I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I’m a woman on my own and always feared the stigma of getting ripped off, but both times went flawlessly. Most recently, Daniel helped me and it truly felt more like getting together with an old friend rather than a business deal. I also really enjoyed working with Hassan who did the some of the paperwork for me. I truly love going there for maintenance also because literally everyone there is friendly. Officially a part of the Toyota family and I’ve never been soo excited! The level service and experience at this Cerritos location has been nothing but seamless. My sales associate, Prem Mir, has been so kind and patient throughout this entire process. I’m a little nit picky so I searched & waited for along time for a RAV4 with light beige interior to be in stock and when I saw it was being built & sold at Cerritos, Prem was kind enough to bend over backwards for me to make sure I got it. Highly recommend working with Prem if you’re looking to buy a new Toyota!
