Long range AWD FSD ( great on long trips) I got white seats and am so glad. Really brightens the interior and they have been easy to care for. Battery lost range faster than my older Model 3 but it’s still around 295 after ~70k mi. Great in the snow but a bit more ground clearance would help. Cracked windshield was repaired by Tesla and cost about $1000 less than Safelight. No other issues except for CEO

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. Very friendly they will do what ever it takes get to get you what you wanting. No matter if its new or used vehicle it will be a fast,simple and smoothly as possible. Great deal on vehicles that have been taken care of by the previous owners.

The Tesla driver interface is unique, but becomes second nature and pretty good in just a few drives. Interior is very comfortable, quiet, and spacious, but a bit sparse for the price point. Performance is great but the inability of virtually all EVs to meet their EPA range estimates without going downhill with a tailwind is disappointing. Charging at home is great. The Tesla charging network works very well as does the Tesla app on your smartphone. We have seen none of the build quality issues others have previously noted. Tesla customer support for us has been good and responsive as we’ve worked through questions and bought accessories. Overall, with weight and aero being determinants of EV range, the Model Y is a very well designed vehicle. Aero drove the exterior design and weight the interior. The resulting looks are either something you like, or not, but for their purpose, they work. Right sized and shaped outside, very spacious inside. Recent price cuts made the value decision one we could live with. Compared it with every other EV of its size and very happy with our choice.

Upon making an appointment via customer service they had my recall ordered and available in under their two day schedule which was to be taken care of with an oil change. Being a continuous customer, I did have a few things on my list that I was going to pass on yet again but when Ismael explained to me the criticality of doing that and what I actually could wait on regarding my list, I added those items that needed to be addressed and I felt very at ease doing so. He was not pushy, he just stuck to the facts and he also got my recall taken care of. He made sure I got a ride to work and back to the shop and kept in contact when they began working on my car to when it was done so I could gauge my day. The service personnel washed my car and I was gleaming leaving. As usual, when I have worked with other service associates there for repair (Gabriel, Darius, etc..), working with Ismael was a very pleasant experience. Thanks so much!

I've had this car for around a year now and its a great vehicle. The performance is stellar and it handles very well due to the low center of gravity. The main issue is that due to the larger wheels and lower suspension, the car rides very rough and worse than any other crossover/suv I have driven. I do not suggest it for longer trips as overtime the rough ride and bumps can become annoying. I also wish there were some tactile buttons for volume but the overall layout with the center screen works fine and gives the interior a clean look. I highly suggest getting the white interior as it makes a huge difference and is sort of a tesla hallmark. My other complaint would be the lack of apple carplay, Tesla's system is pretty easy to use but given that I am an Apple Music user it would be nice to have carplay integration. I also live in a colder climate so you would need a set of winter tires because the factory tires are summer performance rated. This seems like a harsh review but I mainly focused on the negatives since the pros of driving an EV really speak for themselves. Quality is hit or miss on these cars and I highly suggest checking for panel mis alignment and trim fitment, mine came perfect but I know other Ys do not.

So I did a lot of research before buying a Tesla. I knew I would like it and it would be cheaper to own than an ICE after 5 years! But what I didn't know...I don't like it, I LOVE THIS VEHICLE! I will NEVER GO BACK TO ICE!!! While I love my Tesla, I could see going to Rivian or Polestar, esp after they do their 2025 conversion to the NACS or Tesla Charging Outlets. But the Tesla Charging Network is the MAIN Reason for going with Tesla. What I also didn't know...was that Tesla regularly (bi-monthly on avg) updates and upgrades their cars with over-the-air updates...as the car gets better and BETTER, day by day! Name another car that gets better with enhancements at No Cost to the Owner. Any other car only gets better if you pay for it!!! Heck, many automakers even charge you to update their Maps! And the VOICE COMMANDS are oh so simple, just use standard language! I often rent vehicles with College Officiating and every maker out there has a complicated (non-natural) phrasing needed for their Maps...Tesla is as easy as Google Maps or Waze! I knew I would save over $300 a month charging at home vs Gas. In reality, I avg over 2K miles a month, and Home Charging is costing me $80 to $88 on avg. Oh and in my truck, I would have paid over $500 easy in Gas. So given the $200 higher monthly price point for an EV, will be worth it over time! Travel is not even remotely an issue, though you will find stopping to charge, you will find time to eat better and safer, and you will be much more relaxed upon your arrival! Enjoy the games or movies on your screen and the theater surround sound! Previous Owner of 3 Fords, 3 Saturns, 2 Chevys, 1 Jeep, and Current Owner of 1 Nissan and 1 Toyota. Oh, and there was a DODGE LEMON in a Charger that DIED every time you went from Reverse to Drive. Dodge went into the shop 30+ times and they could never find or fix it and did nothing to replace it. It eventually died on I-10 and I was lucky an 18-wheeler's air forced me off the interstate before it KILLED ME & TOTALED the Car! Again, I never want to buy another ICE car, though the Toyota was purchased as my wife's wish...but only for her wishes.

Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

I had a great experience buying my tesla from highline auto sales, specifically Scott. We were able to talk and text to negotiate a price both for the car I was buying, and the car I was selling. When I came in to test drive the vehicle, the car operated as expected. Once we got to the buying process, I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, with all the documents signed, and highline stuck to their word on the price we agreed upon on the phone. It was a flawless experience. Highly recommend them for a used tesla.

One of the best cars I owned. With recent price reduction on Teslas, this car is excellent value. First of acceleration does not get old. Puts a smile on my face every time. One pedal driving is fantastic once you get used to it. So many different features and you get more with every update. This is so cool to own car for 6 month or longer and still get new features. I’m assuming they had some quality issue with early models. Mine is 2022 and fit and finish is excellent. All works as advertised. I was a bit skeptical about getting a Tesla myself due to so many negative comments. But my personal experience is excellent. No rattles. Love using my phone as a key. So convenient. Audio system is one of the best in business. Give Tesla a try and you will not be disappointed. Range is plenty for daily city driving. Saving ton of money on gas. Convenience of charging at home. No more Costco gas station lines. Time will tell, but as far as I understand this electric engines are much simpler and this more reliable in a long term.

Unbelievable car!!! 2023 Tesla Y (Long Range 19") and my wife fully agrees. Where do I begin? Value! Crazy good, purchased Sept 2023, will end up costing about 44k after 7500 tax credit, now factor in another 10k (at least) saved over gas over the next 5 plus years and my cost will drop to about 34k?? For this car???! Seriously, at 9 cents a kilowatt hour, (FL) to charge this thing in my garage overnight (charge rate is 30 miles in just an hour) only costs about $7.50 worth of electricity for about 315 miles range. What?? We've had this for 7 months and about 18k miles and have spent only about a buck or two on windshield washer fluid so that's it on maintenance costs. What a PLEASURE not having to deal with dealerships and oil changes that take a half a day of hassle. Teslas service (and app) is excellent. I've read the motors (dual) can go 1 million miles and the battery 300-500 k miles. I plan on doing 200k miles on this car. Range anxiety? None for me, basically I can drive about 3 complete hours of driving per day on a charge. Waking up every day with 3 hours worth of driving and skipping gas stations with 35 dollar fill-ups (we have a Prius with 300k miles) is wonderful. Teslas supercharger network is everywhere. I've never seen a station that did not work or a line that kept me waiting more than 5 minutes. I never realized, until I owned a Tesla, that not having to go to the gas station about once a week (or about 27 times for the past 7 months) erases any inconvenience of having to supercharge because unless you do frequent road trips (more than about 3 hours round trip) you will go months at a time not having to supercharge. (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost for me to charge at home) Your house is technically your gas station! (supercharging averages 2.5-3 times the cost of me charging at home) Performance? basically, this car has about the speed of a 911 and its low center of gravity and handling make it really really fun to drive. Highest safety rating all around and the very good stereo has about 14 speakers (and a subwoofer) that round out some amazing perks usually reserved for much more expensive cars... The software, self driving and navigation is very advanced and not an upcharge if you dont do the full self driving, gorgeous graphics and an intelligent user interface that can be learned as you go along make this car a phenomenal choice. Tesla is WAY ahead on software and basically built this car around their software platform while others are building EVS and struggling with their software and charging systems. Tesla outsells their competition by a very wide margin, for good reasons. The wife and I were about to get either a Honda CRV or a Toyota Rav 4 and by some wonderful luck walked past the Tesla store at the mall, 10 minutes later we test drove the y and 3 and literally, before we drove a mile we knew this test drive experience made it clear, we would try this Tesla. 101% happy we did. If you are considering the Tesla, make sure you drive one before making your decision. One last thing, buying direct from Tesla basically means you are getting maybe about 20% more car for a lower price because the middleman dealerships are not cost factored in, and don't believe the negative media coverage. Tesla is bypassing an entire industry and alot of big companies are probably not happy about it. If you really want to know what Tesla ownership is like, ask Tesla owners. My neighbor has a Model 3 with 45k miles, I asked her the other day what she has paid for Maintenace so far and she said "nothing" and LOVES her Tesla. I hear the same from pretty much every Tesla owner I ask. What a car!

