So we headed to Toyota of Glendora and we had the pleasure of meeting Tony. He was exactly what we needed in that moment. He was beyond helpful, while at the same time not overwhelming. I feel like he wanted us to find the right car for us as much as we did!! That kind of service is difficult to find. Officially a part of the Toyota family and I’ve never been soo excited! The level service and experience at this Cerritos location has been nothing but seamless. My sales associate, Prem Mir, has been so kind and patient throughout this entire process. I’m a little nit picky so I searched & waited for along time for a RAV4 with light beige interior to be in stock and when I saw it was being built & sold at Cerritos, Prem was kind enough to bend over backwards for me to make sure I got it. Highly recommend working with Prem if you’re looking to buy a new Toyota!
