Most wonderful customer service at Mills Chevrolet. I arrived early for my appointment, an oil change service. The wait was not very long for this to take place. My vehicle was cleaned before being returned to me. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

We purchased this auto new - have never had a problem with the car. We keep it maintained on a regular basis and the only items we have replaced IN 8 YEARS have been wipers, tires and filters. PERIOD. Exceptional value, I usually replace cars ever 4 to 6 years. Simply no reason at this time to consider replacement. Had actually considered writing the CEO about the quality of their cars. Only wear is on my seat due to getting in and out of the vehicle.

We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

It had been 36 years since I had purchased a new vehicle. The process with Marty was so smooth. From the first email to setting up a time to come in to getting my trade evaluated to finance paperwork; it all went smoothly and quickly. I can see why Marty gets so many positive reviews. Blake was great as well. He explained financing details as well as what they had to offer with warranties and protection packages with no pressure to buy. A little more than 2 years ago I bought a used 2017 Chevy Trax LT AWD, with a 1.4L engine. In addition, this vehicle was in a wreck which got hit on the rear end of the vehicle. However, the vehicle was fixed before purchasing it and I bought it with a fair price, with 49k original miles. Now the Trax has 97k miles and has had his fair amount of issues. Additionally, at 60k miles the turbo was leaking antifreeze and had to replace it with the valve that was attached to it. Also, I had some minor issues on the AC controller which h I had to have those replaced, and sooner or later I'm going to have to replace the blower motor since it's making a weird sound when it's on. This vehicle has treated me good since I've been keeping up with the regular oil changes (I usually buy Mobile 1 oil and filter, advance full synthetic) and I usually change also the air filter every 15k-30k miles. Also I've done 2 tune ups with new spark plugs and coils. To be honest if yiu do the regular maintenance you won't have any issues especially the engine and transmission. Furthermore, in a couple of days I'll be replacing the break pads, and also just FYI the 1.4L engine has a timing chain, so if you do the regular oil changes it will last forever. Soon I'll be replacing the gaskets and water pump since it's about to turn 100k mikes. All in all, I give it a 4.0-4.5 overall rating, space if very bad you can't fit regular size adults in the rear seats!

Very pleased with their service department. Staff was so friendly! Had my oil changed today. Was very impressed. I would highly recommend them. They don't tell you that you need things done when you don't.

I'm a tall guy, and there's plenty of headroom. The leather interior is well made, and the car is surprisingly spacious all around. Great gas mileage, and even though it's a sub-compact - you feel safe.

Purchased new in 2015. Have only done 1 repair in 129k, which was fixing oil leak at oil filter housing. Solid car, great in rain and snow. Thoroughly enjoy this car

Great car mines a 2012 and has around 149k miles and is running great barley any issues and it is also the v6 model which is good

Smart Toyota was excellent to work with. Vero Ponce made the sales process as easy as possible for me. On the day of the sale she even went out of her way to drive approx. 30 miles to pick me up and give me a ride to the dealership. Also a nice touch Smart Toyota does is right before you drive the purchased vehicle off the lot they do a wash & detail on it.

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

My mother got this car new and gave it to me after only a couple years. I absolutely ADORED this car. So reliable and comfortable. I would still be driving it if a semi truck hadn't fallen on it, crushing us over the guardrail, rolling us a few times. We would not have survived that in most cars. This car has ample room above you that crushes down. I had previously wondered once why the ceiling was so high. Life saver. The seat belt held so fast and hard that I have a massive bruise from it. The seat belts had my friend and I hanging upside down. This is a fantastic car. Sad to see it go! I will probably get another.

I was having the car there for a routine maintenance service. The employees were all very friendly and fery informed with the work I need done. All work was done quickly and to mt satisfaction.

I loved my 2002 explorer. It was great on gas, lots of room and traveling in it was perfect. It also lasted me 15yrs. I do not like the new curved look. I was so happy to find the flex with that box look I love. I am very pleased with my flex

I wish that the 2010 ford edge had Better gas mileage otherwise it’s a grate suv. I wish that it had a 3rd row Seating

Very reliable, 2.0 ecoboost will fly. It’s too fast at times and tires slip. FWD not AWD. Holds up well. Good little SUV. Comfortable seats.

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

I started online and was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of their folks to text inquiries. They provided a few links to check out and generally showed my whatever I wanted. I started off wanting a used car but decided on new and they were flexible with proving me access to whichever years and trim levels they had available so I could make a decision on my own time. Very little pressure from my sales guy, Nick Scott. Very pleasant experience there and even going back to the dreaded finance guy was not a big deal. They were flexible around the times I could come in with my spouse to finish the deal and modified things in real time. Very accommodating. Good experience overall. I would recommend.

We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.
