We were very well kept informed of the progress being made at trying to diagnose the problem. When it was diagnosed, we were told when our car would be ready & they gladly sent a snuttle to pick us up to get back to Toyota McKinny to get our Rav 4.

I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

Fantastic except for blizzard pearl paint recall. Great balance between performance, quality, and high mileage with almost nothing to maintain. Oil, tires, and belts and wipers are about it.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Purchased my very first brand new car in May of ‘22 which was a Toyota Camry Hybrid Le during a time when gas was at an all time high and new vehicles were exceedingly difficult to acquire. And I don’t regret it a bit… 👍 I’ve averaged, yes AVERAGED, over 60MPG in the 45,000 miles I’ve put on the car in 1-1/2 years. My best average for a tank of fuel was 68.1 MPG and the car is big enough to suit my long daily commute needs as well as for driving around our family of 4. Learning to “pulse & glide” the vehicles hybrid system is essential if low maintenance cost & gas savings is your thing but it also has plenty of get up when needed especially when sport mode is engaged. Trunk space is great and I haven’t had the first mechanical issue since I’ve made the purchase. Bring your car in for maintenance every 5,000 miles and it will last forever. I very nearly bought a Honda Achord at the time since cars were so hard to come by but many people I’ve spoken to that also keep their cars for a long time have had major engine problems with their achords especially ones that are turbo charged. If you have never owned a Hybrid Camry, you cannot possibly go wrong.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. Bought this car new in October 2017. Initially had trouble putting fuel in it. I'd be on empty and get about three litres of fuel in it and then it would shut off and burp out some. Read the instructions inside the filler cap. Problem solved. When it was about three years old (about 2020/2021 maybe), I had a steering box problem. The dealer wanted $850 Canadian for the part plus taxes plus labour. Took it to my mechanic. He agreed with the assessment. He took the cover off the steering box and lubed it with a can of lube (was it WD-40??) and never had an issue after that. LAST TIME I'LL TAKE IT TO A DEALER!!!!! Got rear-ended in October 2023. I had 184,000 kilometres on the car. The car was totalled and I did not know it. The trunk opened and closed, the backup camera still worked, and not even a tail light was cracked, but the unibody was compromised. Drove it for another hundred kilometres before it was classed a write-off. Fuel economy for 184,000 kilometres was 4.7 litres per hundred kilometres or 50 MG (American) or 60 MPG Imperial. This was, don't forget, for the life of the car!!! Would I buy it again?? By the bones of my ancestors, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

This car is loaded. There is nothing on the lot any better. Full featured. Air condition leather seats. Birdseye view. Would love to have a prime with all these features but I have not seen one yet.

Comfortable, quiet, roomy, fuel efficient (LE version). After 5000 miles my total average is 53 mpg but winter is coming so it will go down for sure. I like how the car looks , drives and even ecvt do not bother me at all. I used to have car with cvt and hated it but this transmission is nothing like it. Smooth acceleration with no annoying droning of an engine. First, seat seemed to be on the firm side but after few weeks I got used to it. Headlights are very good and overall visibility is very good too. I'm glad I bought this car and hope, I will not have any major problems with this car as I plan to have it for a very long time.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. Loved everything except the ability to go through snow or ability to get up our new driveway this winter. It was useless and spent most winter at bottom of hill. For being a hybrid it had more power than expected. Filled tank maybe once a month. 🎈

The best car money can buy. It combines the Toyota quality with their expertise on Hybrid designs for many cars. It is slightly underpowered but not bad. The underhood components are great quality. The parts are reasonably prices and easy to find.

This is the best automobile that I have ever owned. I have owned owned Honda Accords, cadillacs, Pontiacs Oldsmobiles. The Cadillac was more comfortable as well as the Pontiac. All of the cars other than the Toyota Camry had broken down during their lifetimes, many times. I have driven my Toyota Camry for 7 years and 200,000 miles. The only repairs and maintenence I have had to do with this car is oil changes, tires, main battery, and change fluids. The car has never failed to start has never broken down while I was driving it Envy battery that operates the hybrid elements of the automobile has never broken and does not even appear to be less efficient than when the car was new!

Getting great gas mileage, over 52 MPH avg for the year. Absolutely no mechanical issues after 26,000 miles, just routine maintenance only by the dealer. No recalls.

Unbelievable 43.6 MPGs in City driving! Interior features are fabulous including the 7” GPS and the interface with my Apple CarPlay. Love it. Back seat, plenty of room for adults. Trunk is never ending. Highly recommend this auto. Plus I got a Costco discount!
