After receiving high-pressure, bait and switch tactics, along with ecxcessive unneccessary wait times at another Toyota dealership my elderly father (82 years old) was very very frustrated . He found Wellesley Toyota to be the exact opposite. Wellesley Toyota offered low pressure combined with the most aggressive pricing and friendly sales staff. The icing on the cake was that the ownership and senior level management were approachable and engaged. I would highly recommend using Wellesley Toyota to buy or lease your next vehicle. I know that I am!
Our experience with each staff member at Wellesley Toyota was very good. I felt no pressure, was given plenty of time to drive the car that I was thinking of buying. The sales staff listened to my concerns and more than I would ever have expected to help me make my decision. It was a pleasure. I especially appreciated Chris Davey and John Imparato.
Setting up the appointment was flawless. Arrivedand checking was perfect. Waiting area was fine. The service writer estimated 90 minutes and 60 minutes later all done and on the way to shopping. Great dealership....
Mehdi Benmoussa has deep product??? knowlege and excellent selling skills! Mehdi was very professional, nice and knows how to sell the assigned products. He listens carfully to what you need, gives you advices and doesn???t do push sales like other salespersons ! He knows everything about each car even teh small details!! I had the best customer service experience at this dealership (Toyota of Watertown). Other employees are also very friendly and professionals. Would recommend this location and Mehdi Benmoussa as a salesman. You will be very pleased with his offers !!
Just finished buying my latest car at Bespoke Auto and the process couldn't have been any easier. The owners have a no-pressure approach and were extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the research, test-drive and buying process. Additionally, if you're looking for an inexpensive, reliable used car that also happens to be fun, they have a great inventory that includes many hard-to-find manual transmission models for the enthusiast buyer. Overall, a great experience at Bespoke Auto and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to a friend.
Little did we know we would be in need a of another car, my husband's this time 5 months from getting myself one. Buying our new 2019 Forester at Patrick Subaru was Excellent, it was a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.Our salesman Nate Goodro was great to work with very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales. Made sure we were happy with our purchase.At delivery thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and answered any questions. Prep. of the vehicle was also done very well. Great buying experience.
Excellent Purchase Experience. Working with Cecil was a breeze and stress free. No hanging price in the whole process, i first email the dealership and Cecil reach out back and helped me identify my needs. From there he was very upfront with a very competitive offer and transparent with all the fees. Justin the sales manager was also very attentive and explained line by line the number of my lease terms. Overall very happy from car selection, traded and purchase.
