I’ve owned an 03 Mustang Gt w/ a soft top The only reason I mention that is because I loved that car for the feeling I had while driving it. I get that same feeling with this car, but don’t feel like I’m in a Tin Can. I’ve only owned it 3 months and have driven 8,000 Miles, so far, it seems like the most responsible decision I could’ve made when buying a New Car.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Highlander LE Plus in predawn mica grey from Crestmont Toyota. Not only did they give me the lowest out the door price out of at least 10 dealerships but the customer service that I received came second to none. The sales manager I dealt with is Andy Beloff (andy.beloff@crestmont23.com) who is as professional and straight forward as they come. He answered all my calls, texts, and emails in a prompt fashion and answered every question that I had. He truly believes in the art of building solid and long lasting business relationships. Steve Zmani the finance manager didn?t place any pressure on me during the signing process and was quick to get me out as soon as possible. And lastly, Michael Mongiovi, the relationship manager gave me a courtesy call the day after to congratulate me and left his contact information should I have any questions or concerns. The whole process from beginning to end was straight forward, transparent, and absolutely professional - Crestmont Toyota should write a sales book on how to run a business and build relationships. I will definitely be coming back here for my next Toyota.

This is the best Camry in the last 20 years! The tech is awesome, reliability is the best, and the gas mileage is unbeatable. I will always recommend a Camry to everyone because of the price and what it offers. Toyota is not cheap but it will save money down the road!

This is a great car, it handles very well and has real good power, while also getting a good gas mileage because of the Hybrid. I was looking to buy a Hybrid but could not find one I really like until I test drove the Camry SE. It has most if not all of the features that the XSE has. It is also full of safety features. It more of a sporty luxury type sedan.

I have to say, Marco is the best! He is very genuine and responsive to all your needs. I have purchased many vehicles through the years and Marco is just a refreshing professional who keeps it simple but so thorough in handling the process from beginning to delivery, thank you so much! I just purchased my brand new Toyota Camry last week, and let me tell you what an experience! I did my research of dealerships because I've never had a Toyota and Star Toyota was one of the top listings. I submitted an internet inquiry via their website and was contacted within minutes by a woman named Nicolette who works in their internet sales department. She was personable, sweet, and very paitent with me being that I had alot of questions; I really wasen't sure what type of Camry I wanted. She made some great suggestions and also suggested the lease program they had this month. I wound up setting the appointment with her for the following day. When I came in and asked for her she came straight up to the front and greeted me and told me I'd be taken care of asap, and that I'd actually be working directly with her department manager Anthony Cruz. Mr. Cruz was wonderfully helpful and honest and made the whole experience a breeze and not at all a hassle for me. The whole staff there is really a great group, I plan on working with them again when my lease is up!

Thanks to Bill Walsh who managed to get the car detailed the night before and get me in and out before noon on a Saturday. I love it!

I had a 8am appointment. They got me in and out within a hour. Service consultant was very nice. All of the people in the service process were kind and professional. I appreciate the speedy but great service.

Upon first impression I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. There was no receptionist and there was no organization as to who to speak to once I got there. But once I was placed with my sales manager Alex, the experience became a different story. He was helpful, professional, but very real. He didn’t xxxxxxxx, lie, or act like he knew things he didn’t, which I appreciate! Even though I was liking at a used Ford he didn’t try to sell me in something I didn’t want. He just gave his honest opinions and knowledge to help me make my decision. I didn’t buy right away, which was actually encouraged by him, to see the other vehicle I had in mind. Even gave me tips on what to look for when seeing other used vehicles, which was welcomed. After viewing the other vehicle and having the exact opposite experience with a local Ford dealer, I chose to go with car at Toyota of Hackensack even without an CPO certification, simply because I just trusted them more, they were upfront with all the costs. Alex didn’t try to slip anything by me when we sat down for pricing. The price was exactly what I expected to pay given the sticker price. I was assisted with getting a great rate on insurance by the dealership, and the finance guy Steve was just as helpful and easy to work with. They matched a finance rate I was approved for by another bank. Steve didn’t hard sell me on an extended warranty, but explained everything pretty well and gave me time to think and research. Overall I came away with a very good experience and so far, a great car. I would definitely recommend dealing with Alex and Steve at Toyota of Hackensack!

My salesman was George Mankorious. He handled himself very professionally when I gave him every reason to Throw his arms up and walk away. He was patient, kind and persisted with a great attitude. I ended up getting the car I wanted and George was a very big part of that.

Class elegance, cleanliness, honesty respect was the experience I had yesterday at town Toyota in Ledgewood was amazing from the sales rep Fred as well. The financial manager, Sergio I truly felt that these guys are work class. I have bought at least 90 cars in my lifetime. I would drank this one among the first one or two experiences of the best I assure you if Toyota is your product this is the place to go even if you’re coming from a distance it’s worth it just do your research. Your budget and the rest is history absolutely wonderful.
