The folks here are friendly. I had a problem after the purchase, but everyone stepped up to help. Especially, Mr. Andy Kirschenbaum, was there to see problem solved!

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Runde's service department is always pleasant to work with. They have always been very accommodating. Repairs are done quickly at a reasonable price. I've also had great experiences when purchasing my vehicles from Runde.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

My new car experience was smooth from beginning to end. Carter helped me, a senior citizen, understand which features would be best for me and which model would suit me well. Definitely will consider going back to Runde?s.

I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

We have purchased 16 vehicles from Runde Chevrolet we don't shop around because Runde always has the best price. The expertise that Pat Timmerman and Casey Fluhr have in the service department is second to none when it comes to any type of service, and in a timley manner. The best part is you are not just a number they treat you just like family. Oh" I forgot to mention that we are taking delivery on our 17th unit today. Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

Had them treat my Ram 1500 with Corrosion Free rustproofing. Katlyn answered all my questions by email and set up the appointment. I believe they did a very thorough job as it took them nearly 4 hours. They also supplied me with a loaner car to use while they worked on my truck.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

I read the other reviews and was a little skeptical. Well, I can tell you they must be under new/different/better management because non of those old opinions were true!!! Honest, accurate, fast, and polite! Old car dealership methods are dead. New style when people truly come first are here and hopefully to stay. Thank you all!

Love my 2018 limited Forester , Great as you the very comfortable love how it drives good gas mileage so far.. highly recommend this car great for transporting kids also… Very quiet driving experience

I have to give Kunes Service Dept. 5 Stars. I had a mid-afternoon appointment for an oil change due to morning meetings and appointments which all ended early. On a chance they could squeeze me in early I gave the service department a call and inquired if I could come in 3 hours early for my oil change appointment. They did get me in despite being very busy and I was grateful. The staff was friendly and courteous and took the time to go over what was serviced on my vehicle. Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

Took 2021 forester for warranty work on electronics - Riley Subaru was beyond expectations. Their representatives were attentive, respective (of my lack of knowledge), and very very helpful. Everytime I turned around someone was there to answer my questions. EXCELLENT personal.

Have 14k miles on 2022 hybrid. Gets 50 mpg combined city and highway. Plenty of pep handles and corners well. Fantastic technology love the android auto. Plann on keeping this one, it has all need. Eric from Lombard IL

We took our RAM truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and checkup. They were friendly and very up front with the amount of time to finish this work. The waiting area was clean and the coffee/hot chocolate were awesome. Nice place to get work done on our RAM!

Like the look and has plenty of power we have the v6 option The interior is very comfortable with all the bells and whistles you can appreciate. We traded in a Liberty and the ride is so much smoother.

I personally love my 22 Crosstrac. I have the turbo engine and it has a lot of go to it. Very sturdy on the road at higher speeds. I have the Limited Edition with diamond sparkle black paint, black leather interior very sharp looking vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the beginning with a few minor leaks around the windshield which was promptly fix by the dealership. Gas mileage is great. If you have a family or intend on traveling a lot, the storage part is small other than that perfection all around.

Non pushy sales. Great sales team and finance (Molly) personal! Casey in service is top notch. I will continue to all my automotive business with Runde's.

22k miles in. Love this car. Electric. Check Comfortable. Check. Reliable. Check. Zippy, fast acceleration. Check. Best car I ever owned, and once you go electric, you don't look back. One note to buyers. This is a great commuter car, not good for road trips. Charging time is quite slow, and range gets much lower in cold weather, or with ac on, or using cruise control.
