I?d like to specifically highlight my sales associate, Andrej Vaskovardzic, who was incredibly pleasant to work with?very professional, respectful, patient, and attentive to my needs. He made the whole process feel seamless and pressure-free. A big thank you as well to Peter BEARSCH, the General Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Even on his day off, he took the time to respond to my inquiries and ensured I was well taken care of. That level of commitment and leadership does not go unnoticed. Yes, the dealership was extremely busy?understandable considering the recent announcement about upcoming price increases due to new tariffs. That did affect how long the process took and, admittedly, the vehicle?s detailing could?ve been better, it appeared rushed and lacked the attention to detail I had hoped for, but I get it. When you're managing high volume and tight timelines, some details may slip. As someone who works in a fast-paced business environment, I can appreciate the pressure and complexity involved. One small inconvenience was the recent implementation of a 3% credit card fee for down payments. Since I?ve always used my credit card before, I had to switch to debit this time. Unfortunately, due to my bank's safety limits, the full amount didn?t go through and I had to return the next business day to complete the transaction. While inconvenient, I completely understand the business decision to pass on merchant fees?something we?re seeing more frequently as companies face increasing financial pressure. Despite all that, what matters most to me is the consistency and integrity of this dealership. I keep coming back because I trust the team, and seeing familiar faces each time is a strong sign that Global Imports BMW values its staff?something that reflects directly in the customer experience. After living in a city and not owning a car for 10 years, this has been a pretty amazing car since my first ‘99 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I bought my 2018 Tesla S 75D used in April 2021 for $52k with about 35k miles on it. I saw similar models go for as high as 65k when used car prices went berzerk shortly after and now down to the 30s… But what I love about my car, that is a unique option for 2018, is having both the retractable sunroof and FSD capability. 2018, if my memory is correct, it is the last year a sunroof was available and the first year that the car had the hardware to handle FSD level software. And speaking of FSD, I do think calling it “Full Self Driving” is not really an appropriate description, it still gets a lot closer to autonomous than any other car brand out there currently (Jan 2024), and I don’t think it gets the credit it deserves. I can’t/shouldn’t lose focus of the road, but it does make longer drives a breeze. I don’t trust it completely and sometimes I intervene at times, but for the most part it takes a lot less mental energy out of driving and makes it that much more enjoyable. It’s as close to being a passenger while driving as I’ve gotten. As far as cons, I don’t have the long range battery and I live in the NYC area so when it is cold out especially, I might only get 3/4 of the estimated miles in actual miles. Fortunately it is garage kept at an apt building and probably doesn’t get below 50 degrees in there, and I lay $40/mo fixed to use the shared EV chargers in the building. There’s only few times I’m going on long enough drives to need to charge as long as I remember to charge it fully before going…. But looking back, I do think the longer range option would have been worthwhile. Some other highlights/things I like: - Premium sound option is great, has a small sub on the trunk and high quality mid/high end with a good EQ, so you tweak it to your liking and the quality will hold up all the way to level 11 (a Spinal Tap reference and one of many, many “easter eggs”). - This year was before the yolk steering wheel and pop out screen.. The screen in this year is gigantic, and the brightness adjustments and dark mode option make it less distracting than it sounds. - It’s FAST. I don’t have the ludacrous mode option but it’s still 0-60 in 4.2, and is oh so smooth and quiet on its way up. It also has a lot of “jerk” when you’re wanting to go from 40-60 or something like that too. (Fun math nerd fact- Jerk is the 2nd derivative of velocity and first derivative of acceleration. It’s how quickly acceleration accelerates.) - It’s a big car. The passenger space feels more like a 7 series BMW than a 5 series. And since it’s a hatchback style, it can haul a lot of stuff and some larger items more easily when you fold down the back row. Overall, I think it’s the best sedan on the market, and until another brand matches or surpasses Tesla’s “autopilot” capabilities, I’ll hold onto mine for as long as I can.

A one owner, Arizona car with 47,860 original miles. Always serviced at Tesla in Scottsdale. The car is great fun to drive, as it's very quick, handles nicely and it's very dependable. About 160 mile range which is perfect for running around town. The navigation system is the best I've ever seen. Super easy to use and very accurate. Operating cost is very low compared to a car powered by a gas engine. I love the car and we're getting a new one.

I have owned 14 cars and this is the best car I have ever owned by far, my commute is 104 miles per day and it's saving me a ton of cash. My Model S P85 is a 2013 on it's original battery. I would not hesitate to buy another one. We are saving up now for my wife's new EV

As noted above, I have only driven the car from the dealership to home but fully expect it to perform excellent based on the condition of the car.

Financing: The financing process was seamless and satisfying. The finance manager, Khalid Kanan who was extremely professional and knowledgeable, provided me with several options to choose from which would suit my budget. Buying Experience: My buying experience was outstanding and extremely extremely customer friendly. From the low/no pressure environment, to the speed of the transaction, as well shipping the vehicle to the location of your choice - at no cost. In fact, my family and I have purchased several cars in the last decade with Drive a Dream being the most satisfying. As mentioned, my sales associate, Steve Brant, was top notch. Moreover, Steve's coworker's from John his fellow associate to Basim Galla the General Manager, are extremely helpful and made the buying process extremely satisfying. I got the raven performance model s and have not regretted it. I commute to LA from San Diego at least 3 times a week and the auto pilot has really made my life significantly easier. The fact that it drives itself on the freeways takes the edge off of traffic. Also the new suspension is incredible, also helps that I can make it there and back going 80 easily with plenty of battery remaining. The interior is simple and I truly enjoy the vegan leather. The performance of this car is unparalleled and the quickest car I had ever been in. It is hard for me to imagine driving any other car!

I want to drive it all the time. The technology is impressive. The features of the whole car are hands down the most up to date in any vehicle. I would definitely purchase another Tesla. I do wish there were more charging stations in my area and at rest stops on the interstate.
