I appreciated that they didn’t try to turn it into an all day process. I purchased the specific used vehicle that I had been searching for online. I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

I had to get a car in one day. A terrible pinch for the dealership. They rose to the occasion with kindness and honesty and had me out-the-door with a great deal before 2pm. Thanks especially to Delane Sheppard and Levi Durst. You guys made a difficult day easy!

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

I worked with Jeremy Brumley to purchase a 2025 Z06. He kept me informed throughout the process, sending pictures and helping me choose the color. I received a fair offer for my trade, and Jeremy made sure there were no unnecessary additional miles put on the car when received by Autonation, allowing me to pick up the car in one day with only four miles on the odometer. He also provided some nice Z06 swag for free. Jeremy's personal touches made me feel like I was his only customer - very happy!

I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

They were very helpful and patient as I worked through the financing process and coordinated with my insurance. They gave me a fair deal on my truck towards my trade-in, and I was able to leave with the exact pickup that I wanted. Ian in the finance department was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He did a great job of explaining all my options for additional coverages and warranties. Great experience all around.

The Tesla Model 3 Performance 2024 is great for a family road trip. It has heated and ventilated seats with new bucket seats. The back seats are comfortable with heated seats and a touchscreen to control the AC, Seats, Volume, Bluetooth, play games, and watch videos, shows, or movies. The car looks nice.
