I bought a new Mustang from Matt Ford and knew I would take my F-150 to them to have the tailgate lock serviced. They did good work, had the truck back quickly, and did not charge much for the service. I am a loyal Matt Ford customer. They have always treated me very well.

Hard to find parts for now that Suzuki does not make them any longer. Great car for families. My mechanic can not even repair anymore

We are very picky about where we buy our vehicles, and this is the best place that we have found. We loved it so much that we actually traveled a total of 6 hours to purchase our Jeep. Lifetime customer

I got my car about a month and a half ago. And I m satisfied for the price I paid (5K) when I bought it she had 118000 miles now she has 122k I guess I drive alot. Gas mileage could definately be better. And the acceleration definately could be improved. Braking also. But overall if you're looking for a decent car to get you where your going Its not a bad choice. I love my stereo/Aux/cd player and I love the gage cluster. Cruise control is very easy to use And I also feel pretty safe driving it. Looking forward to taking her on a trip soon.
I bought a car from out of state from Don Qually and he was extremely helpful with transporting the car to get inspected and for routine services provided. He was fair, direct and helpful. The car is performing great as expected. I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Qually's Auto to anyone looking for a solid car at a fair price.

every since I bought the truck it has had problems with the rear door not latching. First the dealership replaced the door switch , no luck, then the bottom latch...no luck. Now there telling me it could be latch alighnment and the striker. It has become quite annoying and cannot use the interior light and had to pull the bulbs out of cargo lamp....everytime the door ajar light flickers so does the lights. I think the problem is being addressed too slow and am not sure if the local dealer is workin hard enough to fix this problem. not sure if anyone else has had this issue.
They have great service, reasonable prices and great quality! Michael Cummings answered all my questions, he is a great guy! I really like the car I bought! 他们有很好的服务，合理的价格，质量很安全！他耐心解答了所有我问的问题，非常满意我买的这辆车!

Runs and handles great. Looks classy too. Looks like the gas mileage is very good for the size of the sedan. Was a little scared to buy it because they stopped selling them in the IS. We’ll see what happens. Excited to see how it moves through the snow.
Found the car I wanted with all the options Brennan was great!!! He helped me whenever I had a question or requested something done. The women and men there are on point.
I would buy this vehicle again if I had th option!

I actually had purchased the vehicle a few years ago not knowing much about Suzuki. But ended up having the vehicle for over 5 years. I then gifted it to a friend upon my moving out of state. I must say this was one of the most comfortable vehicles I have ever owned as well as reliable. The original reason I purchased it was because I used to own a Geo Tracker (before Chevy bought and branded them). It had a Mitsubishi engine so I went looking for its Big Brother which turned out to be the Suzuki with the same type of engine. Mitsubishi engines are rated at three to four hundred thousand miles, so I knew that if I got this vehicle it would last forever. And it did! I beat the heck out of this car, put over 200,000 miles on it and it is still in good enough condition to be gifted. It's still running two years later, perfectly fine.
It is just a shame that Suzuki stopped selling their vehicles in the states. Perhaps the reason they couldn't sell any more of their vehicles is because they were built too well...
We may never know. ?
Tim was a very good salesman. He was polite and very courteous. We are very pleased with the truck we bought. The dealership was clean and the coffee was good! The finance guy was really nice and explained everything very well.
Surprisingly poor quality

I bought my 2006 Suzuki Forenza used with just over 20k on it. Seemed like a good car at first but had two recalls on it and a host of electrical issues. In the two years that I owned it I probably spent around $3,000 in repairs, not counting regular maintenance. It continually had odd tire wear despite two alignments. This year I had something go wrong with the car literally every month, ranging from having to replace a $20 headlight to a $900 clutch and hydraulic replacement. Nothing on the car is standard, I spent more on the battery then any car or truck I've ever owned.
The constant breakdowns, electrical malfunctions, and generally poor performance led me to ditch it even though we still owed money on it. The blue book value had plummeted so much that we were still upside down on the car even though we had paid off half our loan.
They look like great cars with lots of options for the money, but I could have had a much nicer car if I had taken our monthly payment and average monthly repair bill and put that towards a car instead.
