Doug Anderson was my service rep. He was very attentive to my needs on the 1998 T100. The mechanics that worked on the vehicle did an excellent job. Everyone always has a smile for the customers. I would not take my Toyotas anywhere else. (I also bought a 2013 Rav4 at your dealership)

I'm getting excellent fuel mileage averaging 57 MPG in the summer and 52 in the winter. My only complaint is the interior space. We feel a shortage of legroom in the front and rear. Entering and exiting the vehicle is difficult.

Great car all around and performance when needed

Great car I purchased the first batch that came out back in August of 2017 manufactured at the Kentucky plant. It performs great and is a huge jump from the Scion tC 2012 I had before. With that no matter how conservative I drove I would get 24 mpg, with 2018 SE CamHy and replaceing of K&N engine air filter (replaced cabin also), I'm getting around 50mpg average on most trips on Eco setting.
Never really need to use the Sport mode, but it's nice to have the power when needed available at a buttons push. Also changed the stock OEM Hankook tires to Continental PureContact LS, and the car is now perfect. Much better handling and grip and fuel economy with the new Contis.
The safety features of a luxury car and at a reasonable price. Currently gas prices are going up so I'm glad I invested in this rather than a gas guzzling trendy SUV or CUV, especially when most people don't even use all that extra space. Can't go wrong with this vehicle.
fast service, polite service people, and to my knowledge quality work. {on my 2012 camry & my 2015 corolla). the waiting room has everything, comfortable chairs, computer access, television, reading material, and a clean envir.
I have been a customer since 1995 (when this dealership was called Toyota City at the old Brooklyn Park location) and just purchased a new 2018 Toyota Camry. Everyone from the initial web contact / email response to sales to management to financing was friendly, helpful, and really cared about keeping me a happy, lifetime customer! Their service advisors / dept are always honest and straightforward too. You cannot go wrong with Luther Brookdale Toyota! And ask for Bob Loretz as a sales contact if you can, nicest and most helpful person you will ever meet, he puts no pressure on you and has tons of sales experience.
I brought my 2006 Camry in for service in late December only to learn there was an "issue" with the steering wheel fluid contraption that would cost much more than I was prepared for. The free rental car I was given while repairs were made was a 2016 Camry, and I experienced the vast improvements that had been made since 2006! At day's end, I decided to take advantage of the New Year Special (interest free loan) and buy a 2017 Camry. My sales person, Britanny, was so knowledgeable and patient with me as she explained all the details of a new car purchase. She was especially helpful as she talked me through the tutuorial on all of the tekky gadgets in my 2017 Camry that were totally non-existent in 2006. I am happy! I love my new Camry!

this car has plenty of leg room, even for those in the back seat, great gas mileage; runs quiet, so smooth on the freeways. Has 2 usb ports
For a walk in, the time waited for car to be serviced was amazing. I usually make appointments to get in and out faster but this walk in actually got me out faster than I expected. Great job mechanics

In October 2017, Maplewood Toyota replaced our Camry's water pump & serpentine belt. We also had the spark plugs replaced in advance of the recommended maintenance schedule. A mere 18 miles after this 2017 maintenance, the car had problems starting!!!!!!! As we had a newer battery(Maplewood Toyota), we assumed we needed a NEW starter. We decided that we'd put off the $500 repair. Our Camry sat in our garage until Oct. 25th, 2018.. Thanks to Nate's taking me seriously, He ordered a starter before our appointment. He was a very clear communicator, explaining that they would diagnosis it before, of course! He also explained the warranty of the tires we purchased @ Maplewood Toyota less than 2 years before. We had 3 flat tires!!! Nate clearly explained about why the tires had deflated. We appreciate that Nate was 100% HONEST with us! !!!!!! Thanks to Nate we'll be back!
Sooo... Let me first start out by saying that the beginning of 2016 just had to be the worse for me. Both of my 2 cars had broken down on me. So I was looking online for cars. I originally wanted another car from the Honda dealer right next to the Toyota dealer. But unfortunately, when my husband and I got there, there was already a "sold" sign hanging on the rear view mirror. So we made our way next door. My husband wanted me to buy a Corolla, so we were looking around on the lot and Enrique came by and asked us if we needed help. He helped us and found the correct Corolla that we had found online. I test drove it, liked everything about it... only thing was, just was not feeling the space in the front. It was just too small and tight for me. When we got back to the dealer, Enrique did not pressure me into buying it. Instead, he asked me what I would like. So I said I would prefer a Camry over a Corolla. He said if we don't mind the price, he do remember them having a Camry for $300 more. We then went looking for it, but couldn't find it out on the lot. I did spot my Camry at first sight as we walked pass. That was the first one that caught my eyes and attention. I asked for all the prices on all of the white Camry's (yes, white is my fave color). He was nice enough to look them all up on the pieces of paper he was carrying. They were all a little over my price range. So we got back to the Camry I first laid eyes on. And it was within my range. We test drove it. Came back. Again, was not pressured into buying it. But I told him I would take. He was very nice, friendly, polite, and helpful the whole time he was helping us. He even helped us set up our bluetooth from our phones to my car. He also went through all the options and details of the interior of the car to us. In the end, I got the car I wanted, not the car I was pressured to buy, like how I experienced before at other places. This has got to be the best experience in all my car buyings. I would totally recommend to all my friends and families.
We have purchased our last 2 vehicles at Morrie’s and we just purchased our 3rd vehicle. We have always been greeted and have always had a great salesman. We have been treated respectfully at each visit as well. We let family and friends know of the great service we’ve had. We have used your service center as well and have similar results.

