I pulled into the dealership at 8:15 a.m and it was raining cats and dogs but Dan Pulkkinen came right outside and was awesome from the start to the end!! I got exactly what I wanted and I got it for a lower monthly payment than I expected!! I was in and out within 2 hours and had a huge smile on my face!! Highly recommend Crafts!!!
This was a pleasant buying experience and John is a professional who listens - from the test drive to the negotiations. He even offered to stop by my home and help me program the garage door opener if needed. Picking up the car today was a pleasure - he went over everything about it in detail and I am a happy customer of Morong.
I bought my first “new” (wasn’t new just way newer than I’ve ever bought before) from them. I had a really nice experience thus far. People were kind, facility was great, car was detailed impeccably. The salesman (Mark) was super nice and welcoming, even to my crazy toddler. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was schmoozed into the sale. He even recommended some different options to me when I didn’t think I could get financing on the one I wanted. In the end they came down on the price enough I could get financed on it through my bank and the process really was “easy!” Thanks for making my first dealership experience a good one!
Had a fantastic experience with Dominick Bernard buying my 2018 Prius Prime Premium. We were able to do most of the negotiating and info sharing over email but he was very helpful and informative and made buying our new car a very easy process!
I went to Charlies with my heart set on the 2018 Highlander but quickly changed my mind once I tried a Rav 4 I was sold on it. Daughter in law bought a Rav 4 5 years ago and loved it No pressure and no one trying to sell me anything I didn't want.
I went to Central Maine Toyota at first to trade my Subaru in for a 4Runner because Central Maine Toyota doesn’t have doc fees. The back-and-forth process of agreeing on a price felt shady and more like a “shell game” so I went to Charlie’s. Sam was friendly and knowledgeable. Agreeing on a price was a much better experience!
I found the staff and customer service very friendly and welcoming.
Once they knew why I was there they allowed me to look around and make a decision to what I thought I wanted to what I found.
The staff were as efficient in getting the paperwork ready in a timely manner so that we did have to wait around too long.

The car-buying experience was not as painful as I had anticipated. My salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He actually seemed to care about me as a person. The entire staff was helpful and accommodating.
Couldn’t get accepted for a loan but our salesmen made us feel very comfortable and handled giving us the bad news very well. Only thing I would change is them having a special credit program
