I picked the Jeep Renegade in the Trailhawk model because it is the only car in the compact category that also has excellent off roading capabilities. It completely beats out the other "off road" vehicles in its class like the Crosstrek or trailblazer. It also works excellent as a daily driver and great on long highway drives, having way better gas mileage than a pickup or wrangler. No road noise like you get in a wrangler or a truck with big off road tires. I've had this car for a little over a year at this point, with about 7000 miles, and the only thing I can say was any kind of issue was I got warning lights on my dash for the lane sensors, but they were just dirty and a quick wash fixed that problem. I can't say much for reliability just because the car is still so new. I have the leather trim upgrade that you can get with the trailhawk, but even with that the quality of the interior is lacking compared to other vehicle brands at the same price range and category, like the Crosstrek, but looking at Jeep's other vehicles like the Gladiator or Wrangler, it fits right in. Everything does feel high quality. I'm very picky about road noises and rattling panels or vibrations while driving, and I haven't had anything at all yet with this vehicle even when driving on rough roads or hitting bumps. The only reason why I gave this car a lower interior rating is just because of the excessive use of plastic. The exterior is very unique. At first I absolutely hated the blocky look of the renegade, but with all the iconic Jeep stying mixed in and the upgraded look of the trailhawk front bumper, I have grown to really love the way this little SUV looks. The blocky shape gives it extremely good headroom and gives it extra cargo space in the rear. The trailhawk model has armor on the underside to prevent damage by anything you're climbing over when going off road. There are some gaps in the armor that you can fill with available aftermarket parts. I will say that I think the cardboard box aerodynamics are the main reason why the gas mileage is so poor even with such a small engine. With about 55/45 split between in-town and highway driving respectively, on roads with large elevation changes, I do still get 24 mpg combined which is decent. The road handling is also great, the Renegade is a very light car, and even with being a little top heavy it zooms around corners almost like a small sports car. The 1.3l engine is surprisingly torque-y, it took me a little while to get used to being gentle on the throttle, the first few gears are very deep and the tiny turboed engine makes 210 foot pounds of torque so it will launch very quickly until it gets to 3rd/4th gear. The absolute worst and best thing about this car is it's transmission and the way it's programmed. In regular driving, it seems like the transmission has to stop and think about what gear to go to, so swapping gears is a little slow and not as smooth as other cars. At the same time, the transmission is the main reason why this car does extremely, unexpectedly well off road and in poor driving conditions. It will always keep power to wheels that have traction, and so gives impressive control. I have driven this up a mountain trail in the middle of a Montana winter and it felt like a leisurely drive, even purposely drove into tall snow drifts to give myself a challenge and plowed over them without any issue. When I got to the peak in my stock renegade trailhawk the only other vehicle on the peak was a modified, lifted Tacoma with large off road tires that had chains wrapped around them. I'm extremely impressed with how well this compact SUV really does off road. Overall I'm extremely happy with my renegade, and hope to have it for the next decade as a light trail/off road adventure car and daily driver.

Traded in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD for the Z71 and have only one regret. I should have bought the Chevy in the first place. It is a much better truck in just about every facet from comfort to technology to cabin quitetness to towing. Toyota Tacoma’s have better resale value and look better but For the money I’m more than happy with the Z71.

I've owned this car since 2015, the first year it was on the market. I still enjoy driving it. There were a few minor problems while it was still under warranty. However, the dealer processed all.

We bought 2017 Chevrolet Equinox 4 cylinder. Pre owned with about 59k miles. It’s over 110k and we’ve had the oxygen sensor and catalytic converter replaced. Also 1 tire sensor. We’ve put the 2nd set of tires on the car yesterday. Always Michelin as recommended and brake shoes. I just have to say I still love my car. It’s paid for and I’ll drive her as long as I can.

I'd like to update my previous review describing my disappointment with the way Autotown responded to my daughter bringing in her recently purchased car with a service light on. I truly appreciate Ben Dyer, the owner, responding to my initial review and stating that they will again look at my daughter's car and evaluate it for repair. I did some further talking with my daughter and I think where I/we misunderstood the dealer's willingness to address again is that she won't be back to the area again for 3 weeks and she thought that made her ineligible to have the dealer consider the issue further. I also consulted with a dealer/service manager and they agreed that the code(s) could have been cleared before Autotown took the car as a trade. I'm hopefully optimistic that when my daughter and the car are back in Champaign in 3 weeks, we can get some answers/resolutions on the issue (note we're told the code/issue shouldn't be impacted by waiting the 3 weeks since she uses a car very little while at school). So for those who read ratings, I'll update and re-review after we take it in for service consult in 3 weeks with Autotown and their garage.