It drives like new, pretty well maintained.
No scratches or rust. Everything works fine.
Very convenient blue tooth phone, and navigation.
Leather seats, all automatic adjustment
I purchased a vehicle three weeks ago from a neighboring Chevrolet dealer in Shakopee. It turned out to be a poor choice because of mechanical issues. This dealer has ZERO day buy-back policy, always has - always will - no exceptions. I would have to wait until a suitable vehicle came in and make a trade. I took the vehicle to Apple Used Autos a block away. I was greeted by Scott Trebesch. We hit it off with a common interest in local stock car racing. I was treated in a friendly and helpful manner when I explained my situation. We looked at some vehicles in stock and when I found one of interest, he went to his manager and they worked out a good deal for me. I should mention that Apple has a 30 day buy-back policy!! Scott also gave me three books on the history of Raceway Park and Elko Speedway that were put together by his mother, who died about a year ago. These books include my three sons who raced stock cars at Raceway and Elko from about 1980 to 1992. They helped me recover from a bad deal and I highly recommend any of the Apple Auto Stores. I also have a 2015 Lincoln MKX purchased new at the Apple Valley store.

I was in search of a few things for my car search. Dependability, good gas mileage, sun roof, and different color. I have been so blessed that God put me in touch with the perfect vehicle: My current Toyota Camry Hybrid. It is fantastic and running smoothly even at 12-years-old now! All of my family and friends thought it was brand new, she looks so good ;)

A little over four years ago, we bought a new 2014 Subaru Outback at Morrie's Minnetonka Subaru. Our experience at that time and since has been extremely positive, both with our Outback and with the quality service provided by Morrie's excellent people. Yesterday we took our 2014 in for its routine 37.5K mile check up and, before we knew it, we had essentially sold ourselves, while browsing through the floor models, on trading it in on the 2019 version of itself. I say "sold ourselves" because we never felt the least bit of sales pressure, but instead came naturally to see that the more-advanced safety features of the 2019 model made the idea of a trading in our 2014 now extremely appealing. Our salesperson was outstanding, as was the used-car person who appraised our trade in and, also, the person who oversaw and guided the details of the financing. Given where we live, the Minnetonka location is not the most geographically convenient of the various Subaru dealerships in the Twin Cities for us, but we feel that slight geographic inconvenience is more than offset by the great service and support they provide. We recommend them very enthusiastically and without reservation.

I had already researched hybrid vehicles and have owned two so I already had picked out this v eff hickey for a rest drive. Both my previous hybrid cars, a civic and a Prius, have/had smaller engines, so the added power of a larger engine felt nice. Very roomy and comfortable.
Visited the dealership to look at a few Toyota's! The sales person was nice and I liked they were a no hassle dealership. They were helpful and I was given a good deal- if I was to purchase. Still thinking it over.

I researched hybrid cars for 2 years before deciding to purchase a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid LE. It's a wonderful car! It's quiet, very comfortable and extremely affordable. My wife and I drove it from Chicago to LA and back this summer. We averaged 55 mpg on this 6,000 mile trip. I have owned 4 Toyotas now and this 2018 Camry Hybrid is a gem!! 5 Star Plus!!!
I inherited a Toyota Avalon from Texas and brought it in to Walser for an oil change. What a wonderful dealer. Fast, professional, and I was very impressed at the diversity of the staff - women and people of color working the service center and the sales floor. That doesn't happen by accident and it's pretty freakin' great. I'm with them for life now!
I arrived early to my service appt.; 1st intake fellow was able to answer a ???settings ??? question but wasn???t sure of his answer to my second question. He sought out another fellow who provided the info.. I appreciated his asking for help rather than just try and Buffalo his way thru. Temperature was below zero so no free car wash - got a coupon for car wash when the temps warm up😳 That was a 1st for me! No other dealership has made that offer:)

