Traded soon to be 5 year old truck for new truck. Juan was on top of his game. Got my payment where I needed it to be. My sales tax was close to 300.00 more than I expected but Steven Williams in finance helped me get longer to pay it. Overall a very good experience!
Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.
Taylor Simmons made our car buying experience fun, easy and fast. He's great at his job and we not only found a new car dealer to do business with, but we made a new friend. Also proud to say he's an Veteran of the armed forces.
First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
Quick, professional and pleasant experience. From the time I walked into the service center, until I walked out, I was treated like I was welcomed. Very few dealerships have created an atmosphere like this, and I look forward to continuing to use this dealership.

From the first contact Evan was so attentive, even thought we were over 3 hours away; this was JUST the vehicle we were looking to buy; he made it all so easy; this dealership made everything possible; and within a week we were driving it home! this dealership is FIRST class and we had a great experience. We r repeat customers and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. Kami is the BEST! The process of buying my Tacoma was simplified by him. He helped us to get a deal we were comfortable with and we feel we got a good deal and reasonable price on our trade-in. He has earned us as family customers for life. BTW, from the minute we walked in we felt good about being there. EVERY employee we walked passed greeted us warmly. Not so sure about the receptionist though, she seemed indifferent to my being there. Also, i dont remember the name of the finance manager but he was outstanding too.
I set an appointment to purchase (program) a spare key. The service team was attentive, patient, and delightful. Chris and Paul were my service consultants. Although I didn't purchase my vehicle from Parker Lexus I was not excluded from their quality service. The customer service was satisfactory. My calls were returned immediately after every voicemail message. I brought my car in before my appointment to ensure I would surpass the rush crowd, but my service appointment was extended. The extension of time used to program my key did not "hinder" the quality service. My car was thoroughly washed and my complimentary cookies/water added icing to my wait. Lexus has trained their staff to understand the "value" of equality, good customer service, and communication. It was "my pleasure" to do business with Parker Lexus.
My son and I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with Evan Buck, a salesperson at Parker Lexus, while shopping for my son's first car. This was a trying time for me yet a next step in life, and I had so many questions and was very apprehensive, understandably. Evan was understanding and listened intently. He was kind during the time that it took us to arrive at a decision. Based on my experience with him, I would very highly recommend Parker Lexus. The facilities are breathtakingly beautiful, as well, and they have great cookies for guests. :-)
