New and used 2025 Toyota 4Runner SR5 for sale near Rolling Hills Estates, CA

This review is based on 300 miles so reliability is really an unknown but I purchased based on Toyota's reputation. I was looking at larger SUV such as the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Explorer/Expedition. Reliability has become questionable on both so, I opted for my first Toyota. I have the SR5 which is the bottom trim level. It has all of the safety features and same engine as the other models. It's not a luxury SUV by any means but, it's functional, purpose driven and the cost was reasonable. You can go as high as $70K+ on some trims. I added 4WD to mine and it had a few small extras. Cost was MSRP and about $44.5K plus tax. The cabin is quiet, seats are comfortable. I did not get the third seat option. I prefer the large open space. On the topic of cargo area, Toyota left the third row side panels in place so, that eats up a little room. Also, the cargo floor has no underfloor storage, it's fixed. Infotainment is good, 8" screen is ample for most folk. Safety features seem good so far. Gas mileage is averaging 23mpg but, on a run at or below 70mph, you should get 25+ in eco mode and sensible throttle use. The engine seems to have a lot of power that kicks in at low RPM. Very nice. Lots. of plastic on the inside but fit and finish is good. No rattles so far. I did not purchase the car for 4WD activities but nice to have is stuck in the snow.

This was a very nice dealership with friendly and helpful staff. The salesman followed up with new regularly making sure I was still going for the vehicle. He had the vehicle ready and available for me to test drive. It was an easy purchase process. I greatly recommend using this dealership.

I was in the market for the new Sienna XSE with some upgrades and couldn't find what I was looking for. I was in contact with A LOT of dealerships and they were just awful. I finally called Longo and was able to reserve a Sienna XSE that was coming from the factory, with the package that we wanted. David Fearn was awesome, he was understanding and helpful. We had a lot of question due to our previous experience and he was more than happy to help us. When the vehicle arrived we were a little afraid it would be sold from under us but again David was understanding and reassured me it would not. So we were able to relax and come in on our day off. I believe we spent about an hour finalizing everything and then drove home in our new Sienna. Its was such a quick and amazing experience, I definitely recommend Longo to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

On 2015 I sent my daughter to get Toyota Camry ES 2015, again I returned ha I to get Toyota Camry LE 2016 I am loyal to Manhattan Beach Toyoa for their service. I?ve been taking my 2003 Tacoma prerunner to Toyota service since 2003 . Every time I go it great, all the service managers are nice and friendly. My service manager Edwin is a great manager. He understands everything that has come up on my truck. I?ve never had any issues with there service and if they find anything wrong they let me know and if it needs immediate repair or it needs to be addressed on my next service appointment. Great dealership but do not believe the hype on the Mirai! Often impossible to get fuel in the San Gabriel Area. Stations are off line more often than not. It is like living during the oil embargo of the 70's with no end in sight. Spend hours looking for a station, you find one online and wait for another hour, only to experience a mechanical issue. Great car just can't drive it.

I RATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE A 3 THE HIGHEST. THE REPRESENTATIVE MARILYNN WAS NICE, BUT RUDE. SHE STATED I NEEDED ALL 4 OF MY TIRE SENSORS CHANGED AND WHEN I TOLD HER I ALREADY HAD THE 2 BACK ONE CHANGED, SHE STATED, WELL THEY ARE FAULTY, THE COMPANY GAVE YOU BAD SENSORS. I FELT AS A BUSINESS THAT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER TO SAY BAD THING ABOUT ANOTHER COMPANY. WHEN I WAS ALREADY TOLD IT IS ONLY MY 2 FRONT SENSORS THAT NEEDED TO BE CHANGED. I KNOW YOUR BUSINESS MAYBE SHORT OF MONEY, BUT TO TELL A CUSTOMER BAD ALLEGATIONS ABOUT ANOTHER BUSINESS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS. I HAVE DEALT WITH BUENA PARK TOYOTA FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER HAD BAD EXPERIENCE LIKE I DID WITH HER. SHE IS TOO PUSHY TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS TO TRY AND GET A SELL, AND AT THIS POINT I DON'T THINK I WILL COME BACK. IF A CUSTOMER IS TELLING YOU ALL THEY WANT IS AN OIL CHANGE, LEAVE IT AT THAT AND JUST TELL THEM WHAT THE MECHANIC STATED AND NOT TRY AND FORCE THEM INTO DOING ANYTHING THEY ALREADY TOLD YOU MORE THAN TWICE THEY WASN'T GOING TO DO ON THAT DATE. WHEN I LEFT THERE ON MONDAY, JULY 22, 2025 AT 907AM. I WAS VERY UPSET WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICES I RECIEVED.