My 2013 FRS has served me well, but I've heard an unexplainable noise every once in while recently while traveling at 50+ mph. I asked that the tires & suspension be checked for obvious issues. The car has 57,000 mi, and the tires are about 1 yr (10,000) mi. old. Nothing was found, so I can relax

It is most fuel efficient and has outstanding safety features such as front and rear cameras, pre collision warning. Also lane departure alert and a good warranty plan.
I took my 2013 Imprezza in for an oil change and 75,000 maintenance cycle and just happened to see a brand new, 2019 Outback with the exact features and color that I had been browsing for on the Subaru website. A couple of sales people approached me as I was walking through the lot and they respectfully honored my "not ready yet" response. As I tripped upon THE CAR, Jacob happened to be walking by (perhaps on his way to lunch) and I basically grabbed him and asked him for the keys. There was no pressure to buy - and no reason NOT to. So I traded in my Imprezza and upgraded to the Outback that day. Jacob asked all of the right questions to make sure I knew what I was doing and we made a deal. Everyone at WB Subaru was pleasant, respectful and knowledeable and I highly recommend them for a car buying experience. And, of course, I LOVE MY CAR!

Best car I have owned

I bought the Camry Hybrid for its styling and Hybrid technology. Even after 11 years it is still as reliable as it was brand new.
I was still driving a Toyota Corolla VE (1999 model) in July 2017. The car had less than 72,000 miles on the odometer (really!) But it was getting older and needing more expensive repairs as the years have passed. Last week, I took my old car in for a regular inspection and learned that the transmission needed to be replaced and that the water pump was empty (and there were no overt signs of this to signal me). Anyway, to replace the transmission and water pump would have cost over $3,300. I left the car in the service dept. but after driving home and talking to a couple of my neighbors, who are both drivers, I decided the Corolla VE and I needed to go our separate ways. I contacted the service dept., and to their knowledge, no work had yet been done on the old car. Then I called the sales dept. Both calls were made between 7:50 p.m. and 8:10 p.m. Patrick listened patiently to my story, and I asked him whether it was worth putting so much money into this older car because even though it had low mileage, I was doing a lot of city driving, which is hard on the engine of any car. Therefore, the engine could go at any time. The age of a vehicle and how it is driven have to be taken into account. Patrick said that he would be willing to meet with me at Toyota Sales, even though it was already 8:20 p.m. when our phone conversation ended. I drove there. He showed me a couple of low-mileage cars on the lot which were leased vehicles and still in good condition. However, Toyota had a 72-month 0% APR on new vehicles going on through July 31.. And it was July 31. So I asked him to calculate if there would be a significant difference in my month payments if I were to buy a new 2017 Corolla LE versus a 2015 Corolla LE (which would include interest payment every month) after making a down payment of several thousand dollars. He said that it would not, and showed me the math. He showed me the 2017 Toyota Corolla and it was awesome. So I decided to purchase it. I have never driven a car with such good safety features and physical comfort. This is how much the Corolla has been refined over the past 18 years. I commend the assistance of Patrick Albien, Pam Borman and Jessie in taking the time to go through all the paperwork and make sure everything was in order. They were there until 11 p.m. to assist me before the end of 7/31, ensuring the July special would go into effect. This is true professionalism, accompanied by good humor. Thank you.

This car is beautiful inside and out. It is so comfortable to drive and has power when you need it. The safety features are impressive, and it's amazing that we can obtain such fantastic gas mileage!
I come from the era of the dreaded pressure cars salesmen. Not at Walser Nissan in Burnsville. Narin and his manager Dan Ganzer went above and beyond to get me the 2017 Murano that I wanted. I know a lot of effort was put into getting me the vehicle in record time. I filled out the easy credit application online and submitted it and got a great interest rate, along with the pricing of the vehicle which is loaded. My husband and I drove down to Burnsville from Rogers and were very impressed by the Burnsville Walser dealership. We were greeted outside by some very friendly respectful young sales reps. When we walked in we were not immediately pounced on. We were directed to Narin's table. Dan came over to introduce himself and make us feel comfortable, then we sat down with Narin and were treated very respectfully, not like "old" foggies who didn't know what they were doing. Narin guided us through all of the signatures and explained things in a very casual informative manner. WOW. Took about 45 minutes from the time we got there to the time we walked out of the dealership, the owners of the vehicle of our dreams. Narin didn't stop there he helped us set up our phones and showed us the majority of the features. My husband drove the Murano home and I followed and it was a blast to watch him enjoy our new toy. Narin already called today to see how we were doing. We have no buyers remorse, a new experience for us. Needless to say we are very satisfied customers!! When we get a new vehicle in the years to come we will probably head back to this dealership and know that we will be treated fair and square. Thanks to all involved, much appreciated. Oh and Narin thanks for the flowers, good touch:)
