Outstanding! Greemway Ford's prices are the BEST!!! We were quoted MUCH HIGHER tire prices at other locations, at the dealership where we purchased the vehicle, and even online at the TireRack. We were amazed. We discovered costs to ship from online companies caused the total expense to skyrocket. We discovered tires provided from "discount" tire companies were OLDER when we reviewed the DOT number. We LOVED the option of the THREE YEAR ROAD HAZARD WARRANTY provided by Ford, which is the best we found anywhere and very affordable. We loved Greenway Ford offered a 12 month interest FREE credit card that was easy to obtain. We were treated like family by the advisors and have always had a great relationship with Kevin Swata who kept us up to date and showed us the importance of having an alignment completed as well.

I was on an errand in Clearwater when a service light appeared on my dashboard, one I'd never seen before. I looked it up in the service manual, and it was a serious one. I'm new to this area, hadn't had my Prius serviced locally yet, so I was at the mercy of whichever dealership could take me first. I called two, but when connected to the service departments, I only got voice mail. My third call was to Auto Nation Toyota; I explained my situation and was put through to John Curtis. He listened to me (and the near-panic in my voice), and calmly told me that the car would be OK to be driven as far as their location, and assured me that they'd take immediate and good care of me. Which is exactly what transpired. John is a professional, easy going, and "knows his stuff." He gave me the information I needed to know, in a manner that a person who is not automotive knowledgeable could comprehend. I sincerely recommend John as a "go to guy" for your car's needs. Not only that, but for the first time in my driving life (and I'm no spring chicken), not only does this dealership offer you a ride home, but a ride back to pick up your car as well! That, to me, was amazing! Both drivers were personable and the cars immaculately clean, without any nasty, perfumey coverup smells (which I'm allergic to). My '08 Prius and I are very happy with the experience and service rendered.

I used to dread going to car dealerships. Pressure and just not being treated well. Lipton Toyota restored my faith in dealerships. It definitely gets attention and comments from strangers. Some love it, so hate it, but it is distinctive.
Thought I'd hate all the new safety features, but now don't know how I lived without them.
Didn't notice the lack of power some have noted, but we're not heavy footed anyway, so it seems adequate.
Biggest drawback to me is the extremely poor outward visibility. Blindspot monitoring and back-up camera help, but it is poor.
My wife and I were traveling from Texas. I had just bought a new Tundra and during our trip the maintenance required light came on. We stopped by Scott Clark Toyota to check it out. I was amazed by their customer service, timing and the work they did. They were fantastic. I thanked the service manager, but I want to tell the ownership that they should be proud of their team. I wish the Toyota company would send their team to that facility to follow their service standards. Thanks Scott Clark Toyota.

I was watching the movement of this SUV in Sri Lankan street's for a few months. I was attracted by its body shape. I started to learn about this car for a couple of weeks. Subsequently I made inquiries from my friends who use this car and they recommended it with great satisfaction. Yesterday I bought this car having exchanged my previous car. The interior, exterior, style, performance and shape are excellent. I think it is a best SUV for lower budget and also a great value for the money. Thank Toyota.
I was shopping using the internet looking for a 2010 Tacoma Sport. My wife's friend has a Tacoma and my wife has been wanting 1 for a long time! First, the color had to be Gray as well. Thus, I discovered Toyota of Gastonia by clicking on a ad that was displayed by one of those sites like cars.com or Carfax. When I read the ad I went to the dealerships website.
This Tacoma met all of our criteria to seriously consider or purchase. I clicked and sent a email inquiring about the truck. I received a prompt response from Dan, their internet contact sales person. Now this began on Wednesday morning, April 19,2017. I ask Dan all the questions I had about the Tacoma, which were a few because there was only 2 outside photos due to it just being put on their lot. It had not been detailed yet it was so recent. Dan answered every question truthfully and told me everything even though it might mean I could say, oh well and pass on it. The only thing wrong were some small scratches that I would expect to see on a 2010 truck. Besides, now I don't have to worry about scratching it because I use a truck to haul things in.
Then it was down to price, price, price! I think we had about 37 emails back and forth before it was quitting time. Dan faxed some info to my personal financial lender and I told Dan I was planning to drive up Thursday and test drive the Tacoma. Unfortunately I was unable to go, due to a unforeseen situation.
But we did hammer out the financials and had a tentative agreement on price if I decided to purchase it. Dan was a fantastic person to work with. No pressure on anything during the process. Plus he went above and beyond in working with my lender, in showing the value of this particular truck. The new plan set was that my wife and I would drive up first thing Friday morning.
I live in SC, 2 hrs away from the dealership. I told Dan to expect us around 10:30. Dan said that Rick would be the sales person who would be taking care of us upon our arrival. We arrived around 10:15, and were greeted by Rick. After introductions Rick took us outside to show the truck. Just walking up to it I was smiling and already loving it so far. Rick did a walk around showing me every scratch (really just a couple surface ones) or nick on the bumper. Dan had done a very good job describing the truck and any thing that one might consider a flaw on it. The interior looked just about in new condition. The detail person(s) did an outstanding job on the exterior and interior. And pardon the pun, but they paid attention to every detail on it!
Then I got to give it a good test drive. On the interstate, through town, and some curvy roads. When we came back to the dealership Rick asked what did I think. I just smiled and said we want it and lets go do the paperwork. Rick took us inside and began the process of purchasing the Tacoma. Rick put us at ease with his calm manner and made us feel like we were old friends. Rick went over all the particulars regarding the purchase, explaining in detail what the paper work presented meant. After everything was finished that Rick had to do, he ran the paperwork to the dealerships financial personnel. Then we were escorted to that office and did the official signing of all pertinent documents.
Then the truck officially became my responsibility as the new owner. Then, a problem of my own doing. I didn't bring my tag to transfer. Rick came and saved the day. Rick was able to furnish a tag to get me home on with just my word to bring it back the following Monday. I was driving back home by 1 o'clock.
Dan and Rick, due to their professionalism, honesty, demeanor, and go the extra mile and always doing the right thing for me has gained Toyota of Gastonia, a customer for life. That you can count on!
We've told all our friends how well we were treated by everyone and one is even going to contact the dealership for a future purchase,
I can only speak for myself, but I was totally impressed with the whole process!

