New and used 2025 Toyota 4Runner SUVs for sale near Lakeside, VA

First time to this dealer ship. Oswaldo returned all phone calls and greeted me in the parking lot, very nice. Nice to have a conversation about things in general and still discuss car buying.

This review is based on 300 miles so reliability is really an unknown but I purchased based on Toyota's reputation. I was looking at larger SUV such as the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Explorer/Expedition. Reliability has become questionable on both so, I opted for my first Toyota. I have the SR5 which is the bottom trim level. It has all of the safety features and same engine as the other models. It's not a luxury SUV by any means but, it's functional, purpose driven and the cost was reasonable. You can go as high as $70K+ on some trims. I added 4WD to mine and it had a few small extras. Cost was MSRP and about $44.5K plus tax. The cabin is quiet, seats are comfortable. I did not get the third seat option. I prefer the large open space. On the topic of cargo area, Toyota left the third row side panels in place so, that eats up a little room. Also, the cargo floor has no underfloor storage, it's fixed. Infotainment is good, 8" screen is ample for most folk. Safety features seem good so far. Gas mileage is averaging 23mpg but, on a run at or below 70mph, you should get 25+ in eco mode and sensible throttle use. The engine seems to have a lot of power that kicks in at low RPM. Very nice. Lots. of plastic on the inside but fit and finish is good. No rattles so far. I did not purchase the car for 4WD activities but nice to have is stuck in the snow.

I was looking to buy a new vehicle and Sam Thurman was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. I have been back with questions and he has been kind and helpful. Next time we need a vehicle we will be back to have Sam help us. The financer that we worked with was not professional as we felt very pressured.

Responded quickly and was willing to work with me on the selection of a vehicle. Due to the distance from the dealership I did not find a suitable vehicle for which I was willing to make the trip.

After working thru the sales details with Mark Faro online, we were turned over to Seamus Mcnally, "The Guy with the Bow Tie", to manage the sales process. Seamus was spot-on professional, engaging, locked down from a process perspective....one really couldn't find a more accommodating, customer focused representative of Irwin Toyota. We greatly appreciated Jeff Canlas' straightforwardness. We do a great deal of research before purchasing a car and knew what we wanted and the price range we would consider. He was one of very few salespeople who provided us with a detailed breakdown of pricing and who didn't waste our time by promising things he couldn't actually deliver. We have no patience for bait and switch dealers. Jeff stayed in touch, let us know when a particular car in which we had an interest was actually on the lot and even stayed open on New Year's Day to enable us to see the vehicle in person. We asked for some consideration on one small add-on and he made that happen as well. The pricing was right, the trade-in offer was fair and it was a pleasure to work with a person who didn't "play games" but just delivered what was promised. We would recommend Jeff and his dealership.

Thorough in providing info when asked but a little pushy in getting you there to test drive the vehicle

The staff across the board were professional & had great customer service skills. The upgraded facility is spot on! It would be helpful to advise upfront most basic maintenance appointments will probably be a two hour wait. I also found it hard to believe my 2024 Rav4 with 30,000 miles needed over $700 in recommended service!

So I’m based in Texas and this dealership was in Indiana. My salesman name was James. Let me tell you!! James was the upmost respectful and outgoing and honest salesman’s I’ve ever worked with. EVER! And I’ve bought at least 6 cars the process was easy and hackle free. We did everything over the phone and they were honest about the condition of the vehicle. I am very very impressed by this dealership overall if I could give James a 10/10 I would and the manger Levi as well. Please go see them

Great experience buying my first car at Longo Toyota in El Monte. Was helped out by Simon and Brandon they are the best ! they explain everything to you and are not shady like other places. I Will no longer go to small used car dealerships that have only been bad experiences for me, and they overcharge. Longo Toyota is not like that AT ALL, they have a large selection of used vehicles set at pretty good prices and are at good standard. happy to join the rest of my family members and purchasing a Toyota! it’s the way to go trussssttt😝🖤
