We ended up purchasing two new 4Runners and even with an hour power outage (due to someone hitting a power box or something) they worked through everything, gave us everything we were looking for, and it was a quick and easy process.

Jeff is a great salesman he is right to the point doesn't beat around the bush or try and lie about a price. I would buy another car from him any day of the week he makes the experience very enjoyable.
I had a great experience at this dealership! The people were friendly and made the process easy especially with my husband being deployed. They tried to give me something I wanted and didn???t try to push me out of my price range! Would recommend this place to anyone!
Quentin!! You surpassed my expectations in every measure possible as a sales person!! You are great at what you do!! You took the time to get to know me and you accommodated me based on my needs and past car buying experience! Quentin is one the best sales people I've ever worked with! Quintin was great to work with! He made buying a pickup convenient since I live three hours from Colorado Springs. I highly recommend him for a great car buying experience. Quintin was helpful. There is some cosmetic issues with pickup that I did not notice when purchased vehicle. I talked to sales manager he said they would make it right if I sent in some pictures and brought the pickup in. It’s nice to finally have a honest dealership. Thanks Levi
Brent Farmer was the liaison for Costco purchase. He answered our email on THANKSGIVIVG! We also brought our daughter into the dealership so she could purchase a new Rav4 also! Her first new car!
Brent was GREAT in finding the vehicle I wanted. The process was seemless.
My only comment is the lack of food in the dealership. We were there from 8:30 am - 3pm and we were unable to get anything but popcorn.

I ended up not buying a car from the dealership, but the service I received from Justin and Brian was excellent. The no pressure, no nonsense approach to the buying experience is refreshing and pleasant.

Overall experience was great. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Staff and salesman were helpful answering questions and telling us about options and how they worked. Was a pleasure working with everyone and explained everything and were very helpful.
Was an easy process even got a little something extra in the deal. Helped clean out our trade and offered to help programming the features. Were able to bring the trade paperwork the next day just made for a very easy transaction
We just bought a 2012 Acadia from Eddie. It was a great experience. Eddie was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We also had to bring kids with us and the staff was excellent with finding things to help entertain them. I???d highly recommend Rocky Mountain.
I came in to purchase a 2015 BMW 228i at the Colo. Springs location. Mark Riopelle and Steven Hicks helped me with the purchase. The car was in beautiful condition and the test drive with Steven confirmed I was making the right choice. The only concern was a check engine light. Their in-house tech confirmed it was a temperature sensor code. We all assumed it was a simple warranty issue (and because the car was still under warranty, no big deal). Of course, after purchasing the car, I was anxious to get it checked out and repaired. I went to my local BMW dealer where I got good news and bad news. The problem was simple: a severed wire to the sensor (probably a critter). However, that's not a warranty issue. The repair cost $350. Here's where Echo Park shined. They took full responsibility for the repair cost. That action shows real integrity, a rare commodity in the retail car business.
Our overall experience was awesome. Chris our Salesman, T.D the manager, and Sonny our finance guy did an exceptional job getting the vehicle that we wanted and the payment we were shooting for. I'd like to say that Phil Long Chapel Hills has an amazing group of people working there. Thank you to everyone involved.