Great little sport suv that has wonderful gas mileage and can seat 5 people. Drives very smooth and is great for driving anywhere. Its great for a family or a fist car.
This car has met or exceeded my expectations. It is comfortable and good on gas. It runs quiet and has good acceleration. The color is great and the interior is also.
Trevor helped me with getting my car in for it's 20,000 mIle servicing. He was very friendly and helpful. He kept me posted on the status of my car. He went over the paperwork for the service and even walked me to my car.

Great styling, inside and out. Very comfortable to drive. Handles very well. Put it in "Sport" mode and it's very peppy with good throttle response.
I being a single mom with 2 kids and bad credit(2 repo's and ALL) came to Matthews Motors on 4/15/17, I had the vehicle in mind I wanted, it was already sold the day before. I opted to buy a 2013 Cadillac XTS a sweet ride with low mileage. However, after 4 days I realized this was NOT the car for myself and kids. I went back today and they were able to put me in a vehicle I wanted, a 2013 Toyota Camry XLE with low mileage 32k to be exact! When I say I CAN'T thank GOD and ALL the staff here, I truly CAN'T. I will FOREVER come here and refer ANYONE I know to do the same! Robert Walker, Mike Fischer, Sonny(I hope I spelled it right) THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart and soul. This is a really nice design and economic on gas but the only thing I didn’t like the emergency break that automatically don’t work they. You have to put it so many times and still is not 100% fine. Something good is that is economic in Gas
All of my contact was with Chris Leblanc and he was a pleasure to work with, responded quickly to my requests for information and was up front about everything associated with the vehicle in which I was interested. I’ve had my 19 CHR Limited for 6 days and I have loved it. Heavy rain last night and all windows leaked. Hope I don’t regret this purchase.
Never in a million years would I have thought that I would walk away with a car at the age of 23. I came to Toyota to get a car but I was in the mind frame of a different car which got sold on me. The first day I went into Toyota, I was skeptical because I never wanted a Toyota but I had an open mind. Stacy Carter ended up being my sales rep and I???m happy she was. We first met and she was very friendly and welcoming and had a great sense of humor. She gave me a run down of all the details of the car and every question me, my mom, brother, and dad had she was able to answer. Then we met Mostafa and he made it clear that he was going to do all he can to get the bank to sign off on me and my co-signer for the price we wanted with no money down (even though our credit wasn???t all that great). Mostafa work day in and day out to get me a great deal but due to my co-signers income the bank was having a hard time with the deal. So I ended up finding another co-signer and it became easier for the bank government sign off. But it came at a price that I couldn???t pay what I wanted (can???t get everything in life but it was okay). Due to that set back Mostafa found a deal where I can get gap insurance and all the car services that I would need just for little under $25. So everything worked out. Then it came time to deal with the insurance for the car and boy did that look like a mountain. For a first time car owner and not being on insurance it was hard for Grisela to find a good deal for me to pay. I was leaving to go to school because everything had to reregistared in queens because my information reflected it. The deals that were coming up from the insurance was $400 and up, and there was no way I would be able to pay that and a car payment. And after a while it just seem like it was impossible for me to get a decent rate until I left to live upstate. But someway somehow Grisela was able to find a way for me to be with Allstate on my fathers insurance while answering all his questions and I only ended up paying $187 a month for FULL COVERAGE. That was a great deal for someone living in NYC with a brand new car and a brand new diver ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What more could I ask for? We sat in her office for hours but she was able tic find something that I could afford. Stacy, Mostafa, and the Grisela worked tiredlessly to get me the best payment on the car, the best car insurance payment, and also the second package for the car. It took THREE LONG DAYS for me to get this car (as it is my first car) and I couldn???t be happier. This was a 2017 Toyota Corolla