My review rating is based on the final outcome of the buying process. I can provide all the details about the process but that would not be relevant to most buyers here. The bottom line is that there were some issues with the car like the leaking front tire & some detailing issues. This should not have happened to a CPO but after a few phone calls to the sales manager and speaking to the GM of the branch, all those issues were fixed. They even helped with additional stuff like nav updates and engine software fix which is not part of the CPO process. Overall, we are very happy with our car and quite impressed with the post-sale experience at this dealership.

The response from the salesman were very prompt and friendly. I received a couple emails about a Subaru, which I am still interested in I just need time to review my options and not 100% ready to buy just yet.

Just purchased a pre-owned Lincoln MKZ hybrid reserve II from this dealership. Sales representative Sammy had everything set up and made the buying experience seamless. I told him when I arrived that I did not care to spend the entire day in a car dealership arguing over buying a car. If the numbers were right we could make a deal, if not I would walk. Once I decided to that I would buy the car, the deal all came down to a fair trade-in on my 2016 CRV. I knew the value of the CRV and they met it without any negotiating. Finance manager Ahbaid was very personable and professional. He knew his business and we completed the paperwork in less than one-half hour. If they have a car in which you are interested I highly recommend them.

I'm 89, still driving, and needed a replacement for my 1997 Camry with over 200k miles. I wanted a familiar driving experience and minimal digital technology. This 2007 Camry with 50k miles, leather interior, cushy ride, and reasonable price was a great fit. I've owned it for two weeks now and remain pleased with my purchase. The huge trunk lets me haul everything for my garden, and my mechanic says it could easily go over 200k miles with proper care.

Legroom, large trunk space, good gas mileage , a really smooth riding car to drive. Toyota’s have a good reputation for running a lot of miles so I’m hoping that adds to the value

Great car and style leather is good and design is good love the subtle blue color of the exterior which also looks black and features are good

Mine is the 2022 LE, but has the convenience package. It includes the sunroof, blind spot monitor, keyless entry, hood and door edge wrap. It really has almost all I could want. I wish it were another color than white, and the backup camera could be better at night. Other than that it has been pretty much perfect for the 13 months I have had it. The LTA, collision avoidance, and BSM, as well as adaptive cruise control are great safety features. The white paint shows dirt too easily, but it looks great when clean. I have noticed no issues with the power train. The gears shift smooth, and the power is more than adequate. I am 64, so way past the age where I wish to impress anyone with a road racer. Good, reliable, safe transportation from point A to point B is my priority. This care is more than adequate for that function.

I have been looking at dealerships for a while so on my fifth time, I basically lowered my expections. It turned out so well because out of all the salesrep I talked to and explained my unusual situation, Drake Stenberg was the only one who went overboard, had been extremely helpful and overall fantastic. We made every transactions (except the final signing) through email, text and calls. Of course I also did my part and research what I can about the car I'm buying, prepared everything i might need and also ask questions if I'm unsure of anything. When we were ready to seal the deal, I told him I can not go to onetoyota until the next day because I have a toddler and I live quite far. Drake then offered to deliver the car to my house instead so we can wrap things up. It was such a great idea because I honestly don't want to drive all the way to oakland and then drive back home. It was such a delightful experience, my car looks great and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the whole transaction.

My 2023 Camry TRD is perfect in every way. Great performance and styling. Also a good value for such a special car. Beautiful inside and out.

I did the pre-approval through CapitalOne, called to verify the car I wanted was still available, Mini 2012. Spoke with Louis, and met with him 30 minutes before closing. The car I was approved for was not available in a manual transmission, however he did have a similar model slightly older but in great shape. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 20 minutes. He was thorough, and even dropped the price and gave me better financing options than I expected. I highly recommend Louis of Oakland Toyota. He is fair, efficient, and works in the best interest of his customer.

I owned the following Camry's and final mileage 1989-260k 1990-200k 1999-246k 2006-215k All cars have been great, but the current car 2016 is the first Camry I have owned that started to use oil well before hitting 100k. Sure it is no where near the amount that car manufactures state is allowable oil usage limits. But that being said will see if this one turns 200k or not. 2016-120k

The SXE Camry is a comfortable, reliable and the only draw back is the plastic grills in the front . The front fenders and back should be more like the older models. The mpg is 23.9 after driving 8,000 miles. I believe the car is still breaking in. The sport economy mode gives you the best gas mpg. The sport mode has great steering and gripping the road going up hills and curves is a plus. Overall, I would recommend this model.

The best car to own to this day! it’s really reliable and saves on gas. Although I will say the interior quality is not the best and the first year of owning the car was a nightmare, it’s still a great car overall! ever since then, the car has never gave me any problems! definitely will recommend to get this car if you’re looking for a comfortable daily car since the base models come with standard safety sense!

My 5th Toyota (2 Corollas and 3 Camrys) Toyota Quality, Comfortable ride, Plenty of leg room, Other than tires no major expenses and 120,000 miles.. When it wears out time for a 6th Toyota Maybe a RAV4!!
