I have now purchased five vehicles from this dealer - 4 CR-Vs and one Accord. Basically I find them to be honest and trustworthy. I do think they low ball the trade in offers they make and price their cars a bit higher than something like Kelly Blue Book would suggest. But their location is convenient, service is good and sales people are reasonably responsive. I had two minor problems with the Certified CR-V I recently purchased but after some diligent tracking of the sales person, both were fixed promptly and at no cost.

I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

Highly recommend Michael and the dealership at Route 110 Auto! We found the perfect car for our daughter. The car drives great, super clean, and our experience with getting in and out was fast, easy, and actually enjoyable! Michael is not your typical shady used car dealer. He was great to work with, we got a fair deal, and he not only treated us great, but I watched him with a young family ahead of us, and he was so considerate of their baby. The whole buying experience was super and we got to drive our newly purchased car home that same day! Our mechanic gave the car a look over, and could not believe how clean this 2014 Honda Civic was. Super happy with our purchase!

Mine is the 2022 LE, but has the convenience package. It includes the sunroof, blind spot monitor, keyless entry, hood and door edge wrap. It really has almost all I could want. I wish it were another color than white, and the backup camera could be better at night. Other than that it has been pretty much perfect for the 13 months I have had it. The LTA, collision avoidance, and BSM, as well as adaptive cruise control are great safety features. The white paint shows dirt too easily, but it looks great when clean. I have noticed no issues with the power train. The gears shift smooth, and the power is more than adequate. I am 64, so way past the age where I wish to impress anyone with a road racer. Good, reliable, safe transportation from point A to point B is my priority. This care is more than adequate for that function.

Just got off the phone with the Parts depth. Excellent service on a difficult clarity issue. They looked up critical info that helps me a lot. They didn't have to but were excellent and whent the extra mile to help me.

I've had my car for a while, and the only real issue is that it consumes or leaks engine oil slowly. I change the oil every 3,000 miles, and with that routine, it's been fine. The car now has 140,000 miles and still runs great—thanks to God. I once switched to synthetic oil and drove 5,000 miles between changes, but all the oil was gone by then. Since sticking to 3,000-mile oil changes, I haven't even needed to check the oil level regularly. Aside from this minor issue, the car is reliable and has served me well.

I had an easy buying process and continue to bring my car in for service. Yesterday a routine oil change went exactly as I thought it would! They had me in and out after just a few minutes! The waiting room was clean and comfortable and had plenty of snacks! A great place!!

2025 Camry SE is a nice ride. It's almost luxury feeling but kinda sporty as well. Averaging 49-50 mpg. Pretty comfortable and pretty decent power with 225hp so it doesn't feel slow. Pretty happy with purchase and would reccomend it. $31k + tax

Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited. I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making. Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

I bought this car used with under 40,000 miles in 2014. I have been driving it ever since and currently have 272,000 miles on it. After multiple accidents and repairs it has been an extremely reliable and dependable car. Up until 250,000 I would have still driven it across multiple states. My biggest complaint is the quality of paint and the exterior design being so poor. Last year I replaced the timing belt and that was the biggest cost I've had on the car. It is beginning to throw check engine lights randomly and is burning oil - oil needs to be refilled every 1000-1500 miles now. Overall it is still a dependable vehicle around town if you are managing the oil.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

I purchased mine used with 15,000 miles. She runs great and I get compliments on her often. Supersonic red with black top. The only reason I purchased this car is because my 2000 Camry is getting hard to find parts for. He still runs great. But, since I do not know when I will need to repair anything expensive on him, I had to get another Camry. For fear of not being able to repair my 2000 Camry (which still looks amazing new). I can vouch that gas powered Toyota's will last forever. Look at all of them on the road. So, I know this one will last forever.

I4, SE, Torque Converter recall was only major problem, now pushing 377K mi. Required maintenance items, brakes, tires, this machine is built to last. Did radiator, water Pump & Alternator. Great Highway car!

I purchased my 2016 Camry SE used in 2018 @ 39K miles as a certified pre owned. Pros: - Regular oil changes and recommended maintenance is all that i did. - Quiet engine - Smooth ride and no body roll while cornering - Quick acceleration for a daily driving and highway passing - Comfortable driver seats with lumbar support. - Huge leg room for rear passengers. - Stable in snow. This FWD with good all season tire is all you need to survive winter. Cons: - Stock headlight is not bright . Got oxidised and foggy within 60K miles - road noise and rarely wind noise when on the highway(no sunroof) -Suspension is stiff for the SE trim but got used to it. - Infotainment screen is super outdated. No apple carplay -Factory Blue tooth sync for videos were bad. -Stock speakers are better than Corolla. Problems: At 120K the touchscreen on the infotainment started glitching and stopped responding. Replaced the whole unit with a Sony Car stereo. If buying this car in 2025, get an aftermarket Apple car play/android auto. I will be running it to at least 250K miles. Wish me luck!!

XLE Camry. Top of the line of the Camrys and has better/safer features that are not available in the LE or SE. I have owned all of them. Lane shifting, blind spot, cruise control automatic traffic stop, self steering with supervision to name a few. Feel much safer in this one than the others on the highways. Love the back up camera. No more twisting.

On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!

Shopped for a Certified pre owned. XLE for 2 months. Found this one 150 miles from home. Purchased to replace a 2012 Camry XLE which had been an excellent car. All of the new "tech" on the 2023 took a little time to learn but after 4 months it is great. I am an old guy and don't know why I waited so long to own a Toyota Camry. My experience with a Camry has exceeded that of any other domestic automobile I have owned and I have owned several. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking for a mid size, comfortable, reliable source of transportation.

Bought this car a year ago with 92k miles. I have put 5000 miles on it since then and have not experienced any issues. Great car for everyday driving, rides smooth and runs well. Also pretty good on gas.

The car comes up short on the interior, the carpet is very cheap and the seats stain easily. I should have gotten a new SE.

Got the XSE back in October and I haven’t had a single issue with it. Inside looks amazing and feels nice and cozy. Outside looks great. I get wonderful gas mileage. Huge sunroof to put down on nice days. Great jbl speaker kit that really can make your bump. Smooth driving can manage anything you would need to from the steering wheel. Great car, probably will drive a camry until they give me a reason not too

What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. He allowed me to test drive the vehicle that I identified and worked with me to get the best price possible. It was a used car and he introduced me to Jeff The manager overseeing that department. What an experience and a very genuine honest individual who educated me on the different vehicles mentioning not only the positive, but also some of the downsides of owning a particular vehicle, including high maintenance costs or gas mileage concerns. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

This is my second Camry and Toyota just keeps improving the design, performance, mpg, and quality. The Camry is known for it's reliability and I can attest to that. My previous Camry had 185,000 miles on it, did not use any oil and never had any major repairs (just the usual tires, brakes, oil changes, etc.) This latest model is even quieter, more powerful, more comfortable, and the entertainment/navigation are easy to use and respond very quickly.

Purchased new on October 2020, just one issue is that the battery is showing sings of acid leak I clean with wire brush and looks good, I have 28,000 and purchased 10/25/2020, have a great acceleration, paddle shifter is awesome, my only concern is that should have added larger front rotor's the car is fast and it should have a better breaking system, it is an xse 6 cylinder and the TRD 6 cylinder only has a different package, but my Camry goes to 100 mph in a heartbeat, also has the bottom for eco, normal and sport and I have beaten several BMW and some benz 250 and 300, the xse package has leather seats front seats get warm or cold depending on your preference, I do not abuse my vehicle at all, just sometimes you need to clear the throat.
