It's luxurious, very comfortable for driver and
passengers. But it's a bit too big for me. I was accustomed to driving a Camry and it was easier to handle to me.
I had an alternator problem and didn't make it to Asheville before breaking down on I-40. The service department called a wrecker for me and in 45minutes I was at the dealership. They confirmed the diagnosis, ordered the part for tomorrow, and gave me a loaner car to get home. I couldn't have asked for more and Josh followed up on every detail to make sure I knew what to expect and made sure I was on my way in short order. Thank You! David

Not your Grandma's Avalon: Stealth Lexus ES 350!

As a realtor, I needed a large comfortable sedan that was luxurious yet performed well. The Avalon Touring, essentially a Lexus ES 350 F type minus some frills for $11K less, delivers. 0-60 in under 6 seconds, 301 HP from a smooth V6 mated to an 8 speed automatic, all the safety and convenience features available. Plus the 4 mode driving selector that transforms the car from a relaxed cruiser to a very sporty car that is nearly Audi-like in handling, throttle response, and steering. Drive this car and forget what the previous version focused on. This new Avalon is for younger drivers that aren't ready to retire!
Purchased my first new vehicle; 2018 tacoma trd off road, Arron my sales rep was super helpful through the process answering questions and helping find a black trd with the premium package. Which in the 2018 models is hard! I love my truck!!

Bought the 2015 Avalon about 6 months ago as a used vehicle. So far so good. No complaints! The sport/eco/normal performance option is awesome. Very comfortable interior. Sleek exterior.
A/C quit working on way to Hendersonville/Asheville for a week in mountains.
Doropped car for service and fortuantely had 2nd vehicle available for us. No appointment so would have to be worked in with other cars. Mark in Service Dept. handled in very professional manner, explaining possible non coverages in private warranty we had on car. Next morning Mark called me and advised our private warranty was not used because the particular part that broke was covered by and extended warranty from Honda. Very happy with how Apple Tree handled the entire process.

Defect

My side panel next to the driver's seat kept slipping off, after snapping it back on a couple times it seemed like it was going to break if I kept doing this. Since my car is still under warranty I thought Toyota would fix it, but was told since I broke it they wouldn't cover it. It broke because of the defect!
Great vehicle. All great features. Many features, I was not aware of until they just appear. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle.
Late last evening we drove home in our new 2016 Nissan Rogue SL with cayenne color. We compared the Rogue to a few other cars in the same class including the Mazda CX-5. Although we liked the look of the CX-3 and CX-5 more than the Rogue, there was an immediate recognition that the driveability of the Rogue was quite superior. Mark Filleman was our salesperson and we sure resonated with his low key information delivering and his honest approach. Mark, the manager, was good to deal with, too, and really didn't give us the good cop bad cop schtick. The business manager Zaine was efficient and quick with a nice personna to back it up. We rate our experience a 5 Star - thanks...Bernie & Sandy

We have owned Toyota's for 39 years and loved them all. Still have a 1988 Toyota 4x4 with over 310,000 miles. Looks and drives great. This Avalon is great, love it just like I did my 1986 Cressida wagon. Would recommend to anyone.
I had a great experience with this dealership from beginning to end. Every person that I encountered starting with the internet e-price was very pleasant and helpful. I feel I got a great deal on the RAV4 and I am glad I took the chance and went to this dealership. Thank you for making it such an easy stress-free experience. My Mom who is in her late 70's rode with me and everyone was so polite to her and made her feel at home - when a dealership is so respectful to older people - to me that is a first class dealership. Thank You!

Big disappointment

Well, it is a Toyota so I bought a 2019 Avalon XLE Hybrid primarily for its reliability. However, it has two major flaws. Firstly, it is supposed to provide 43 mpg, but actually it is a lot less. Currently, it is 34.6 mpg. Secondly, for a pretty luxurious car I expected it to have all the safety features for which Toyota is famous. Unfortunately, it turned out that it is missing Intelligent Clearance Sonar and Parking Assist. When I called Toyota and asked if these features could be installed, I was told that it was too complicated. Big disappointment.
This was the fastest and the easiest buying process I've ever had. Will always come back. Drove past a closer dealership because of the buying experience here. Can't say enough good things about this dealership.

Well, it's 2019 and I just bought a used 2011 Avalon. It's like a brand new car. Only has about 70,000 miles. With each model year I've had, they've gotten better. My 2011 is powerful, quiet, smooth, and drives like a dream. Like all Toyotas I've owned, this one should be really reliable and provide years of trouble-free driving. I love my Avalon!
SUPERIOR service from the time you walk in the door or call! Whether you speak to the operator, the service department, accounts department or the janitorial department, you will receive top quality service with each and every person!

Car is a great car but purchased mine used from a used car dealer who was a rip off. I assume a brand new one will be wonderful
Car met my expectations, except my previous one had more tint on the windows and the ability to lock the door from the outside without the key fob in hand. Truck is smaller, but the back seats do fold down.
Vehicle available to be shipped to your home. Contact
the dealership for details.

After extensive research . . . considered several other full-size sedans . . . settled on 2016 AVALON. I have been delighted by performance and interior roominess. Also, a very well insulated (quiet) car. We can conduct a conversation in whispers if we choose to do so! 16 cu. ft. trunk is roomy enough for most loads we carry - -including my golf clubs. We love this car!
