Over all great experience with buying a car. I first contacted them about a car on Cars.com on a Sunday. I received a reply that day and was put in contact with Nick. I spoke with Nick about the car and discussed purchasing it. I was from out of state and when I was able to drive in and see that car I was impressed. The car was in fantastic shape and I ended purchasing the car with Mike’s (I did not realize I was working a different salesman until later as my husband was the first person to great a salesman). Anyway, Mike quickly looked into my online profile and knew exactly which car I was there for. He quickly helped us get the paperwork rolling. I have to admit I’m not used to the car buying process, it felt like it took from ever. But the entire sales team was so helpful, they found me a great for financing, worked to add my car to my insurance policy, got me all fixed up with the proper tags and plates for the state I live in, and cleaned up and gased up my new car for the drive home. Test drive of 2023 Long Range AWD. Very smooth, quiet and fast. I'm 6-3, drivers seat best supporting ,most comfortable seat of 40 cars owned. Biggest fear is Elon Musk, in a fit of childish mischief, decide to turn all Teslas off......

This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

I purchased a 2018 model 3. I have over 80,000 miles on it.. My only problem was the 3 sets of rear tires the first year..But it was fun.. No tune-up's no belts no oil changes..But then unlike some I don't park mine in saltwater..So fires from that aren't a problem for me. I drive over 100 miles to and from work every day and where I work has free charging..No Brainer.. Only car I have ever owned that saved me enough to make its own payments.. Probably not the car for everyone especially if you keep it parked in a saltwater environment...but as a work car and a car to take on long trips it's been extremely good..

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.

Never spent a $ on maintenance of this car. It is extremely reliable, stylish, status symbol. i am selling this car as I want to buy a new Tesla.

I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. I've owned my 2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD car for 5 years and 65,000 miles. Over that time, the only maintenance I've done has been wipers, wiper fluid, tires, a 12v battery, and cabin air filters. The car has been a blast to drive and flawless. I was able to find a single paint run on one of the mirror caps. Tesla offered to replace it, but I never did. It's not noticeable. Panel gaps are better than the Camry I park next to every day.

Mr. Tate was very professional and we liked him a lot. Good story and set-up to buy tire/rim package. Lots of pressure to buy that. Got us with one key upon leaving after transaction was done. Keys usually run around 500.00 and can be negotiated, so watch out for that. It was not disclosed to us that the car came with one key! That was a miss in our part and we should have known better. Because of having only one key it hinders me from using BMW ID as you need both keys for that. Overall, happy with the car.

I have had nearly every luxury and sports car made and this is hands down my favorite car. It is so fast and smooth it is really mind-blowing. I love the anti-Trump/Elon losers on here giving it 1 star that have never owned one and almost certainly cannot afford one.

I have owned this truck for about 6 months and I still get excited every day to drive it. Drives like your floating in a cloud with the air suspension and the steering by wire. FSD is amazing and the thing is a tank. Also, the kids live it. Nothing better than dropping the little guys off at school and hearing cheers from the classrooms. Get it, you will love it.

Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. I rented an P100D for the weekend. When compared to my 2018 M5 this is better one of the two. The Model S is faster both straight line and in corners, more stable at speed, has more nicely weighted steering and is much more comfortable. It doesn't shake or rattle on bad roads. The infotainment system is far superior without frequent lockups. The only thing the S lacks is industry standard blind spot and cross traffic monitoring systems and a Heads Up display which the M5 has. Rear seat head and leg room is also limited when compared to the M5. Range of the model S on a charge is significantly less than a tank of gas on the M5 when driven quickly. Visiting the supercharger every 150 miles for 30 minutes is the fastest way to top off the battery. The Tesla driving experience is well worth the wait at the a supercharger.

Amazing car. Was able to easily fit 300 square foot of laminate wood flooring inside with the seats folded flat. I'm going to glamp in this thing. I'm going to commute in Los Angeles, take my sister's dogs around - you name it. This thing is going to get a little dirty, hah. I'm happy it has a tow hitch as an option and roof rails available. The frunk and back trunk having storage (under the flat lift boot cover in the back) are just great for shopping and carrying around smaller items. I like that the 2023s still have the stalks because my wife and I tried the 24' Model 3 without, and we don't prefer that experience just yet. This is the best, most efficient, utilitarian, and sharp looking vehicle on the market. My only feedback is the paint could be better. I think they have the fit issues with the body panels down, and the sound dampening is a ton better in the 23's with the extra carpet that they add in the back and on the sides of the vehicle. I think to address the management of the company, Tesla is a big company. The recent Supercharger team layoffs were disappointing to hear in terms of how it was handled. However, I am excited by the prospect that the U.S.A. will have the North American Charging Standard, (NACS), as the single charging standard for Electric Vehicles going forward. NACS is much more elegant than J1772 and DCFC handles, as is the typical Supercharger location and experience. Do yourself a favor and buy into the vertically integrated EV experience with Tesla and don't worry about the public charging infrastructure that others have to deal with. That'll just be your backup option if the lines are too long at the Superchargers, or if you want a better charging rate in some rare contexts. What do I think about the CEO? I don't think about him really too much... the car speaks for itself.

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.
