My husband and I recently visited Ferguson Subaru and purchased a 2025 Subaru Touring. We love it, this is probably our 6th Subaru. The outbacks drive so well . after being burnt by Audi i wasnt looking for another expensive classy luxury car id drive that q5 500 miles and it would start breaking down finally i got sick of being stranded and gave it away at 100k miles it needs about 7000 in work easily ! a suzuki was the last car on my mind but after driving it i was hooked the suzuki i bought was in an accident with a deer so the guy wanted it gone his insurance totaled it because the deer damaged the hood the front bumper and a headlight assembled all of which are easily replaced by anyone with mechanical aptitude! the insurance company loss my gain this suzuki has already been a million times better than my audi q5 not stylish or classy but runs circles around my audi in dependability and fuel milage ! a car isnt much good if its always breaking down suzuki is no longer in america because they ran forever and dont break down ! my only regret is that i didn't purchase 3 of them for the price of one audi and im sure there are many like myself whom wish they had shown more support for suzuki !

I think it's a great running car, however it was listed as having Navigational which it did, but not working. Once again my fault for not checking prior to buying. The car itself seems to run good, great mileage and body

I did a Long term test on the Suzuki XL7 it did good not bad for a SUV it .3.6 v6 did good we put 151 532 miles on it andthe Suzuki XL7 did really good in the winter and it did good the summer andi say it did better then the Chevrolet Equinox that did Long term test drive

Had an old 95 Dodge pickup before this so driving the 2009 Equator Extend is like stepping into the 21st century. I have the 4 cyl which I need for gas eco since I have a long commute and I don't tow but, I do need the bed which has factory sprayed liner. Perfect combo for me. Also have the 16" alloy rims which give the truck a wide stance. Interior same as Frontier seems durable and car-like. Truck is TALL. Nice, firm ride, feels very stable even at highway speeds. Equator styling gets compliments. Highly recommend.

This is the best car I have ever owned. Very reliable and easy to repair. Mechanics will alsways take advantage because there are no many Suzuki around. But, you can do a decent job by yourself if you order spare parts. Is Suzuki back in Canada? They make reliable and less expensive cars. Thanks Suzuki, I ❤️ your cars!

296,749 miles and still going. Only thing I have had an issue with is low beam head light.. But that’s just been in the last year . Have replaced it twice . But I will not complain ! It’s a great vehicle and I love it .

I bought my 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara premium used with 109k miles. Did some repairs and maintenance such as replacing all fluids, new starter (didn't really need it), Tuneup, Severe snow storm rated ALL TERRAIN/ALL SEASON tires and even though I only drive 4,500 miles a year...I get an oil/lube with synthetic oil every 3 months religiously. Also added steel Red colored lug nuts that match my maroon paint job perfectly that adds a $20 being that really pops. Car drives like a brand new luxury car. Have been driving it 3 years now and lice it. No problems at all. All features work great. Love steering wheel cruise and steering controls. Stereo has fantastic sound. Feel perfectly safe and although it will happen eventually of course. I have no worries on long trips, that I will not have to concern myself with breakdowns. Great off road. I am 6'5" and there is plenty of legroom and space. Great interior layout. Luxurious interior. And (what my mother would say) the dashboard lights at night are real pretty 😍.

Alright, I was not expecting to fall in love with this Suzuki. My beauty isn’t much when it comes to looks, but she’s fast as I need her to be, handles the ice well even though I only have front wheel drive, and has never given me any issues that weren’t considered routine maintenance. She’s taken me on some of my most meaningful journeys in life and I’m excited to experience the world in this vehicle. I’ve never seen a front-wheel two-wheel drive sedan make it so well off-roasting. She’s inconspicuous enough to get me around places without getting shot or pulled over n fast enough to get me out of places darn quick.

This Suzuku is great for a single person, couple or very small family. The car runs extremely well with regular maintenance and gets great gas mileage. It's easy to maneuver and affordable to take care of. The interior is great for an individual or a couple. Otherwise, adding multiple adults in the back or a carseat makes the car a tight squeeze for anyone.