I have had the Y for a little bet over a year and have put 30,000 miles on it. Have had no trouble at all with any aspect of it's operation. Have towed a 3,000Ibs trailer from the east coast to Dever in the middle of winter (every day the temperature was 32 degrees or less) without and had no idea that it was behind me except that i had to stop every 100 miles to recharge instead of every 275-300 miles. I will never go back to a gasoline powdered car again.

I’m from out of state and had the whole deal worked out before I came in. The dealership is very easy to find .4 of a mile from the highway exit. Picked up our Model Y Performance on Dec. 26, 2021. It is a 2022 model, and perhaps there have been improvements from earlier models, but our Model Y has not had any panel gaps, NO rattling... the car has a stiff ride, but it's faster then my BMW M2, and is simply a blast to drive! It is NOT a luxury car! Don't compare it to a MB, Cadillac, etc. Yes... it's over $60k, but the average car price today, according to Edmunds is $47k, so it's not an inexpensive car, but it's also not $100k or more, such as a Mercedes. You're paying for technology, and battery plus the best charging infrastructure in the country at the moment. Walk up to your car with your cell phone in your pocket, the car recognizes you (or your wife, or whoever is registered to the car), and moves the seats back and the steering wheel out of your way, for easy access into your vehicle. Get in, step on the brake, and the seat moves into your preset position, the steering wheel moves to your position, and other features set to your pre-set preferences! Put the car in drive and go! No Start/stop button... just get in and GO! If you have an appointment in your calendar, and it's for 30-60 minutes from when you get in, the navigation will already be giving you directions to your appointment, no need to enter the info again! The Y doesn't NOT have cooled seats, no mood lighting, no built in garage opener unless you pay extra... there ARE features which most people expect in a car this price, which are missing. However... get on the freeway, in a traffic jam, put the car in Auto Pilot, and it'll accelarate, brake, steer... basically drive for you, other then changing lanes, or getting on/off the freeway! I can't tell you how great it is, when you're stuck in stop and go traffic on the 405, to have a car that you can rely on that does the driving for you! Yeah.. you need to tug on the steering wheel every 45 seconds or so, but the car is basically driving for you most of the time, while on the freeway. Plug in when you get home, wake up the next day, and you basically have a full tank! No need to stop at gas stations, no oil changes, fewer brake pads to replace... and after four months (admittedly, a short period of time) our Tesla Model Y has worked flawlessly! Not for everyone. Go test drive one, and see if you can live without the mood lighting, massage seats and garage door opener. If you want to travel in the lap of luxury, and have $100k to drop, this isn't the car for you! if you LOVE fast cars, that'll beat most sports cars on the road today while seating five people plus luggage comfortably... this car may be for you!

I’ve had my 22 model y for a year and have 12k miles with zero problems so far. I expect many great trips in this car.

Their professionalism and business reliability stood out during the deal. However, about a week later, I was disappointed to discover that the tires on the car I purchased were leaking. Upon inspection, it turned out that plugs had been used as a temporary fix rather than properly addressing the issue. This was unexpected and concerning, as I had hoped for greater transparency regarding the vehicle's condition. While I appreciated the efficiency and service during the sale, I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future vehicles are fully inspected and represented. I’d encourage potential buyers to have a thorough inspection before finalizing a purchase.

As a new owner of a Model Y Performance (2022), I can say that I have never driven ANY SUV (small or large) with this kind of performance. The closest one is a Porsche Macan. This car handles more like a sports car than an SUV. 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and takes curves in a Porsche-like fashion. The ride is stiff, like a sports car, but you won't find this kind of performance for under $80,000 anywhere else. Lower YOUR carbon footprint and buy electric.
