When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! Discovered my sunroof was leaking badly on a very rainy day, the interior of my car was getting soaked. Not only did they make time to fix it the same day, they let me come early and parked it in their garage until they could get to it. Could not have been better service.