I've enjoyed the "Super Red" 05 S Reno I purchased a year and a half ago. I love the solid 30 mpg I get and recently took a 450 mile round trip getting 33 mpg; And all on the unique, for a small car, 14 gallon gas tank! The only slight problem I had with the mushy side to side stiring from high mileage tires, I fixed by getting performance tires and wheels. I agree with the professional reviewers for the most part, but when you think this is their first car in that model, and they came through with an all-around good car, at a great price; I say way to go Suzuki!! I purchased in 2009 and it has needed nothing but tires, oil change, brakes, normal stuff. Looks great and is very reliable. So sad they Don't sell them in the US any longer! Would strongly recommend!

I purchased a Mercedes S550 2008. This is the best old used vehicle I've ever purchased. It's been 2 weeks now .I took it to Firestone to run full inspection. It passed with flying colors. For me the Suzuki brand is like a beat in my heart! This brand has always been in my family. All vehicles have been Suzuki. From Suzuki forsa, samurai, Grand Vitara, Aerio, and my first Suzuki vehicle was a 2008 sx4 sedan new manual shift. I wanted to buy the hatchback but in the end I bought the sedan. I had it until 176 thousand miles. The car never gave me any problems. just maintenance and that's it. Then I bought the sportback hatchback that I wanted but 2010. But I bought that one used 3 years ago with 72 thousand miles manual shift. Excellent. 0 problems as of today's sun. I hope Suzuki returns one day because for me it has been the best car brand. I have had Lincoln, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota. and only the toyota can match the suzuki. The rest all gave me problems in less than 6 months. Sx4 is the best of all!

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!

this car is perfect for me except for two small problems. The steering wheel is not adjustable. so that when I'm driving I cannot see the clock on the dashboard. so I always have to shift around to be able to see what time it is. secondly, if you want to use the roof rack you have to unscrew the radio antenna. I'm afraid I'm going to lose it! other than that it's a great little four-wheel drive. I can carry all my stuff from home Depot inside it on top of it. it looks cute and it's great on gas.

Excellent initial communication via email and text. Test drove a car very quickly. Car was in very good condition. Everyone was very attentive, helpful and informative. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was happy with the terms of my potential trade. However, an issue with the DMV prevented me from continuing until I go and update license. Albert even offered to have someone from the dealership drive me to Snydersville! A very generous offer that surprised me. A special thanks to Oleg who was very gracious and helpful to me.

Bought my Suzuki kiashi used with 150,000 miles on it in 2023. Some issues that needed repair? Heck yeah! It needed new rear shocks and struts. Had that done and absolutely nothing else wrong with it. Is it a sports car? Heck no. It's a beautiful, sensible road car. Good economy, good looks, great, and I really mean great, interior. Comfortable for my 6'1" frame and features (auto wipers, auto dimming rear view mirror, memory driver seat settings, auto and duel ac/heat settings and the Fosgate sound system) make it a true pleasure to drive. I've driven a BMW and the Suzuki Kiashi is so close to that experience I can't truly tell the difference. About the only real complaint I have is the exterior paint. Mine is metallic blue and it has an issue with the clear coat beginning to deteriorate. But after all it is an 11 year old car. Believe me I will keep and care for this car and a paint job isn't that big an issue. Would I buy another Kaishi? Without a seconds hesitation. It's a great used car and I'm just sorry Suzuki stopped importing them to the U. S.

I purchase my Grand Vitara in 2006 right off the showroom floor. It has a little over 107,000 miles on it. The only two repairs I’ve had are the fan blower motor a few years ago and the intake hose. Other than that it’s been normal wear items, brakes, tires, wipers. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned! It’s now 17 years old and runs like a charm. I wish they still made them, but it would be hard to part with my Black Beauty!

@197,000 miles this little beast keeps trucking. It's as reliable as a Corolla and the AWD works great. My average MPG is 29 . This car has exceeded every expectation and I'm sad that it has been discontinued.

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot in 2016 and 2010 Chevrolet Suburban in 2024. Both transactions went well. Honest and easy to deal with. They were very upfront on the defects on the vehicles.
