This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

After spending more than a half day at another dealer trying to buy a used Jeep and leaving very displeased, the whole experience at Woody Folsom Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went very well and for once we left a car dealership pleased with the experience and the Jeep. We never felt pressured or being led down the wrong path. (trying to sell warrantees we did not want, they were offered once, but we declined and that was the end.) We had to go to another town to get treated like we were of importance, not just the dollar. We talked and they listened to us to help get the right Jeep and right deal. They have set the bar high and we believe they will continue to meet the expectation level. Everyone we have talked to at the dealership has been very pleasant and professional.

3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

The air suspension mitigates most harshness from the 22" wheels. **Handling**: It drives more like a midsize SUV, handling mountain roads with unexpected confidence. Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. I was on the hunt for a used truck. Came across a few that I was interested in on the Facebook marketplace that their salesman, Mark Mcnease had posted. Their dealership was three hours away, so I did all of my looking and research through pictures, video and FaceTime with Mark. He test drove the trucks for me, gave me feedback on everything that I wanted to see and hear, and even helped guide me to what he believed was the better choice of vehicles that I was looking for. Best used car experience I’ve had in my entire life, and I’ve had over 40 vehicles. We made a fair deal on the car and they delivered it! They had a driver bring it to me from three hours away. The truck was spotless when it arrived and it was everything I hoped for AND more. After driving for a few days, I noticed that the rear wheels were making a screeching noise. I took it to a local dealer to discover that whoever installed the brake pads had put the clips on incorrectly, and they were scraping against the rotors. It cost me $400 to have those brake pads replaced. I called Mark to let him know that whoever did the brakes on the vehicle, installed the clips incorrectly. He informed me that he thought the dealership had replaced those as part of their inspection process, but he needed to confirm that. I got a text message from him a couple of days later that it was their fault and the dealership would be sending me a check for the cost of having to replace those brake pads. The dealership followed through on that! I know I’ve rambled on a bit, but this has been the best dealership I’ve ever done business with, and I think it all needs to be said. I will definitely buy from them again. You can trust that you will get a good vehicle, and trust that they will stand behind their vehicles. I recommend you talk to Mark!

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....
