Good oil change appointment. The crew helped me with checking for damage underneath my truck from having run over stuff in the highway. No damage found. I appreciate the extra effort bu the service rep, the manager and the technician.

I couldn’t wait to own the new model year and had to wait for months for it to be delivered. I love it. The exterior is gorgeous and interior is just enough for a 4WD SUV. The brakes are NOISY in reverse and quite embarrassing so I hope they fix that soon. It’s only in reverse and never in drive. Overall I give it a solid 4/5.

If you are looking for a new car, I would strongly recommend Willie Boyd at Corwin Toyoya in Boulder, Co. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. He patiently answered all of my questions, explained the features, and even took the time to demonstrate how everything worked. It was the best car sale experience I have encountered in many decades of purchasing a new car.

This review is based on 300 miles so reliability is really an unknown but I purchased based on Toyota's reputation. I was looking at larger SUV such as the Chevy Tahoe and Ford Explorer/Expedition. Reliability has become questionable on both so, I opted for my first Toyota. I have the SR5 which is the bottom trim level. It has all of the safety features and same engine as the other models. It's not a luxury SUV by any means but, it's functional, purpose driven and the cost was reasonable. You can go as high as $70K+ on some trims. I added 4WD to mine and it had a few small extras. Cost was MSRP and about $44.5K plus tax. The cabin is quiet, seats are comfortable. I did not get the third seat option. I prefer the large open space. On the topic of cargo area, Toyota left the third row side panels in place so, that eats up a little room. Also, the cargo floor has no underfloor storage, it's fixed. Infotainment is good, 8" screen is ample for most folk. Safety features seem good so far. Gas mileage is averaging 23mpg but, on a run at or below 70mph, you should get 25+ in eco mode and sensible throttle use. The engine seems to have a lot of power that kicks in at low RPM. Very nice. Lots. of plastic on the inside but fit and finish is good. No rattles so far. I did not purchase the car for 4WD activities but nice to have is stuck in the snow.

The car was ready when promised; service person who checked me in was honest? told me that certain services recommended by another dealer were not necessary.

Over-priced car. Sales person very persistent. Very far away from my residence. Not sure if I am interested or not. Have owned three other Mustangs already.

The dealership responded quickly and were knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. They also maintained contact even though I didn’t purchase that particular car.

Had an excellent car buying experience with Carl! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Carl made the process quick and stress-free, answering all my questions and helping me find exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a car!

Juan Casillas was the best! Our family needed a bigger vehicle and Juan assisted us with a trade in, which to our surprise was valued more than we thought! He found a vehicle that worked for us and was a great price! I bought a new Camry Hybrid from Mountain States and had it shipped to another state. My sales representative, Paula, was awesome throughout, and Ryan, the sales manager, was as well. I naturally had several questions before and after given the out-of-state purchase, and both Paula and Ryan were super responsive and generous with their time in making sure everything worked out with the purchase. My service rep was extremely nice and considerate. I use oxygen full time and he made sure my car got in and out as quickly as possible.