and this car had less than 7,000 miles on it; basically a brand new car. Although this process was long and everyday spent there seemed like a hurdle Stacy, Mostafa, and the Allstate sales rep Grisela made it possible for me to walk out with my car. I feel like now we are closer than friends but family not because of what they did for me but because they made sure I was okay and explained everything to me, and also we had great laughs and told stories and exchanged photos. Hey we???re so personable and down to earth and I thank God for them and pray that he keeps on blessing them. Overall I had a wonderful experience. You need people like this in your life who actually car and want to save you money in the money hungry world. When I decide to change my car again Toyota is the place where I???m coming too. This car looks nice as well as sporty . It rides nice and the added features such as pre collision system , radar cruise control and blind spot monitor are wonderful .
Only negatives are I would have rather had the backup mirror on the audio display rather than the rear view mirror so it’s larger . Also, would rather have it be an AWD.
Additionally, my left rear wheel bearing went out within a year .
I looked around quite a bit before buying my CH-R. Style as well as safety are very important to me and this fit the bill. The ride is very smooth, it has plenty of leg room and I love all the safety features. It's a real head turner! I just wish it was designed with better visibility. The blindspots kinda suck. Other than that, this car rocks!
2016 4runner Limited .Changed my mind and received offer from Basil Toyota of Lockport, trading up to a 2016 4 Runner Limited, from my 2015 SR5 Premium. They let me take it for the night to work as mine was down for tire repair, and next day gave me a trade deal that I could not refuse. Thanks to everyone from Jamie, Chris, and Mike in sales, to Steve in service for letting me know of promotional deal in first place, and Jim in service for taking care of me with my 2015 to begin with. Also, a trustworthy finance guy in George. It never hurts to have quick, honest explanation of add-on service packages. James, a manager was overly gracious. Even met the owner, Mike, which I think is probably rare. Thanks again to all I was involved with. And there are many more. P.S. My ex used to tell me I`m a pain in the ankle when dealing with money. Traded in my 2018 Honda HR-V. No hassle with the rear latch. No distracting heater/air cond. controls. Better tech. More safety features. Better handling. A lot cuter too. Really, a great commuter. Very comfortable interior and tech is well implemented and minimally distracting. Only thing I would like better is if we could get the Hybrid version here in North America. Come on Toyota not everyone needs a vehicle the size/cost of a RAV 4!
After a terrible buying experience a few years ago where we walked out, Larry Miller Hyundai (Cottonwood) and our salesperson Matteo certainly made up it up to us. We ended up purchasing 2 new 2017 Elantras and could not be happier. My new Eco hit 36 MPG yesterday at 296 miles and I still have 114 miles to go on the first tank of gas. My husband is driving the Elantra Limited. It is just beautiful. As a base model Limited it is loaded with features! The side mirrors and the blind spot detection are the best safety feature we have ever had on a vehicle. Our car payments increased only a bit from 3 years ago with our leases from a competitor, but the savings in gas and the fact that we will own these cars will balance that out. We highly recommend you take a test drive of a 2017 Elantra and make sure to ask for Matteo.

I wanted an extra safe car (I am 80), with as many gadgets as I could find, comfort for me, small and easy to park, reliable and a great dealer. This on paper was perfect (the top of the line model.)
There are lots of so-so reviews and in two test drives, I checked out all the problems. Since lack of power was first, and I don't normally 'floor it' I tried to. Not a sports car but fine. I tried to find all of the noise and couldn't. I know about the visibility problems, but the lane departure alert and the rear cross traffic alert solve that. The car may be small, but for me it is fine. And style - that is a matter of taste and this is my taste.

Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.
I have contacted the dealer to obtain more information about the car since I live over 1200 miles away. They were very responsive and quickly answered all of my questions. I would work with them again and highly recommend the dealership.
