I had my 2022 Hyundai Serviced at McGee Hyundai in Lebanon, NH today and upon arrival was greeted by Michael Bell who made the initial check-in process very quick & easy. He stayed in touch with me via text, during the 24,000 mile check-up with all up-dates, which was really nice. As soon as the Technician, Seth, spotted an issue, I was notified immediately, which I appreciated. Once my car was ready for pick-up, after the allowed time frame given to me, there were no surprises ... all pricing and work needed was transparent. Practical. We love our 2020 Ascent Limited and we live in the south. We have a large family and this is great while the kids are small. Once more than three are teenagers, we'll definitely need a larger vehicle that provides more leg room if you're sitting on the back row. Love the convenience and ease of how the rear seats fold forward when I'm shopping and/or loading up from the back. The 10 year 100k mile warranty was reasonably priced at less than $2.5k. Haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood). Again, it's practical so the seats aren't as plush as premium vehicles but they're nice and comfortable. This pretty much describes the interior. The electronics are comparable to most vehicles. It has everything you need but nothing over the top. (Again, practical.) Greatly appreciate the cabin air filter and ease of changing it. I like smelling a fresh interior all the time. We're in the south where it's high in pollen, so the HEPA cabin filter is perfect. In my opinion the Ascent is a great mid-size SUV option that looks nice, is practical and has that Subaru reliability.

It’s been such a pleasure to own and drive the cx90! My only complaint is I wish it got better gas mileage. The AWD works very well, the inline 6 is more than enough power to drive the vehicle fully loaded with luggage and 6 passengers for 4 hour trips. Overall it’s been an excellent vehicle to own a drive. Driving is believing!

This has been an amazing vehicle! Super comfortable and will buy again. Loved all of the tech and comfort features to make each trip the best. I have owned a lot of cars and this one has the most intuitive features by far.

I leased this car in March after 12 years of being a Prius owner. My Prius was involved in a head-on crash, and although it performed amazingly, I wanted something a little more solid. This car fits the bill for a robust crossover option that also reduces the carbon footprint. The Crosstrek Hybrid is the perfect car for me. I live in an urban environment where I drive short distances for errands or to work. If I go further then the hybrid kicks in. Granted, we have been driving less during stay at home, but I have had this car 4 months and have only used 1/2 a tank of gas which is incredible. I charge it when I get home and at work also. The fact it can charge from a regular plug is amazing. I have not noticed my electric bills go up particularly, despite driving this car almost exclusively on the electric battery. If you do short drives close to home then this car is a great bet. If you drive longer distances routinely then this car might not be worth the extra money over the regular Crosstrek. The interior is roomy and comfortable. My only gripe is there's no wireless charging point, which is offered on Toyota's. You have to connect with a wire which is okay, but in this day and age you'd hope for more. The car handles very smoothly and has a nice 4 wheel drive capacity for mountains, hikes etc. There isn't tons of trunk space as the battery takes up a lot of room, but sufficient I'd say unless you need to frequently carry large loads. The car feels solid and safe, and my insurance premiums went down from my Prius as Subaru has such a great safety record. Finally, this car qualifies for the orange Access OK sticker, which enables you to use the HOV lane and park for free at meters in certain towns (such as Santa Monica.) Overall I am really thrilled with this car!

My experience was great from the time I walked into the dealership and met with Sean Parent to driving my new car home! Have owned this 2019 Subaru ascent touring model for just over 2 years. Eye site feature is my fav. Car responds to changing traffic speeds automatically. great in heavy highway traffic. The Subaru service department at my dealership keeps it in tp top shape. I highly highly recommend this car. I'm sure the newer models are even better.

I've been coming to Hyundai of Keene for buying and servicing and I think they are the best.

The only thing is there is a space between the seat back and the seat, if you put something small on the passenger seat it can slice and end up on the floor of the back seat.

So far so amazing. After this car, I'm very positive I will buy the same model. By the way, I don't know when it's going to happen since I feel like this car would stay healthy forever. Cargo room seems like the only part missing but getting a compact SUV like this? It was expected.

After two years, all I can say is, well done. The car has been solid. I only have 18K miles, but no complaints. It is a bit narrow, and can be a little "economical" in appearance, but not a single complaint. It is a low end car, but the ride and comfort, overall is very good. Gas mileage is always subjective, but I average 32+ MPG overall, and it is at least as good as the Camry I got out of. It has taken me through places I probably should have not ventured. It didn't complain or give me any drama, hardly missing a beat the whole way,,,, with factory AS touring tires. The AWD seems top notch. People complain about the windshield being fragile, but so far so good. They complain about engine performance too, but I have never felt like I was going to be run over or that the engine was underpowered. If you want a "Fast" car, look elsewhere. It does what it does well.

Everyone in sales and service was excellent. I will be back to buy another car down the road!

The overall experience that started with the online customer service team then moved to work with CJ who coordinated the sales process for me until I purchased the car was outstanding. I purchased recently a used 2020 Cherokee Limited and it has turned out excellent, I have no problems or issues. The only minor issue that I have is the location of the cup holderss.

I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. Evan April helped me purchase a car and I was very happy with the whole experience! Evan was very helpful while test driving and creating the offer, once the purchase was complete, he sat in the car and explained all of the features to me. I have purchased at other dealerships where I was handed the key with no explanation of any feature, this was great service and much appreciated! I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

Strangest car buying experience of my life. Weird vibe from the salesman the moment we walked in, as if it didn’t matter if we there or not. But we got to drive some nice trucks. Found one that we wanted to deal on, only to be told after our test-drive that he couldn’t sell it because of an open recall that couldn’t be fixed. Decided to ask the price on the first truck we drove. Had to give him the keys to our trade before he’d give us the price. Fully expected the price to be out of reach and the trade offer to be low balled. Imagine my surprise when he returned with the truck’s price at 10% lower than the window sticker AND an offer on the trade $3k ABOVE the figure I planned to use when starting negotiations. Needless to say, negotiations were brief! The paperwork was signed and we drove home in a new truck. All in about three hours.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

This is my second Crosstrek and I love it. I live in the Northeast and it's the best car I've ever had for driving in snow and sleet. It also has great pickup for when I want to pass a car or for going uphills.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine
