Sales Rep did a good job finding the car that I was interested in purchasing cane with me while I was test driving the car. I I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.

I don't usually shop at non-franchise dealers but my wife found an Acura MDX she loved on their website. I was skeptical having bad experiences in the past. But Zed and the entire family are stand up guys. There was a problem with the AC that surfaced the day after we bought the car and they went the extra mile to make it right. They made a repeat customer out of me! I'll for sure be back for my next car

the tesla model x is a ggreat ectric suv and it is way better than the bmw x6. the model x has a great and fair power. it for sure the most fastets suv in the world. it is for sure very nice shape and it also has a very nice interior. the interior might be the coolest thing ever. I also think the rpice could be the fine price. it could be worht since that it is a nice and has better technology. it also has better shape and better lights also. the lights also look cool and it they have a way better look that most cars. this cra is also fully elecitrc and also has great top speed. but it does not have thta much pick up. but the power is the only thing thta is strong.

I recently purchased. a Model X Long Range to replace my 2021 Audi e-tron; I couldn’t be happier. The Tesla is faster, more efficient, and more fun to drive and the charging network is second to none. Interior quality and ride are comparable. My dogs love the extra room and Dog Mode in the Tesla. I have no regrets!

Excellent SUV. I primarily bought the X because it has the highest safety rating of any car tested by EURO NCAP. I know that my kids are safe and if anything were to happen we have the lowest probability of injury or death. That’s most important. It’s fun to drive, handles extremely well for a truck and it can easily pass others on the interstate. I save $5000 a year in fuel and charge overnight at my home. The autopilot is the best I’ve ever seen, it recognizes everything on the road at all times. It can see in every direction and I’ve never had an issue with it. They continually update the autopilot over the air, so you’re always getting the best version. The app automatically preheats and pre-cools in the winter and summer before I head to work which is one of the best features ever. I used to have a remote starter with my Q5 but I always had to manually start the car and it took forever to heat up or cool, if I forgot to pre set the climate before I left the Q5 it wouldn’t work. Overall I’ve had no issues. The other reviews seem disingenuous.

Very comfortable car with no motor noise and the air suspension give you a smooth ride. Super charger stations are plentyfull. electric is the way to go.

Apart from no knowing what servicing has been done on the car before I bought it from TESLA! It's been okay two drives to UK from Norway the car has 150.000 Kms. They hadn't checked recalls, but fixed the front driveshafts & Suspension arms (recall). Nice bunch at Tesla Trondheim. Overall very happy with them, not so much with Tesla Skøyen in Oslo who were terrible.

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. I'm a field service technician and have abused a Model X for over 10,000 miles. My territory is mostly TN, VA, and NC. Travelling throughout the Appalachian chain within, loaded with over a thousand pound of parts and material, has revealed a suspension that decimates rival SUVs. The majority of the weight being in the deck/battery of the vehicle makes for the great handling into the curves of the mountains. It's passing acceleration is amazing, going from 70 to 90 in about a second (loaded to the gill). I was renting SUVs for a few months and working them as I was, would lunge into curves because of the front heavy motor - and just scream trying to pass in the mountains. Most of the time I do not use the brake pedal, as letting off the accelerator engages the regenerative braking and charges the battery at the same time. The falcon doors and hatch back/trunk make loading and unloading easy with the added space in the "frunk". The infotainment system is super sweet with excellent mapping. The seats are easily adjusted to make them "just right" and made from a thick, supple, and cushy material that easily wipes clean. - I have travelled around the world doing commercial field (and military) service for 30 years, renting vehicles that were big, small, fast and slow. The Tesla Model X is the best SUV in the world today being quick, nimble, and tough as a nail.

Nice staff, great selection of Tesla vehicles. Good prices. It took a while to get seen but they were short staffed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the car. But I will be back for it soon.

Only minor problems with only one maintance/repair/upgrade visit just recently (2020) at a Tesla SC, 1.5 days in the shop. All other minor problems handled by an excellent mobile Tesla tech that comes to your house (a special service for those not near a SC). No drivetrain problems whatsoever. 1/3 the maintenance cost of an ICE vehicle, no gas cost. Gas net savings about $5,0000 over 5 years. This is an SUV with moderate dirt road capability and 9" ground clearance.

I decided to go to Huntington Beach for my Sonata Sport Plus, instead of the dealership where I got my Elantra from last year, and I was not disappointed. The dealership is friendly and puts clientel first. I wasn’t rushed to do anything, just make my decisions and go. It’s not everyday that people go the extra mile for you. I couldnt get someone to take me there, but the dealership was super understanding and came to take me to the dealership, where we did all the paperwork and i was able to drive off the lot. Not only that, Christina P, the one who sold me the Sonata and also came to pick me up, also had driven to MULTIPLE dealerships to get me the exact car i wanted. Lance was awesome, working with what was able to be worked with, handling finances both in person and even through the phone. Y’all are sweet! My family and family friends are hyundai shoppers, and we all go to the same dealership, so Huntington definitely has our business! ����❤️

A car that almost drives itself. Very luxurious and smooth ride. Wicked quick acceleration even in standard model. Technology is far better than any other luxury car I’ve owned. Over the air updates are frequent and sometimes get cool upgrades without buying a new car. The base model comes with practically everything included unlike my Cayenne or Range Rover. Low maintenance at almost no cost. I’ve used mobile service a couple of times which is convenient. I’m a huge fan!

This car has it all, performance, style, comfort, technology... Driving this car has been awesome, but not as awesome as letting this car drive me! Autopilot is amazing and always getting better. So cool to have the software on the car update and provide new features. The technology in this car is better than any other out there. You would not regret owning Tesla.

We bought the 2016 Model X one year ago. So far it has been a great vehicle with outstanding handling. Even on snow and ice (we live near Spokane, WA) it did much better than I expected. The vehicle is heavy and sturdy. Back in September I had a deer run into the car just in front of the drivers door while I was going 55 mph. I was surprised at how little damage the car sustained. You can’t beat the convenience of ‘fueling’ at home.
