Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. Everything went great , Michael had my car diagnosed, unfortunately parts had to be ordered , he Ubered me home , kept me up to date with text the next morning parts showed up, Ubered me back to the dealer at 2pm when work was completed the next day ! Things couldn’t have gone smoother.
