics to meet our needs without all the doodads we don't care for. The Sequoia interior for us, is the perfect combination of luxury, functionality and simplicity. We yearn for the days when 4wd's were 4wd's and didn't cost as much as a down payment on a house. The LC believe it or not got the same MPG roughly than our Sequoia does now and its lifted on 35's. The Sequoia has the almost the same 4wd system as the LC and trust me when I say the Sequoia has gone everywhere our LC has taken us. We are Toyota fanatics who presently own a 4runner and a Tacoma and have owned previous generations of both platforms. The Sequoia simply checked all the boxes for our family needs and at $30,000 or $40,000 less than a 200 series LC (USED). Our 2021 Sequoia is the best Toyota product we have ever purchased for our family and hands down the best bang for our buck, especially with inflated car prices.

OMG!!! I love this place. Itook my Equus there for repair work on the sound system. Krystal Woodson was Fantastic! She explained everything to me and David the technician working on my car, wouldn't give up diagnosing what was wrong, until he figured it out! He had to pull the entire back seat out of the car to fix the problem. If you have an Equus, you know that is what you have to do to fix speaker issues. David did a fantastic job, considering this was probably his first time doing this. My car now sounds like an Equus is supposed to sound. I can't say enough good things about Krystal and the way she and David took care of me and my car. If I could give them 20 stars, I would! If you have a Hyundai, this is the only place to go. I have had the car for almost three months. I used it when my son’s family and others visited so I often used every seat. I have a Limited Trim with a tow hitch. I got the car for visiting family and also to be able to tow a small to medium sized camper. I have owned many Mercedes, BMW’s, Mini’s and other brands and this is the most luxurious. It is as good or better than the German cars on equipment and comfort, just not as fast. Ventilated seats, three rows of power and heated seats and all the tech you can want, which I love. My favorite is the amazing lane keep assist which practically drives the car by itself and the 360 camera for parking and not hitting things. Try to price a Mercedes or BMW 3-row with the same features and you will be at least $85-90k if not more. You could buy his and hers Palisades for the same money, the Calligraphy even has the massage seats. The car is quiet, smooth and absolutely gorgeous interior. I can afford most any car I want and I personally love the value proposition of this car and the low maintenance costs. The car plays a musical tune every time you close the door like a welcome. All my camping gear fits into the back with room to spare (and third row down). The only quirk is the rain sensing wipers do not seem too sensitive. I don’t mind no wireless Car Play as a plugged in phone stays charged. Once I tow with it I will write another review but if you want this feature know it comes with a hitch, ball, prewired with the wire kit for trailer brakes and a tow mode! That’s pretty cool. Full sized spare, too. If you want luxury, space, lots of seats and good towing capacity run and get one. You don’t need to shop the competition unless it’s the Telluride. I got a great year end deal on mine, too. Hyundai is improving its vehicles every single year. I have had three now (Kona, Tucson and Palisade) and they have all been great. Oh, I have gotten up to 26mpg on the highway but most the time my mileage is exactly like the ratings. As low as teens in the city doing errands. Not bad for a two ton car.

Hector and Eric were both courteous and professional without being stiff. We got the car we wanted with minimal fuss, and that's a big deal, considering how exhausting our search had been.

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

A recent repair replacing a fuel pump control module was done. Service writer, Thomas was fantastic. Explained precisely the problem and directed the repair. Tech repair guy was the great! Back in the road with little down time.

This car is a great addition for our family. Lots of rooms for us with lots of comforts. It will provide us with the space needed as the kids grow.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! This is the third Tahoe I've purchased. My first was an '07 and I loved it. Second was a 15 and I hated it. This one is a 23 and I once again love myTahoe!! I love the new look of the body - that was one thing I never could say I loved about the 15. I was highly concerned about buying a "COVID car" because I had so many issues with the 15 that never should have happened so I couldn't imagine how COVID would affect things. I only have 6,000 mi on it so far but, absolutely no problems and only praises. Love the longer body and the fact that the second row captain's chairs can move. I love these 22-in rims more than any of the other rims that have been available on the Tahoe since 07 when I bought my first one. It does sit taller than the old ones so it takes a little getting used to. I have very long legs but now I have to use the running board when I get in and out but, I definitely like setting up taller in traffic. I know it comes with the territory owning a big four-wheel drive vehicle but, I do hate the gas mileage. I tow a 22 ft open trailer with a car on it and you'd never know it was back there. The Tahoe handles it beautifully

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

This is our third Armada since 2012. First two were not new and we had great performance out of them. We were fortunate that general maintenance and upkeep was all we ever did to them. I will likely stay in this line as long as it is available. Having a ‘23, I will likely not be looking for a long while.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.
