I couldn’t wait to own the new model year and had to wait for months for it to be delivered. I love it. The exterior is gorgeous and interior is just enough for a 4WD SUV. The brakes are NOISY in reverse and quite embarrassing so I hope they fix that soon. It’s only in reverse and never in drive. Overall I give it a solid 4/5.

Truly a positive experience. One sales person and sales @ MSRP. Without ridiculous dealer add on's. I was given the price (Maroney label) of the vehicle and that was exactly what I paid. After market products were offered but not demanded, no pressure. My sales person was professional and respectable. (Johnny Sanchez) If you need a car and have no time to play games this is a dealership you should check into.

This review is based on 300 miles so reliability is really an unknown but I purchased based on Toyota's reputation. I was looking at larger SUV such as the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Explorer/Expedition. Reliability has become questionable on both so, I opted for my first Toyota. I have the SR5 which is the bottom trim level. It has all of the safety features and same engine as the other models. It's not a luxury SUV by any means but, it's functional, purpose driven and the cost was reasonable. You can go as high as $70K+ on some trims. I added 4WD to mine and it had a few small extras. Cost was MSRP and about $44.5K plus tax. The cabin is quiet, seats are comfortable. I did not get the third seat option. I prefer the large open space. On the topic of cargo area, Toyota left the third row side panels in place so, that eats up a little room. Also, the cargo floor has no underfloor storage, it's fixed. Infotainment is good, 8" screen is ample for most folk. Safety features seem good so far. Gas mileage is averaging 23mpg but, on a run at or below 70mph, you should get 25+ in eco mode and sensible throttle use. The engine seems to have a lot of power that kicks in at low RPM. Very nice. Lots. of plastic on the inside but fit and finish is good. No rattles so far. I did not purchase the car for 4WD activities but nice to have is stuck in the snow.

I?ve bought several cars in my lifetime, so we know how that all goes and I expected the same with autonation, however I was presently surprised when I met Livvv. Her communication skills, confidence and very forward personality is out of this world and she was able to work with me to the best of her abilities. Having her with me made me more confident in my purchase. I recommend her a million times over!

Our service representative greeted us promptly. Anthony, listen to the concerns that I had about my vehicle. He was very attentive and address my needs. Anthony maintain contact with me through out the day via text messaging he let me know, that's a service technician was gathering information. He explained all the findings, which were few shared recommendations rather than scare tactics. I was able to make My an educated decisions based on the information given. Jose, our courtesy driver who dropped us off. Was just the same he was very professional helping my wife and son in and out of the vehicle his lite conversation and was very prompt to return to pick us up once we called, it was very hot yesterday and grateful that Jose responded to our call promptly. He transported us to and from safely. Mr. Brandon, I got a chance to speak with you before I left to pass on my experience and you took the time to speak with me. Although I could see that you were actively busy. Thank you for putting you're a stamp On what Service means because it starts with you, and it showed. Very Helpful Service Department! Drove in at 4:30pm (no appointment made) to help with an inspection I needed to get Uber/lyft verified. The very nice service rep greeted me and looked perplexed at what I wanted. I was driving a brand new 2025 Corolla Cross Hybrid and still needed the inspection. I showed him the form and he got right to it. Checked everything on the car, made sure I was compliant, signed the form and handed it back to me at no charge! I was totally impressed! I honestly thought they would make an appointment for another day since it was late but no, did it with a smile!! I think I may bring all my service there. The little time it took went a very long way with me!! Good job guys!
