I've owned this car for at least a year now. And the ride comfort is better than they say. It is on the road I'm impressed with the off-road. Ability of this vehicle. Love the looks and the style. I was actually looking for a truck. When I bought this but I'm glad I made my decision for the forerunner.

I was looking for a used car that could tow my teardrop, but I couldn't find one that met all my specifications in Arizona. He was very personable and sent me a video introducing himself and showing me the car. I was very impressed with his professionalism, and he answered all my questions about the car. I was willing to purchase the car, and have it shipped without seeing it in person, which was a first for me. AJ made the process very comfortable, and I trusted him completely as he walked me through each step of the process. He even helped me find someone who could deliver the car from Virginia to Arizona in just a matter of days. This purchase wouldn't have been possible without the help of AJ, Amine, and Antonio. I had a voodoo blue for 5 years, then unfortunately totaled it last week. I LOVED this vehicle…and I am a road rep that clocks thousands of miles monthly. Yes, it’s a bit of a gas hog, but it’s about the SMILES per gallon, not the miles per gallon. If you love a square body, uncomplicated icon of a vehicle…this is it. No other justification needed. I WILL be getting another. I’m a 4Runner fan for life!

I had the most delightful experience on 4/4/2023 at Genesis of Gaithersburg. In more than forty years of buying tens of cars from dealers, this group in Gaithersburg are in a special breed in their service. They were so honest, transparent, and more importantly made us feel so much at home. There was no pressure at all but was only interested in what is in our best interest. Every word that came out was genuine. Before then I had been to a dealer near my home, who ended fleecing me of over $4500, despite telling them that two experienced mechanics had told me what was wrong with my 2021 GV80. Now determined to trade it in, a second dealer was so repulsive that I got out of there as fast as I could. I am glad I listened to my spouse to try Genesis of Gaithersburg. In Genesis of Gaithersburg, we were treated like royalty. I could write a PHD dissertation on Mr. Jaffar Chaudhry and Mr. P. Shrader and their excellent service. The deal on the new car was concluded in less than thirty minutes. Then came the most interesting aspect, Mr. Jaffar spent another thirty minutes PATIENTLY with us going over the features in the car (which was a ton of it). I am sure he must have gone to the factory in South Korea to learn all about the car’s features. The final delightful part was taking us on a tour the service facilities and introduced us to the Mr. Matt Mills. He equally welcomed us with open arms and smiles along with tons of explanation on how the facility works and their availability to keep the car well. I am sold on this experience. This facility will be my home for all future car purchases. Thank you again for this experience.

I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

They were very good and plentiful with their correspondence. I got very busy and couldn't respond. I will try again.

This is our fourth 4Runner since 1996. 4Runners are a supper reliable SUV. Each of our 4Runners had over 250,000 miles with no issues. I would recommend a Toyota 4Runner as primary vehicle. They are stylish, reliable, economical to own and operate.

Deondrea McLaurin was very helpful especially since our original salesperson, Nicholas disappeared. I was disappointed that I was not notified that he left the organization, as I was emailing him and not getting a response. I didn't know until the car came in. All in all, a good experience, but a little disorganized. Maybe because Nick left, all the paperwork had to be redone when we arrived because the car was supposed to be registered in our 2 names but was only done for one of us. There were many clerical errors, so it took a lot longer than expected. However, everyone was professional and kind. Also, we thought we would get a military rebate, but the small print is only if you finance through Toyota, who's rate is ridiculous. This should be noted in the headline. A bit of a bait and switch. Would use them again.

My daughter bought a 2019 4runner .I was cleaning and detailing it for her and started to look it over i was impressed with the options and quality. 4 days later I had a 2020 off road premium in my driveway. I really like it already changed it some to look like I want it to wheels blacked out the chrome all said I am really happy with my 4runner
