6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. The sales professional in particular, Mr. Luis Cortes, made the experience very easy and enjoyable! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He guided me through the buying process. And he helped me receive a great price on my trade. He made himself available after the sale to pickup a second car key, and gave me advice on future service. Thank you so much! I love my car!

This time around, the maintenance service took under one hour...probably more like 45 minutes. Last time I was there, it took about 2 hours. Much faster this time around.

My experience with buying a new car was exemplary with Dulane Barnes. Dulane is very kind, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. I wanted a very specific model, color, and trim level - which was difficult to find in the market. However, Dulane never gave up - he communicated updates at just the right intervals and found my “unicorn”! I absolutely love my new car! Dulane was wonderful! Service manager Oscar at Koons Arlington Toyota tried to find a way to save me money by replacing just a rearview mirror cover instead of the whole mirror. I dropped off the car on my way to work and picked it up on my way home after getting a pleasant ride from the Ballston Metro station. Kudos to Oscar and his team!

My car was stolen and destroyed, and I was left without transportation. This was devastating to me, but I had to keep it moving as life does not wait so, I had to look for new transportation. My experience with this dealership was so great . I had an appointment with Mike Davis I came in to do a trade in with my old vehicle because it so messed up . Mike Davis was very patient & took the time to make sure that I left out there in the perfect vehicle .
