Used 2020 Toyota Corolla LE for sale near Potomac Mills, VA

My car went in for scheduled maintenance and to check my ac. Dylan was professional, friendly, efficient, and arrange for me to get to and from the dealership while my car was being repaired.

I really love and enjoy all of the features on my Corolla XSE 2020 Toyota 4-door Sedan now s9 alots now too so's too now.

Once I got in touch with the salesperson, & more explicitly communicated my situation, things got better. They've had no prior experience w/ email checks from out of state Credit Unions. They're still getting their head around it & learning about it. Hopefully they'll resolve it by next week.

Have had this car for 5 years and never had an issue only goes in for inspections. Goes great in the snow. Would definitely buy one again

I have always wanted a Toyota. Their reputation is outstanding, as everyone knows. I finally got to purchase a 2020 Corolla (I called it my Covid baby) in July of 2021. Well…at the end of September in 2023 I got into a collision with a SEMI TRUCK going about 65-70 mph. Maybe it was pure luck or maybe it was Toyota. Either way, the car did get totaled but I was safe inside and as the headline says- I got another one! Besides possibly saving my life, it’s comfy, cozy and cute 😁😁 get a Toyota- you deserve it!

I purchased a 2020 Corolla in 2022. Paid $20500 for it. I love the car. Nothing fancy but for the money I expect to keep it for quite a few years. Several of my friends who are mechanics recommended the Corolla for it's low maintenance and realibility

the 2020crlla was not a goood car becuase it is way smalller and rbaly the msallest ear of the corllla. I do not like the way it si made int erms of the interior or the extrior. both things wer ebad and even the lights were ugly. I did not like the girlll. the grilll was very ug;y and the hwole shape of the car is not goood at all. but it is way better than the rvaf at least which is a goood thing. but i don't like the new ones. I would rather get the older ones.

Jeff and William are key reasons why I came back after my visit 2 weeks ago when a pretty unfavorable visit to buy out lease and treatment by Rex Moonshower. He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. I returned with financing thru bank due to my past experiences and feelings I received with Jeff and William. Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.
