This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Misty was my service advisor. She took the time to explain the repairs needed to my van. I am glad that I got it done and the ride is so much better

great car has everything and then some. lots of seats and 2nd row heated is cool. it could use a little more under storage in the rear compartment and a cover

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

My service advisor was very friendly and took time to explain the issues of concern with my vehicle. My wait time was about exactly what he estimated, I certainly appreciate the respect for time since I had to wait.

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

Great experience! Josh Crawford answered our questions and was a great help, even helped get through to our insurance company. We came in to test drive a car we found on the web. Liked the way it drove and looked. Bought the car and drove it home that night! Josh even told us about a great place to eat nearby. Allie Causey took care of our paperwork with no wasted time. We really appreciated the three people who kept the place open so that we could complete the purchase. Kind folks! Really went the extra mile to take care of us.

Overall I'm satisfying with the car I have no issue till now the car is running 55,000 mile over, still I don't have any major problem. The space is huge inside that car that is more satisfying even if you sit in the third row and adult person can sit comfortably.

In the middle of travels, I had an indicator light come on regarding my rear brake light. I called ahead and the dealer advised that though they did not have any appointments, I could drop in early for the needed repair. I did just that and in under an hour I was on the road. The price was fair. My advisor Ryan explained what was needed and provided updates via text and in the waiting room. All of the dealer staff that I interacted with were friendly. If I need service again when I'm in Gulfport, I'll definitely visit Matt Bowers Hyundai again.

Bought a second hand 2013 LR4 HSE a few months ago with 90k miles on it It was much better than expected, really Will kept it for a long time It’s a spacious, luxury, very comfortable vehicle, even better than newer Discovery generation

I've been coming to this Dealership since 2012 and have Always received the most professional service and advice on all of the vehicles I've had during this time. My Hyundai Sonata is 23 years old and runs like it did on day-1. Our 2016 Chrysler Town and Country has had a few Chrysler problems, but all have been expertly repaired. When the Dodge Grand Caravan lost its transmission I was worried, but the Matt Bowers Service Team was there to handle Everything (the warranty coordination and the repair). After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

This is a great car. I love the back-up camera, heated seats, no smoking in, very low mileage, fast and safe for my little one. The back seats go all The way down or part way. I sit higher, has a slap-shift. Great car!

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.

It is very comfortable to ride in. Has a a lot of luxury features. Lane change alert. The cruise control withe with the adaptive feature is great.

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

I had a such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 bmw x6 in January. I had no plan of getting the car I thought I was going to experience another rude salesman’s so I was just going to see it in person and really didn’t want to talk. I was totally wrong. I have a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 turbo. I have driven this vehicle for 22500 miles with absolutely no problems rides great and gets 30 plus miles per gallon highway

The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

Cannot reach under the console, Blindspot on the passenger side and seats are not very comfortable. Otherwise, the car is a very nice car and has decent pick up power for just the four-cylinder.
