Brought my Toyota Crown in today for service. A young woman (sorry I forgot your name) who took me was very professional and courteous. She could have just addressed my initial query, and left it at that. However, she went beyond to offer me other services my vehicle was due for. Great experience overall. I will definitely make this my service center of choice.

The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.

I have to say, Marco is the best! He is very genuine and responsive to all your needs. I have purchased many vehicles through the years and Marco is just a refreshing professional who keeps it simple but so thorough in handling the process from beginning to delivery, thank you so much! Class elegance, cleanliness, honesty respect was the experience I had yesterday at town Toyota in Ledgewood was amazing from the sales rep Fred as well. The financial manager, Sergio I truly felt that these guys are work class. I have bought at least 90 cars in my lifetime. I would drank this one among the first one or two experiences of the best I assure you if Toyota is your product this is the place to go even if you’re coming from a distance it’s worth it just do your research. Just bought my 4th car in 2 years from island Toyota! If you want a stress free buying experience this is the place to go. There’s no pressure from the salesperson, and everyone is super helpful. The best part is how there are absolutely no sneaky dealer fees. All you pay is the advertised price, $75 admin fee and whatever tax and registration fee.
