I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. I have a 2003 GMC ENVOY that I purchased in December of 2002. I traded in a 2000 GMC JIMMY. The Envoy, when I purchased, had 12 miles on it. Currently, it has 347,000(++) miles. I've replaced the differential and (2) transmissions. The engine is still running sweet and I maintain the car myself to cut down on labor charges for repairs (I’m a DIYer’). This SUV has been nothing but stout and reliable. A few things in the interior need replacing but as it goes with 22 year old truck. I can only say good things about my Envoy.

I found a SUV my mom was interested in online, we drove all over Birmingham to check out some other vehicles she was interested in. Great vehicle! Very reliable! Sporty! Gorgeous interior and killer Bose sound system. No problems till the car hit around 120k then I started to have problems but at that mileage problems are expected. Right sub frame needed replaced at $2500, replaced suspension $1500, replaced radiator $600. Not great on gas. I got about 17 around town and 25 on the highway but that’s pretty much what all the mid size SUV’s get.

Bought this vehicle last year with 125,000 miles on it. Got off to a rough start. Brakes, muffler, and under carriage needed replacement. Jeep paid for the undercarriage replacement. Since then it has settled down and been reliable. I feel that many of its issues have to do with the salt and other chemicals that are found on the WI roads. Not really the cars fault. One heads up: when you nail the throttle, it's really loud.

Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles available. Pricing was excellent compared to other dealerships with similar vehicles. Negotiations proceeded well and they were very upfront with information to help make a decision. They were helpful but not overbearing. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I live about 115 miles from the dealership and notified them that I planned to pick up the vehicle about three days from hen we finalized the purchase. However, they contacted me a few hours later and offered to deliver it to me.

This is a really nice vehicle for being used. It exceeds our expectations for comfort and performance. We enjoy driving it both in town and out in the country.

I am the original owner of my 2004 Toyota Highlander purchased with 8 miles on it ( my test drive miles =))... it currently has 419,100 miles. Original engine, transmission etc... Some upkeep throughout the years... but She's still pushing and running smoothly. What's the saying " til the wheels fall off" which shouldn't be anytime soon because I just purchased new tires last year. =))). Best vehicle ever, very reliable, sturdy, and fun to drive....we have been through a lot.
