Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

On January 27, 2025 a turn at my calligraphy for Services on the passenger's seat . Representative Mercedes gave me a loner vehicle they had to keep my view all for three days. When i returned into a vehicle problem was resolved . Representative Mercedes with a great help in getting my vehicle completed. She went above and beyond to get my vehicle done. This is my 4th Hyundai and I buy them for the warranty. I even received a new engine in my last Hyundai on warranty at 120,000 miles. I do appreciate that Hyundai honors their warranties. I have had good luck for the most part with all Hyundais and love the comfort, amenities and sporty look of the Tuscon. My only concern is that at 1.5 years and with 30,000 miles I had to have the oil pan replaced but again thanks to the Hyundai warranty no cost.

Walked in expecting way too high pricing on leases for EVs. Discovered I was wrong. Got great service and lease rates on a 2025 Kona EV! The sales staff were very helpful and walked me through the process both while at the dealership and via text or phone calls at home.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

My service was the best I have had in Beaufort. Everything was super easy and timely. My only complaint was the lobby was too cold.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

Can't say enough about salesman Cory Ellis. He is personable, intelligent, patient and knowledgeable. I recommend him and the dealership very highly. Very new and clean facility.

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

After months of trying to test the car for oil consumption the problem was finally resoled. Since the engine was replaced I have decided to return to Hyundai Auto Nation for continued service on my 2018 Santa Fe sport. The service agent I dealt with ,Brett ,was AMAZING. The service department can take a lot of heat from customers as Brett did with me...he's a great listener very calm and knowledgeable and went a love and beyond to make and keep us satisfied

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I bought this vehicle in December of 2023, and I have been pleased with the performance and the room inside the car. The boot (trunk) has lots of space. The silver paint with the black wheels looks really sharp. The best appeal for me to purchase this vehicle is that it's reported to rarely need to be in the shop for repairs. It's always been my experience that if you take care of your vehicle then it will perform well.

The service took a while. I had a loaner car. I was kept informed and updated. Robert always provides good customer service. My car is always washed when I get it back.

The GL450 is a roomy vehicle with a usable 3rd row that quickly folds away flush into the floor for spacious cargo room. The car is stable on smooth roads and comfortable, potholes, man-hole covers and other obstacles in the road can cause the suspension to jump around a little more than expected...the rear will jump over a few inches one way or another, but overall it drives well. Acceleration isn't what it used to be with the larger twin turbo V-8, but it's still very respectable. The biggest advantage and worth the trade-off is the much improved fuel economy. Front seating is sufficient, not spectacular though...I've take a few 700 plus mile trips and I'm happy with the comfort level, just wish the front seat bases could tilt a little higher in the front. Gauges and instruments and radio are easy to use and fall within reach...the temperature controls could be a little more modern for a 2016 instead of the rotary dial...but they work. NOT a fan of the transmission shifting on the column...it frees up the center console, but it's easy to confuse early on with blinkers, wipers, etc. The seats are heated but at this price, they should also be ventilated/cooled. I haven't had it long enough for reliability, but from what I've read it's decent. Towing capacity is 7500#...I have not tried that yet, but would think that's a little more than an SUV this size should be towing...my intentions will be much smaller adventure trailers and possibly a boat, but no large car haulers even though they may fall within or under 7500#. I'm looking forward to this car as it's my first Mercedes, a departure from our Audi and BMW stable of cars we own and have owned in the past.

Bought a truck this week. Was originally dealing with Jeana but that was short lived due to her sh*tty attitude. She was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, and walked away from the desk twice in less than 5 minutes. A sales manager came over to get on the same page as me and I told him then that I would not be doing business with Jeana but still wanted the truck. Jeana needs to find a new job to weasel her way into because sales and customer service is not for her. Absolute worst attitude I’ve ever seen from a salesperson, especially one whose job literally relies on making sales. She needs to be terminated. Jeana definitely earned her rating of 0/10. Fire that useless, rude b****! I was moved to Alana’s desk where she handled all of my questions and concerns with the utmost respect and positive attitude. Alana and her partner Mike truly went above and beyond to ensure this deal went through. From my in person visit, to my texts after purchase, to making sure they retrieved my items in my trade in vehicle that were locked in the glovebox. Alana and Mike are a top tier team and made the experience night and day better. Cannot speak highly enough of both of them. 10/10 for that power team. One bad egg (JEANA!!) nearly caused me to walk out. If you’re considering visiting this dealership, I strongly suggest you ask for Alana or Mike. At the very least, make sure you ask for anyone but Jeana.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

Onsite visit was a little long, but effective. No trade in, no financing. All the dealer had to do was negotiate a trade for the vehicle we wanted. Complete time in an out was about 3 1/2 hours. We drove 80 miles to complete the paperwork. The dealership delivered our car to us in our the driveway.

Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Corey was very helpful and the sale was smooth. We were in and out quickly on a Saturday evening. There was no pressure when I declined extended warranty. Had a couple of minor issues that Brett fixed quickly. He even came out to introduce himself and car was cleaned before we left. They had a professional come to our home to clean the driveway. Great experience!! Highly recommend.

Only gripe is no adjustable visors and side mirrors. I am short and the visors do not adjust in length. The side mirrors swing in and out but not up and down so there is interference for me. I have the seat adjusted to the max and use a cushion but still have a problem.

I was very pleased with Mark Cutter as my salesperson and impressed with layout of the new building. This is my 3rd Hyundai and second from the dealerships in Savannah. I first owned a Sonata, then a Santa Fe, and now a Tucson.

I traded in my 2016 RAV4 Limited for the Highlander XLE. Primarily for the ride. We had to give up some features such as seat positioning and closeness sensors available on the Rav4. The 2019 Highlander has a V6 that is well reported on and gives us the performance we need. Our ride has definitely improved on the Highlander.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

It is not often to come across any car dealership and find such trustworthy people. They made me a priority. I truly felt that they were on my side. Very reliable, 2.0 ecoboost will fly. It’s too fast at times and tires slip. FWD not AWD. Holds up well. Good little SUV. Comfortable seats.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

We sat down talked about price he gave us a very good price and we accepted. We were sent over to Austin M. A CFS Manager another very Personable, friendly, caring non-pushy Manager. Austin was telling us about out warranty and told us what it took care of and what it didn?t take care of , explained what we can do to extend and add other warranties. This SUV checked all the boxes: Nice ride, lots of room, looks good. It has multiple USB ports for charging and games. It’s also quiet ride with a lot of room which is great for long family trips.

I recently visited JC Lewis Ford to explore the 2025 Ford Escape Hybrid, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. DJ and Sam were my sales associates, and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout the process. They offered great pricing upfront, with no pressure or gimmicks. What really stood out was their willingness to let me take the vehicle home for an extended test drive, which gave me time to really evaluate whether it would be the right fit for my family. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with the Escape—not because of anything lacking in the dealership experience, but because Ford’s current hybrid lineup doesn’t include a 3-row SUV, which is something I need for my growing family. I also already own a 2017 Escape, so I wasn’t sure the newer model would offer the added space and flexibility I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Kia Sorento Hybrid elsewhere, but I can’t say enough good things about JC Lewis Ford and especially DJ and Sam. If Ford releases a 3-row hybrid with higher MPG in the future, this dealership will absolutely be my first stop. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, customer-focused car-buying experience!
