New and used 2025 Toyota 4Runner SR5 for sale near Saint Paul, TX

I purchased a 2025 4Runner TRD Pro and only in a few hundred miles I love it. I had a few 5th generation 4Runners and they were great. But this is a whole new level with the 6th generation. Great ride, comfort, technology, and capabilities is unmatched by the previous generations. The only thing I don't was the price tag. But personally, I would do it again.

I couldn’t wait to own the new model year and had to wait for months for it to be delivered. I love it. The exterior is gorgeous and interior is just enough for a 4WD SUV. The brakes are NOISY in reverse and quite embarrassing so I hope they fix that soon. It’s only in reverse and never in drive. Overall I give it a solid 4/5.

This review is based on 300 miles so reliability is really an unknown but I purchased based on Toyota's reputation. I was looking at larger SUV such as the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Explorer/Expedition. Reliability has become questionable on both so, I opted for my first Toyota. I have the SR5 which is the bottom trim level. It has all of the safety features and same engine as the other models. It's not a luxury SUV by any means but, it's functional, purpose driven and the cost was reasonable. You can go as high as $70K+ on some trims. I added 4WD to mine and it had a few small extras. Cost was MSRP and about $44.5K plus tax. The cabin is quiet, seats are comfortable. I did not get the third seat option. I prefer the large open space. On the topic of cargo area, Toyota left the third row side panels in place so, that eats up a little room. Also, the cargo floor has no underfloor storage, it's fixed. Infotainment is good, 8" screen is ample for most folk. Safety features seem good so far. Gas mileage is averaging 23mpg but, on a run at or below 70mph, you should get 25+ in eco mode and sensible throttle use. The engine seems to have a lot of power that kicks in at low RPM. Very nice. Lots. of plastic on the inside but fit and finish is good. No rattles so far. I did not purchase the car for 4WD activities but nice to have is stuck in the snow.

Highly recommend the service team at Pat Lobb Toyota. Scheduling and drop off are simple and quick. The service advisers are right on top of getting my car into the service department and completed the work faster than I expected. And the coffee is good.

The overall process was a positive experience overall. The presales process of setting up an appointment was great. I was able to test drive the vehicle, negotiate a trade in and settled on final pricing. Finance was quick. All staff were great to work with. That includes sales support staff setting up appointments, the sales staff that supported me withe purchase, and finance staff that closed the deal. I would purchase from McKinney of Toyota again! My lease was ending so I went into the dealership to trade in my 2021 Venza Limited and get a new one. My original sales rep had retired but I was fortunate to get Jeff Jones as my new sales representative. He is Director of Fleet Sales and is a terrific salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Not only did he listen to my needs and concerns, he went above and beyond to find me the best vehicle possible to meet those needs and my payment concerns. I love the car he found. It was everything I wanted and affordable. Melissa Pattison, Finance Mgr, was extremely helpful. She explained what I was signing and then gave me my options to consider. Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. Mark Kitchen, Business Finance Director, stopped by to check how everything was going and then thanked me and my wife for our business. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable. I like this dealership and will continue doing business with them because of the people they have and the great service I always get. My kids have used them too. Highly recommend this dealership.

I'd like to thank the team at Sport City Toyota. They treated me with respect and honored their verbal pricing throughout the process. No hidden fees, no magic price increases, just straight dealing from some really great guys. Toyota's below market financing rates didn't hurt. I had an excellent experience, and it was worth the 2 1/2 hour drive.

We arrived a few minutes early but received a quick check-in and were finished and back in our vehicle 57 minutes after our appointment time. The van had been washed and protected by plastic during the service. Levels were checked as refilled as necessary and our fob and tire locks were replaced properly. We even had coffee and water available in the clean and quiet waiting room. We appreciate scheduling online and bring services in a timely manner and will continue to use Toyota of Plano to keep our van in top notch condition.

The facility was beautiful and all the people there were very efficient. I will definitely be using them in the future.