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

We were looking for a moderately priced Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for a teenage son and this one fit the bill. For a roughly 8 year old vehicle it was well taken care of by previous owners. Although the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won’t be confused with a luxury car for its ride and comfort, they are adequately appointed and fun to drive. That’s where the saying, “it’s a Jeep thing “ comes from. All I know is that in our area they are very popular and our teenage son will thoroughly enjoy it if he can ever get it away from his Mom.

Took me while before I could make this review, but please note that this is my experience dealing with AutoTown, while dealing with autotown, I’ve only really had the chance to meet 2 workers there… Kevin and Ben, I believe Ben is the owner, my first experience with Kevin he helped me get into a used 2019 Buick Regal…. Honestly I love the car one of the best cars ived ever owned and with the price it was worth it! With only 52k miles on it I thought I was gettin an amazing deal but after having the car for a few days I realized that it had an issues with the gas pedal…. I contacted auto town to let them know about the issues and they immediately had me bring the car back so they could figure out the problem…. After weeks of trying to track the problem there was no real luck of fixing the issues so they owner Ben gave me the opportunity to switch into a different vehicle! Even tho I loved the 2019 Buick Regal I honestly feel like I got a Wayyyy better deal by switching to the 2019 Chrysler 300 all Black with the tinted windows! Ben worked with me on the numbers so that all of equity that I had from the other car went into the Chrysler! Ived had the Chrysler for about 2 months now and I’m loving the car I’m able to pick up my kids out of town about 2 hours away, make it back and forth too work with no issues, take comfortable joy rides without any issues. I honestly love the car and I’m glad that I picked AutoTown for my vehicle, I’ve recommended to a few of my coworkers to get a car from here and honestly I’m pretty sure I’ll get my next car from here too! And I forgot to mention while I was having troubles with the Buick I had to leave the car with AutoTown for a few days while they track down the problem, they were nice enough to give me a loaner car until I got my vehicle back! So if you’re looking for a good reliable dealership to get a car I’ll definitely check out AutoTown you won’t regret it! As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

When the Volt first came out I would give it 5 stars for everything, now new cars coming out so I took some off but still mostly 5 stars. It is still a great value. No car is perfect but this has allowed me to avoid a lot of maintenance and repairs of regular gas cars.

Recently purchased 2013 bmw 528i Xdrive - Alpine white over cinnamon brown beautiful spec. 80k miles - 6 months later no problems. Equipped with cold weather package - and 360 camera. Amazing technology for the year. The illuminated door handles at night really provide a luxury feel before entering the comfortable interior. Extremely smooth drive but then you put it in Sport mode and everything changes - faster throttle response. Tighter steering, propelling you forward leaving everyone in your rear view. The sound system although not specified as Harman/Kardon still is loud enough for me to not care. Really loud and stock Bluetooth connectivity is great. Engine has light rattle sound on start up but it’s a common noise for that base engine and gets quieter when engine warms up. First bmw and easily stands out as one of my favorite cars owned to date.

This car met all my needs. I was able to find a job, go back to school, and take care of all my other important stuff. I was able to take my family out in this vehicle several occasions. We loved driving this car my husband and I. I even took my older kids out to text drive in this vehicle we have a lot of good memories in this vehicle. Really don’t want to sale it but my family and I are getting ready for a new start and create new memories. Thank you.

We are really loving our truck. It has been on many camping , fishing, hunting , and photo taking adventures. It pulls our boat well. Have had to replace bearings, brakes, and heater fan, but it is 12 years old. The tonneau cover has been appreciated in the rainy area we live in to protect our camping gear. The way the window in the back seat area comes out and has built in storage is another plus. It’s a very comfortable ride. We are very happy with our choice of an Avalanche.

My Equinox EV has exceeded expectations. It is stylish, roomy and has more than enough power. Charging at home is a breeze and charging on the road takes time and good planning. I highly recommend recommend this car.

Very reliable. Great mpg and overall performance. Interior is comfortable with plenty of storage room. Love this car. I would not hesitate to buy another Journey.

Just be aware that if you buy a white one that Hyundai had a problem with the paint just flaking off. On the roof of my car which is white, I have big strands and strips of paint coming off and the car only has 20,000 miles. They covered it under warranty for 10 years but it's just a hassle.
