Mr. Jose Redd is the employee you want to work with. I had the great fortune of helping my niece get her first car. We had been to other dealerships where we first had to get the attention of a salesperson just to see if we could find a car for her. When we walked into Jim Coleman, Mr. Redd immediately walked up to us, and asked if he could help us. His demeanor indicated to me that this was going to be an outstanding experience. Mr. Redd was attentive. He answered every question from our party of four and at the end of the encounter, it felt like we had made a lifelong friend. When we moved over to finance, I expected to be pressured and we were not Mr. Bienvenue was outstanding and the great customer service experience we had started hours early was extended into the contracting process. I have bought four cars before. This was by far THEEEEEEEEE best experience I've ever had in my life. I wish that I was in the market to buy a car (I'm not because my car is three years old) because I would definitely want to broker my deal with Mr. Redd. Outstanding! Personable! Attentive! I had a pleasant experience with the service received this day from the mechanic who inspected my car and from Junior Villatoro in his extraordinary customer service that he provided me, it was beyond my expectations.

First and foremost, I have no issues with the work performed on my vehicle. Great repairs!! Great customer service!! I am trying to understand the point of making an appointment though. I thought that if you make an appointment that meant that time was carved out for you and your vehicle. Not just showing up and hope to get fitted in for service, which seems like there is no difference. No way should a tire rotation and oil change take more than 3 hours especially if a reservation was made and they know you are scheduled to arrive at that reserved time. Just seems no matter what, my entire day is blown when I bring my vehicle in for service. (5-8 hours) Luckily I?m retired and have my family to pick me up from the dealership. I couldn?t imagine sitting at the dealership all that time. Even then I?m caught in rush hour traffic. I scheduled the appointment as to avoid all of that. If they think that the service will be all day then I?ll reschedule when a more expedient time is available. Anyway, sorry to dump all of that , I really like the work and the customer service, Dan Kurode is very easy to work with. Just get me in and get me out is all I?m wishing for. Thanks

6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful.
