We have purchased our second Acura from Montgomeryville Acura and it is always a great experience. We began our car hunting at Sussman Acura (Jenkintown) because this dealership is closer to home. However we were redirected back to Montgomeryville Acura by very poor and dishonest service. In MA our sales representative Neil Hewitt is the absolute best! We wanted to purchase 2018 RDX Technology/AcuraWatch package car, but this car was not in stock everywhere. Even a representative from Acura headquarter had to confirm the absence of this model on the market. Without any pressure or false promises, Neil kept us informed about all possibilities of getting this car. The price that we got here was the best and no one could beat it. No one!!! Finally we got a phone call from Neil and he said that our car will be ready in a few days. When we came to the dealership the car was waiting for us. With a great patience Neil showed us all features of the car, installed options that are right for us. We would like not only to thank Neil but highlight his exceptional seller-customer qualities. Awesome electric vehicle, very fast, all kinds of options, great looks. Very cool falcon wing doors. Love not having to go to gas station and waiting in line. When they make new vehicles with lower price tags and more people can buy their going to love it.
